Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4705 steps (ooh, I'm already over 4.5 grand steps; that's uncommon!); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "Glory's The Goal"; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Your Quiet Time (2)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Building What Lasts' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-SIX MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news (Seven's) for the 226TH time!! Anyways, events for today?
- Nature called once around 12:45am and again @ 6:10am; after the second pot :P trip I immediately fell back asleep since I knew PIG mum would get really noisy one hour later!
- Sure enough, exactly one hour later, noisy PIG mum's a-THUMPING around upstairs wakes me for another pot :P trip; I'm still over the pot :P when she lets herself into my bedroom to hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first. Whilst doing so, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly
silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the
patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today
with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering
for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It
doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not
through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess
whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. ><
*sigh*
