Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3515 steps (ha, I'm just over 3.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Christmas Is For Freedom'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Doing God's Will" and fourthly', Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The Truth Never Changes' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed TWENTY-NINE MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Seven's) for the 209TH time!! Anyways, events for today?
- Aww, what better way than to end the week than with my 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night? Nature didn't call until the noisy garbage truck THUNDERED down our road to tip bins @ 6:20am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 9am shortly before PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back outside and awaiting Peggy's arrival @ 9:30am.
- Once PIG mum lets Peggy inside @ 9:30am, Peggy knocks, pushes open the door and announces good morning. When I nod Pearl @ her, she next states fifteen more minutes. Another nod from Pearl and she thankfully removes herself; phew, since Pearl's anatomically incapable of giving the Bear Bum! XD
- When Peggy comes back, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle and we get me kitted before I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's squirted me some toothpaste already. Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table with Peggy, who tells me she had her two usual hardboiled eggs with salt for breakfast.
- For my breakfast I have one bowl of Minus :P very lightly sprinkled with some special K, one slice of dry (unbuttered) bread lightly sprinkled with salt and lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*After breakfast, Peggy accompanies back to the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of Auto (pronounced Alto) and Peggy tootles us off to Calamvale Central, parking underground. Much thanks to her who helps me with my seatbelt both ways.
- Peggy grabs a trolley for us and we buy groceries from Woolies. Don't think PIG mum needed anything from the Mega Discount Fruit Market today.
- Groceries bought, Peggy left me with an evolved pack of CC's (cone shaped, sour cream and chives flavoured!) and goes buying fresh produce from the Mega Discount Fruit Market. I happily play the HP version of Bejeweled while she's gone and pass two levels!
- Afterwards, Peggy tootles me home and I take a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was a yummy tuna in tomato and onion toastie with TWO cheese and one delicious mug of vanilla chai sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of honey. While I munched lunch, Peggy setup the Chopping Board of Death for my last cooking session for 2024 with Dorrie!
- At 1:55pm I sat over the loo for two more tinkles. PIG mum tried to shoo Peggy out the door exactly @ 2pm but I called her back to say bye and Merry Christmas since I'll not see her again until the 27th!
- When Dorrie arrived I came outta the loo and then sat @ the gobbling :P table to cook our last adventure for 2024, mango chicken! Dorrie was very noble and cut the onion for me; this time, I made sure the fan was flowing AWAY from me; last fortnight, the fan blew onion fumes to me and made me teary while I was cutting chicken! XD
Cheers,
Em. ^^
