good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 4901 steps today; secondly, TWFT topic's 'living for others' but thirdly and most importantly, i'm still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-FIVE MINUTES online when i get back home this arvo!!! but pole and julz should arrive really soon, so fingers crossed i can bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing week ahead!
