Sunday Post 612b

 Heylo again and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's potential final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 2739 but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-SEVEN MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin! Righteo, potential final, final events for today?

• Instead, I fell so deeply back asleep I didn't wake until she let herself into my room! I immediately use the pot :P   once more, she hyits me with the   eye goo and helps exceedingly slightly with only the bra strap and the tee then she leaves me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first. Whilst doing so, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2303 steps; secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Finally And Totally Justified'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Healing For Someone You Love' and fourthly, Our Daily  Bread's devotional topic's 'Go And Tell Of Jesus' but fifthly  and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FIFTY-EIGHT MINUTES online after I watch the Cowboys play their first NRL match for 2026!! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 2nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:10am and after one pot :P trip I immediately fell back asleep since I knew PIG mum would get very noisy about one hour later!

 Heylo again, good evening and one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 3688 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Salt And Preserve' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed SIXTEEN MINUTES online while I'm chatting with Aunty Lai @ 9:56pm! Argh, what a crummy way to end Summer!  >< Righteo, just briefly final, final events for tonight?

• Jane minded me from 9:30am till 1pm. She helped me up, took me grocery shopping @ Underwood Marketplace, saw me home and showered, fed me lunch then dropped me off to church to play table tennis with dearest dad~
• Unsure why dad got up me for holding the table when I walked sideways to sit down? But he  lemme win only I dobbed him into PIG mum before going home since I copped a body shot from him SIX/SEVEN times! >< XD
• Got home and originally planned to read until 5:35pm (since it's only Saturdays that I can spend a blessed three hours reading) but after reaching pg. 300 @ exactly 3:40pm, finishing pg. 325 @ exactly 3:05pm, finished pg. 333 @ 3:13pm, reached pg. 350 @ exactly 3:33pm, forgot when I reached/finished pg. 375 then FINISHED THE BOOK @ exactly 4:15pm! The acknowledgements were finished @ 4:19, I reached pg. 400 @ 4:34pm, finished the author interview @ 4:36 and then finished EVERYTHING @ 4:47pm! The only pity was that mean PIG mum refused to grab me another book to read, even though I had fifty-two minutes left before reaching three hours. *sigh*
• Used the loo for one tinkle; heading back online I saw Perky's Wallaby Stew and decided I('d read that after dinner and still manage three hours' reading today!
• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 44TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner @ 7:37pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa cauliflower, lotsa soup carrot, lotsa soup potato and some soup pork.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after drinking that I began rereading Perky's Wallaby Stew!
• Reading for three hours complete, I use the loo for one more tinkle then walk myself slowly and safely online, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: just church,  definitely nothing special. Actually, two special things: my birthday MONTH begins and (2) NRL season opener in America! So will haveta publish my birthday wishlist for 2026!

 Good evening and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 3410. Sorry, not quite 3.5 grand; perhaps toms. XD Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• I had one delicious chicken wrap for  arvo tea, plus one huge mug of green tea and happily read Scarecrow And The Army Of Thieves for one hour, reaching pg. 200 @ exactly 3:33pm, reaching pg. 222 @ 3:56pm and reaching pg. 325 @ exactly 4pm!
• After one tinkle I plopped online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 43RD time. All the things I like recording are in today's first post.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: the less-yummy rice, lotsa some green vegetable, lotsa soup carrot, lotsa soup potato,  lotsa soup onion, lotsa soup tomato and like two small chunks of mostly tasteless soup pork.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: Jane's minding me from 9:30am; PIG mum says we can buy my honey chicken arvo tea sushi from Underwood MarketPlace plus anymore groceries she wants from Woolies.
• Will remember to ask Jane please for two big mugs of white tea over lunch since PIG mum'll only gimme herbal tea after I get home from church after playing table tennis with dearest dad~
• Planning to read for three hours toms; will hopefully have the time to watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 44TH time even though I've gotta do my daily Bible readings!

Friday Post 612b

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 3297 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'In The Midst Of A Busy Season'.  Righteo, continuing tonight's events?

• First, we buy groceries from Woolies. When the cashier's scanning the items, I explain to her that I've not bought thirty bucks' worth of groceries, but could she please round up and slip me one? She roars with laughter, says sure! And slips me not one - but five! XD
• After one loo trip, I head into the library and find a new Feist book to read: Master Of Furies, published 2023! I happily   read that for about thirty minutes, reaching page twenty-five @ 12:07pm and finishing on page twenty-eight, when Louiza reappeared and said time to go.
• Back home, I took a nice warm shower -  hairwash today. Also thanks to Louiza who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, Louisa made me a tuna in tomato and onion toastie with TWO cheese and the inside buttered plus one huge mug of earl grey tea sweetened with one teaspoonful of honey. She would've given me one tablespoon, but the honey ran out?
• At 1:55pm I sat over the loo for two tinkles then signed Louisa off with my thanks and byes @ 2pm. She's back next Thursday same time.
• Dorrie came and made chicken wraps with me! Photos are on Facebook~

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3122 steps (ha, I'm over three grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "When God   Becomes 100% For Us'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Trust In The Lord Rather Than People' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Prayer  Walk" but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FORTY-TWO MINUTES  online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 43RD time!! Anyways, events for today?

• Aww, nature called around 2sm last night and ended my current awesome sleep streak. Doesn't matter; 'twas a sound sleep otherwise~
• Following the first daytime pot :P   trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Mini Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking for the pot :P again around 7:45am and once more just before 9am, shortly after which PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around shortly afterwards.  Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back outside and awaiting Louiza's arrival @ 9:30am.
• Yay Louiza arrives promptly today; after mini–Pearl and I get fifteen more minutes, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth, before sitting over the loo for one tinkle. After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P with Louiza, who tells me that she had oats for breakfast this morning.
• My breakfast's two dry (no honey) Weet-Bix very lightly sprinkled with some Minus :P, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After finishing breakfast, I ask Louiza to please gimme some sunscreen then she walks behind me back to the bathroom before returning to the kitchen and washing the breakfast things up. Over the loo, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Louiza's car, she kindly helps me buckle my seatbelt and then she tootles us off to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown, finding a side park along level three and grabbing a trolley for us.
• First, we buy groceries from  Woolies. When  the  cashier's scanning the items, I explain  to  her that I've not    bought thirty bucks' worth of  groceries but could she p -  bbl!

• After publishing the previous post, I began composing my Birthday Wishlist for 2026; it's due out March the 1st!
• At 9pm I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Tonight's ice cream night, yay! Like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all!
• Toms: Jane's minding me 9:30am till 2pm but score, no physio since Winnie doesn't come back till next week! Just eternally frustrated that she won't lemme out for lunch from Ho Lin Wah; this Sunday marks ONE WHOLE MONTH since I've enjoyed a proper meal   out! >< 
• Presuming we're just buying groceries for my cooking session with Dorrie toms arvo: we're making    chicken wraps!
• Looking forward to reading the Matthew Reilly book for another hour and watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 43RD time!

•  Michelle came for a meeting @ 2:30pm. I was reading the day's Bible passages but joined them once I'd finished.
• Lol, luckily PIG mum scanned the documents before signing them; the date was incorrect! XD Unsure why Michelle stayed for a chat; she's got grandkids now! She's also vegetarian!
• When she left, I asked PIG mum please for some arvo  tea and read the Matthew Reilly book for one hour.  Today I reached pg. 150 @ exactly 4:05pm and reached pg. 175 @ 4:36pm
• After one tinkle I plopped online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin for the 42ND time. All the things I like recording are @ the bottom of the previous (first) post.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: leftover fried rice with lotsa cauliflower, lotsa soup carrot and lotsa soup   potato. Actually, dad only gave me like 2.5 TEASPOONFULS of rice and the rest were vegetables; surely the food pyramid's not balanced?? *sigh*
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowlful of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

Thursday Post 612

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2735 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily    devotional topic from last night's "You Are Greatly Loved"; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Sacrificial Living' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "God's Rainbow Answer" but fifthly  and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FIFTY-THREE MINUTES online after I watch  the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 42ND time!! Anyways, events for today?

• Woo hoo, 7th consecutive last night, that's already the 4th time this year I've enjoyed one straight week of consecutive awesome sleeps! Like yesterday, nature  didn't call until  6:20am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  
  
• Nature calls again about one hour later, shortly before PIG mum comes to hit me with the eye goo before going outside and awaiting Louisa's arrival only to return several minutes later and say "Louisa's late; fifteen more minutes. I immediately begin counting down from 900, saying please ring CODA should she have not arrived by 8:10am but phew, Louisa arrives like two minutes later~
• She says she was stuck in traffic along Logan Rd.   while I sit over the pot :P for two/three tinkles. After we get me kitted, I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth before sitting over the loo for one tinkle. After washing and drying Era, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then head out to the gobbling :P table with Louisa.

• Our biggest attendance for 2026: thirteen! Nancy/Merlyn even gave me a big hollow chocolate heart! I wolfed it down immediately; after the first bite I told her that I had a broken heart and she roared with laughter.  XD
• The meeting ended eight minutes early today; Mary tried to KILL me when she tried to offer me the leftover Ferrero Rocher!! >< XD 
• After one more tinkle, Louiza tootled me home and I took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Louiza who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, Louiza made me a tuna in tomato and onion with TWO cheese and even buttered the inside, even though I'd forgotten to ask her for any! XD Since fresh HK-milk   tea wasn't available, I made do with a powdered instant packet.
• I'd reported left heel pain to mother over Messenger after GCCW; the malleolus was fine, but I'd rubbed a blister into the heel! o_O
• At 1:55pm I sat  once more over the loo for two tinkles then signed Louiza off with my thanks and byes @ 2pm. She's back  toms from 9:30am till 2pm.

• This morning, PIG mum and I bought groceries from the Warrigal Square Woolies before coming home for lunch with dearest dad.
• Jane took me to play table tennis @ 1:30pm; not only was there CAKE but   since TWO birthdays were being celebrated, I not only got seconds but even THIRDS! :D
• Couldn't find a ride to GG tonight so dad took me to church to play badminton; I got to show off my ribbons to Uncle Sam~
• Toms:  Louisa's minding me from 8am till 1:30pm and taking me to GCCW!
• Pity PIG mum won't let Louisa buy me a gyro for lunch. >< *sigh*
• Nothing happening after she leaves; looking forward to my most important two hours of the day, reading for one hour and watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 42ND time!
• Best of all it's ice cream night toms night; like I say every week, a very little's better than none @ all!

Wednesday Post 612c

 Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 2204 (see? Told you I'd crack two grand! XD) but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed TWENTY-SEVEN MINUTES online after I get home from table tennis this afternoon and table tennis again @ church tonight! Righteo, let's quickly finish last night's events first!

• Got home, showered, plopped online, had some rice for arvo tea then Jacinta took me to Toastmasters! Lorraine was rostered down, but her poor dad passed away~
• Lol we arrived spectacularly late since Jacinta got lost; @ one point, she was driving up the highway towards the Sunshine Coast and then we had a room change but neither Jacinta nor I know how to read maps! XD
• But 'twas a great meeting; low in number and I feel loved since they waited for me to started! One new lady's Scottish and said she'd suffered trauma in like the Sunshine Coast?
• Had an UnHappy Meal for dinner, got home and repeat the usual nightly events. Zzz~
• Today: yay, 6th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Mini Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 7:45am and once more around 9am, just before noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bar strsp before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after immediately struggling into the tee and giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Breakfast is like one dry (no honey) Weet-Bix sprinkled very lightly with some Minus :P, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, I walked myself slowly and safely back to the toilet, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't

• Peggy helped me up and took me grocery shopping @ Coles Pinelands.
• Bought a crunchy pork bahn mi from Aunty Nancy and came home for lunch before Peggy tootled me off to the NAB for my final physio session with Vien!
• Physio yesterday: Lay down for students and the Scottish lady to assess left limbs for botox, stepping for Erf with left weight shift along parallel bars and eight laps walking over, stepping for Erf off a block, walking along double red mats with Erf stepping over a block Vien gave me a big Twix chocolate bar before I left while Elaine and Jem say they'll help me walk parts of  the 5km    Bridge Too Brisbane this year!!

• After publishing the previous post, I read and shared the She Reads Truth daily devotional then some Facebook memories.
• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Toms: Peggy's back! She's minding me from 9:30am till 4:30pm; we'll buy groceries from Coles Pinelands plus my once-weekly crunchy pork  bahn mi for lunch (it's the last Tuesday of Summer; FINGERS CROSSED PIG mum'll FINALLY lemme buy a Vietnamese iced coffee!!) and come home for lunch before Peggy tootles me  out to  the NAB for my final physio session with Vien; fingers  crossed he really DOES remember to gimme the BIGGEST Twix bar that he can find!!
• Peggy will see me home and showered before leaving @ like 2pm   and then apparently Michelle's coming for some kinda meeting?
• Have reminded PIG mum to please gimme some RICE for dinner since I'll only get an Unhappy Meal with an orange juice for dinner tonight!

• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 40TH time. All the things I like recording are in today's first post.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner @ 7:37pm I noted down the time, used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: leftovers from dinner out last night smothered entirely with boiled lettuce and soup melon.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Righteo, hopefully bbl after one last loo  trip @ 9pm   with my final, final  plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms, else wishing everyone a smashing Tuesday ahead!

Monday Post 611c

 Good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 4060. Ha, I'm just over four grand; that doesn't happen too often! XD Righteo, potential final, final events for tonight?

• Lunch was just last night's dinner leftovers and was spooned down with one bowl of soup.
• After taking the bowl over to the sink I plopped online and started my daily Bible readings.
• Around 1:40pm I sat once more over the loo for two tinkles and then climbed into Cherry; the parents climbed into the car too and dad tootled us off to Ability Prosthetics and Orthotics to get my AFO fixed.
• At APO we all take a seat. The two little sausage dogs come out for a sniff; when the little girl jumps up into PIG mum's map and says hi, poor PIG mum goes EEOP! XD
• Peter appears and takes away the AFO for adjustments; while we're waiting, Gina shows us how she's taught the little dogs to sit, drop and shake hands!
• AFO fixed (temporarily XD) dad drops PIG mum and me home before returning to church for some work and I plop back online.
• Thanks to PIG mum who opens the door for Jacinta when she announces her arrival one minute late, thus saving me from a potentially dangerous trip to the front door myself.  I note down the time then I head into the bathroom.
• So a nice warm shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jacinta who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one delicious pear, one plain cracker and thanks to Jacinta who made me one big mug of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey.  Happiness was reading the Matthew Reilly novel for one hour (today I reached pg. 111 @ 4P:51pm and reached pg. 125 @ 5:12pm) before having nearly twenty-five minutes to happily play the newest version of Bejeweled I started last Wednesday) while Jacinta massaged Ela for just over one hour.
• At 5:55pm I sat once more over the  loo  for   two tinkles while Jacinta washed up the arvo   tea stuff and then I signed her off with my thanks and byes. She's back same time next Monday.

PIG mum's in her element, yapping   ceaselessly @ Ray; my gracious thanks to him who always replies and keeps a conversation flowing. Like always, I enjoy the shoulder CPR the most~ Actually, today    PIG mum deserves congratulations: she controlled her excitement @ getting to yap very well and didn't burble multiple repeated syllables today! XD

After another tinkle, PIG mum tootled me back to Warrigal Square and we bought groceries from Woolies before returning home and finding dearest dad with lunch already waiting for us~

 Good evening again and one final   greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ exactly 2000. Nice number, eh? Actually, 'twas actually 1998, but that number so pissed me off that I stood, took two steps forward then sat again. XD Anyways, just briefly, final, final events for tonight?

• After the usual breakfast I did a stinky unspeakable and then Caroline tootled me off to the first table tennis competition for 2026! 
• My heart sank when Kim put me into the same group as Matty, Garry and Nicole since they were all better than me! ><"
• Playing first   against Matty, he won the first set and I won the 2nd and 3rd but when I cheered yay I only need to win won more set to win the game the umpire (some Asian but not Chinese) said no, that's it: best of three! Ela's just happy that she got to show Mrs. Matty's mum (Anita?)  how Matty sometimes congratulates me when I pull off a good shot!
• Next, I beat Gary:  in STRAIGHT SETS!
• Ending with embarrassment: Nicole beat me in straight sets. ><" *cringe* XD
• Caroline tootled mee down the road to Subway for lunch and score, she lemme use Sparkless3; PIG mum definitely would've made me walk the short distance. XD
• And she lemme buy a FOOTLONG! :D I tried some southern fried chicken one; delicious  but eeo slightly spicy! ><" The rainbow choc chip  cookie was awesome too  but  since I didn't have enough money  to  buy    a poppa of  chocolate milk I just drank water.
• Doubles: Adrian and I won our  first  doubles match against Justin in straight  sets!
• Jaewon's mum umpired our second match   against This time, Adrian and I won against Jo and Matty - also  in straight sets!
• Only when I realised the gold medal match  was against Nicole I thought I'd losa again  to her ...
• But Adrian and I WON against Rohan and Nicole -  we are the champions! :D
• Got home and took  a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also  thanks to  Caroline who helped me rinse  out my  hair, thus freeing Era to hold my  stupid  right eye tightly shut.
• Dried,  creamed and rekitted, I   ate arvo  tea and read the Matthew Reilly  book  for one hour, finishing  page seventy-five @  3:41pm and reaching pg. 100 @ 3:42pm.
• Watched 6pm  news bulletin (Nine's) for  the 39TH time. All the things I like recording  are in  the previous post.
• Had our usual  once-weekly family  dinner out  together from  Ho Lin Wah. Had less than one bowl of rice, less than  half  a  bowl  of thin   soupy ho    fan with  cuttlefish ball, drank one cup  of Chinese tea, half  the  set soup  and just over one mouthful of the HK-style milk   tea.
• Got home and returned online.
• Used loo for one more tinkle @ 9pm.
• Toms: PIG mum'll  help me up   since I'm  seeing Ray for  some acupuncture and massage. PIG mum  says we can  buy  groceries before coming home for  lunch with dearest  dad.
• Arvo appointment to APO; hope Peter fixes the AFO properly ...
• Have just emailed for tomorrow's TBA from   4-6pm.

• Toms: PIG mum's gonna help me up, since @ 8:30am some Caroline Kennedy's taking me to   compete in the first  para-table tennis competition for this year instead of attending church! Neither PIG mum nor I remember her but Michelle says she used to look after me before she took maternity leave!
• There's a Domino's pizza there but PIG mum has ordered I get Subway. *sigh*
• Braced for a stressful arvo @ the hands of PIG mum ... *another sigh*
• Wonder where dad'll take us for our once-weekly family dinner out together? It's been an unsuccessful pre-birthday month.; we're near the end of the month and it feels like I've not enjoyed a proper meal out yet. *sigh number three*

Saturday Post 611b

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 4283 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Splash-overs Of Heaven'. Righteo,  continuing  events for today?

• Once Sharon arrives, I roll  outta bed and use the pot :P for one more tinkle. Once we get me kitted, I head over to the bathroom, asking Sharon please to bring me a cup of water while I brush teeth. That done, I drink the water then sit over the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table. For breakfast, I enjoy my once-weekly fried egg on one slice of   dry (unbuttered) toast, drink another tall cup of water, pop all my usual drugs :P and enjoy my first big mug of white tea sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of sugar.  While Sharon makes my bed for me, I happily read the book club novel for thirty minutes first up, reaching pg.350 @ 10:38am.
• After reading for thirty minutes, Sharon slathered my face and both arms with sunscreen then walked behind me back   to the bathroom then returned to the dining room to close and lock windows.
• I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then climb into the passenger seat of Sharon's car. Did you know, she's born in the CNY of the Rabbit, just like me; I'm twelve years her senior!
• Sharon tootles us off to Underwood MarketPlace, parks around the side and grabs a trolley for us.
• Didn't see Hambo today and originally the checkout dude wouldn't slip me a Woolies card pack when I asked but when his receipt machine stuffed up and we had to   wait, he gave me one! :D
• Back home, I took a nice warm shower -   hairwash today. Also thanks to Sharon who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was the omelette I'd cooked with Dorrie but sandwiched between two slices of toast - delicious! Thanks to Sharon who made me two more big mugs of white tea sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of sugar.
• Over and after lunch I happily continued reading, reaching pg. 375 @ 12:39pm.
• At 12:35pm, I sat once more over the loo for two tinkles then Sharon tootled me off to church to play table tennis with dearest dad~
• Once seated inside I signed Sharon off with my thanks and byes. She's back next fortnight Saturday same time~
• Had great fun playing table tennis with dearest dad; he even lemme win - in straight sets! Will   take that   as a good omen for the table tennis competition toms. XD Only he plays too violently: I copped body shots @ least four times!  ><" XD
• After dad tootled me home I used the loo  for one tinkle,  washed and dried Era then  sat  down to  read for a good long while, since it's only Saturdays that I can   spend a blessed three hours reading~

• I FINISHED THE  BOOK @ 2:41!! 

• Sharon was awesome and found me ScareCrow And The Army Of Thieves to keep reading; I reached page fifty @ exactly 4:10!
• After I'd spent three hours reading I used the loo for one tinkle, plopped online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 38TH time! All the things I like recording are in the previous post. Oh, and Uncle Slam appeared for dinner:  he's collecting Anna from the airport (flying back from Singapore tonight) toms morning!
• Once the news ended, I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly    and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa lettuce/broccoli and three delicious chunks of chicken with that ginger and shallot oil.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• PIG mum suddenly comes overbearing a cup of sesame dessert soupo she'd blended tonight for me plus a little forkful of delicious CNY cake from our neighbour!
• Righteo,  hopefully  brb after one more loo trip with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms else wishing everyone a smashing Sunday ahead!

Saturday Post 611

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4183 steps (sweet that's the second consecutive day I'm over four grand!); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Amazed @ The Resurrection'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Do It All For The Glory Of God (1)' and fourthly, Our Daily   Bread's devotional topic's 'Remembering To  Forget' but fifthly  and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and TEN MINUTES online after I watch  the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 38TH time!! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, what better way to start the weekend then with my 2nd consecutive awesome sleep last night? Like yesterday,  nature didn't call until  6:20am  and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• After nature called again around 7:45am, following another pot :P trip I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

•  Nature calls once more around 9:15am and not long after that, PIG mum begins her daily noisy   a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room around 9:30am and say fifteen more minutes since once Sharon arrives @ 9:45am, I'll get up.

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 4782. Righteo, final, final events for   tonight?

• After publishing the previous post, I had fifteen minutes to mindlessly play Puppy Match.
• Suddenly PIG mum says I'm gonna practise calligraphy! You wanna try?  I reply sure, I'll come @ 9pm.
• At 9pm I head over to the gobbling :P table and scrawl  dai  (in Canto: big). XD Then I walk myself once slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

•  Toms: Sharon's minding me 9:45am till 1pm. Just going to buy my arvo  tea sushi; PIG mum hasn't checked the Woolies catalogue yet.
• Sharon should give me one big mug of white tea with sweetener for breakfast and two after shower; she did last fortnight!
• Looking forward to playing table tennis with dearest dad then going home and reading all arvo; surely, after reading for three hours I'll have finished the book!! Can't help but hate myself so badly for reading so   slowly post brain injury. >< *sigh*
• But will skip watching the 6pm news for the 38TH time should I get to read for three hours since I've also gotta complete my daily Bible readings!

Friday Post 611c

 Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 4587 (ha, I'm just over 4.5 grand too; that's even less common than 4000! XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'The Joy Of The Lord'. Anyways, continuing today's events?

• Breakfast for me: just one dry (no honey) Weet-Bix very lightly sprinkled with some Minus :P, all my usual drugs :P and one tall cup  of water.   Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? • First, we buy groceries from Woolies and then sweet, I get to read for fifty-five minutes in the library; best of all, Jane sees me seated before fetching Feist's Queen of Storms for me!  Today I reached page twenty-five @ 11:33am and stopped @ pg. thirty-nine.
• Back home I took a nice warm    shower -  hairwash today. Also thanks to Jane who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was one bowl of tasteless rice leftovers plus one huge mug of like Irish breakfast tea; very fragrant!
• At 1:55pm I sat once more over the loo for two tinkles before signing Jane off with my thanks and byes; she's back next Wednesday for table tennis but tonight she's driving up to the Sunshine Coast with her partner for the weekend since she's got family up there plus a new baby nephew to meet!
• Dorrie came and made a Spanish omelette with me and next week; we're making chicken wraps!
• After PIG mum shooed her away precisely @ 4pm, she gave me some fruit, one plain cracker and one huge mug of green tea for arvo tea.
• Happily read the Thursday Murder Club for one hour, reaching pg. 325 @ exactly 3:55pm and reaching pg.  333 @ 4:09pm.
• Used the loo for one tinkle, plopped online and did my daily Bible readings.
• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 37TH time. All the things I like recording are in today's first post.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner @ 7:24pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walk myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa soup carrot, lotsa little tong vegetable, (PIG mum tried to sneak in one piece of   celery but I flicked it back to her! >< XD) and like three teaspoonfuls of the  omelette I'd cooked with Dorrie! Turns out Spanish omelettes come with POTATO, and I've asked PIG mum toms may I please have more omelette with toast??

Anyways, events for today?

• What better way to end the week than with my first awesome sleep in three days? Not only but I also awoke with a DREAM; my 3rd FOOD DREAM: I'm EATING an orange slice! :D But the biggest relief's that I awoke feeling much better than yesterday; phew~

• PIG mum passed me some fruit, one plain    rice cracker and one huge mug of green tea. Happiness was reading The Thursday Murder Club for one hour; today I reached pg. 275 @ 4:47pm, found the book title on pg. 295, found Wikipedia mentioned on pg. 299 and finished pg. 300 @ 5:33pm.
• Used the loo for one tinkle, returned online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 36TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner, I used the loo or one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely over to the dining table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Another tasteless dinner tonight: rice, two/three slices of CELERY (the only vegetable I TOTALLY REFUSE ><; I just flicked them into mother's bowl XD),  lotsa soup carrot, lotsa soup potato, lotsa soup tomato and three slices of tasteless soup beef.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• PIG mum just came over with some Nurofen and some herbal medicine for me.

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4849 steps (so should crack half a normal person today; that's rare!); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'When You Are Immortal'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Recognise God's Spirit Living Within You" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Lavish Love'.  Anyways, events for today?

• Lol, after nature called around 1:50am; following one pot :P trip, I lost my knickers! ><" XD Didn't bother waking PIG mum up for it, since periods not arrived yet (so unfortunately have PMS right now ><) hence just fell back asleep, believing the knickers would reappear with the morning.  XD
• Sure enough, when I was using the pot :P again the next morning, there the knickers were, on the   floor! I tossed them back into the bed then pulled them back on after having a tinkle. XD
• Following  the  first  daylight pot :P trip,  I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table with Louiza, who tells me that while she's not eaten any breakfast yet, she's @ least had her morning coffee! • After washing and drying    Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Louiza's car and she tootles me off to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown, finding a park along level   two. Not a disabled park, though, since I've gotta cross the road to get inside.
• Following one loo trip, we first buy groceries from Woolies before heading upstairs and buying more groceries from Woolies.
• Less than thirty minutes left, so just briefly: 
• Read a Feist novel for   about thirty minutes; I thought he'd retired after publishing Magician's End, but he's published @ least two more!
• Got home and took a nice warm shower - hairwash  today. Also thanks to Louiza who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was a tuna in tomato and onion toastie with TWO cheese and the inside HEAVILY buttered and one massive mug of delicious Earl Grey tea sweetened with one spoonful   of honey.
• Signed Louiza off with my thanks and byes @ 1pm. Think she's back same time next week?
• Toms: Jane's minding me 9:30am till  2pm. Presume we're buying cooking ingredients for my cooking this session this arvo  with Dorrie?
• Fingers crossed PIG mum'll lemme  grab lunch from Ho Lin Wah; last Sunday already marked ONE WEEK since I've enjoyed a proper meal out! Not a very cool pre-birthday month  ... ><  XD
• Hoping to watch the 6pm news for the 37TH time, once I've watched it for  the 36TH time tonight!

 Good evening   and one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 3506 (ha, I'm literally just over 3.5 grand XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Shield My Thoughts'. Righteo, super-briefly, final, final events for tonight?

• When Jane drove me   to table tennis, I   rang Michelle and found out Caroline Kennedy's taking me to   the table tennis comp this Sunday!
• No cake today but cake next week! :D
• Got home, showered Watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 35TH time. All the things I like recording   are in   the  previous post.
• Had  dinner,  used loo  for  two tinkles then Jenny tootled me off to GG!
• Did  some Bible study tonight  about wisdom  and folly;  munched  a fortune  cookie!

Wednesday Post 611d

 Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @2111 but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed FIFTEEN MINUTES online after I get home from GG tonight!! Anyways, continuing today's events?

• Mini Pearl and I happily cuddled and snored, me waking again foe the pot :P again around 7:45am and once more around 9am, just before noisy PIG mum begins her noisy daily a-THUMPING aroundupstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes and using the pot :P once more first.
• Since PIG mum's left for Centrelink to file some documents, after I've mostly  rekitted myself I call dad please to finish with Elf's AFO straps and both laces. That done, I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth, sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Breakfast was one/two dry (no honey)  Weetbix very lightly sprinkled with some Minus :P, all my usual drugs :P and one full cup of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

 Good morning again,  heylo again and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get to post online before midday. XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding only 424 steps (since obviously, I've not left the house yet); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Sweet Designs Of God; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Share What You Have' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Divine Restoration. Anyways, events for today?

• Nature called once around 2am,   after the first daylight pot :P trip I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Fingers crossed I can  bbl, since I'm    still  owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY-SEVEN MINUTES online!!

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ 5277.  Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly   and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Suddenly, dad summons me over to   eat black sesame tong yuen; apparently that's a CNY tradition?
• Toms: PIG mum'll   help me up but then maybe expect a super-pissy plodding total from me, since she can't take me   grocery shopping and aisle walking since she's got sth  that needs doing   @ Centrelink.
• But Jane's taking me to table tennis @ 1:30pm; let there be cake! Actually, will haveta chase Michelle and find out who's taking me to the first para-table tennis competition this Sunday; it's still TBA~
• Will shower quickest when I get home, hopefully get 2nd arvo  tea while watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 35TH time! Jane leaves @ 6:30pm and I'll remind PIG mum to please gimme dinner once she leaves since Jenny's picking me up for GG Bible study @ 6:10pm!

 Good evening again and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ exactly 5200. Righteo,  potential final events for tonight?

• Dried, creamed and rekitted,  arvo    tea was one piece of fruit, one plain cracker and one huge mug of some T2 herbal tea.  Happiness was reading   the book club novel for one hour; finishing pg. 250 @ 3:49pm.
• Used the loo for one tinkle, plopped online, read my daily Bible passages (started Mark today) then happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 34TH. All the things I like recording are in today's first post.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner @ 7:19pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight:  rice, lotsa  little tong vegetable, lotsa icky bitter vegetable,  lotsa soup carrot, lotsa soup potato, two small slices of   pork and one soup pork rib.
• Dinner was spooned   down   with one bowl  of   soup;   after  taking  the bowl to the sink  I  walked myself  slowly   and safely back  online - bbl!

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for tonight now stands @ 5083 (ha, I'm just over half a normal person today; that's rare!) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Knowing Yourself'. Anyways, continuing today's events?

• Nature calls again around 7:45am and once more around 9am, shortly before noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before returning out and awaiting Jessyca's arrival @ 9:30am.
• After PIG mum lets Jessyca inside and gives me fifteen more minutes, Jessyca returns @ 9:45am and we get me kitted after I use the pot :P for one more tinkle.
• That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk out to the gobbling :P table with Jessyca, who tells me she had scrambled eggs for breakfast this morning!
• For me, breakfast was two dry (no honey) Weet-Bix very lightly sprinkled with some Minus :P and one slice of toast lightly spread with some avocado and lightly sprinkled with some salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. • Jessyca finds a disabled park then grabs a trolley for us. First, I buy milk from Coles (saw Vicki and bid her Happy CNY!) then went and bought my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse. Very impressed: when I bid Aunty Nancy good morning, she immediately replied gong hei fat choi in perfect Canto! I cheered and asked her can you say anymore but she just shook her head, laughed and repeated gong hei fat choi again. XD
• Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat and enjoyed my crunchy pork bahn mi, even though Jessyca didn't know how to put it into the toaster like Peggy does! I also enjoyed one big mug of white tea, but unfortunately horrid PIG mum wouldn't tell Jessyca where the sweetener was.  *sigh*
• At 12:15pm I climbed back into the passenger seat of Jessyca's car and she tootled me off to the NAB for physio with Vien.
• After I used the loo for one tinkle I sat in   the waiting room with Vien. When he came for me,  I remembered to thank him very sincerely for catching me from faceplanting the previous week.  XD
• Physio today: Five TUG tests, one six-minute walk test, one walking backwards test and ten laps walking on double red mats and stepping over a hurdle with left weight shift. Next week's the 5th week, Vien's PROMISED me the HUGEST block of Twix that he can find, and Jem says that I can come for the next block Fridays from 10-12!
• Jessyca tootled me home and I took a nice warm shower - hairwash  today. Also thanks to Jessyca who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
