Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4034 steps (sweet, I'm just over four grand; that doesn't happen very often! XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'He Does All That He Pleases'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'You Have Come To Far To Give Up Now!' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'See What God Has Done'. Anyways, events for today?
- Aww, my awesome streak ended last night; lucky my idiot bladder lemme achieve the 17TH time I've enjoyed one straight week of consecutive awesome sleeps back on Monday else I'd have been super-pissed with myself! XD
- Once nature called again following the Sun's rising, after another pot :P trip I spend ten
minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking
him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I
need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the
satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can
be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me
through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy
and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my
teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P around 9am just before noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back out and awaiting Peggy's arrival.
After Peggy opens the door for Peggy @ 9:30am, Peggy knocks, pushes open the door and announces good morning. When Daddy Bear flops a paw @ her, she next states fifteen more minutes. Another paw flop from Daddy Bear and she wisely removes herself, thus saving herself from the wrath of the Bear Bum. XD
Actually, I somehow fall back into a light sleep but awake immediately when Peggy opens the door and comes into my room. "Don't I still have ninety seconds left/did I fall back asleep?" I sleepily ask her. When Peggy says you fell back asleep it's already been fifteen minutes I immediately get up and use the pot :P for one more tinkle. No point going full morgenmuffel on her anymore; Winter's over for another year! XD
We get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's already squirted some toothpaste for me. Teeth brushed, I use the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then head out to the gobbling: p table for breakfast, who tells me she had her usual two hardboiled eggs for breakfast this morning.
For my breakfast, I slurp one bowl of warmed healthy cereal with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast lightly spread with avocado and lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full tall cup of water. Over
breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to
Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I
find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful
God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly
capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him,
because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would
remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the
heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair
enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme
live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh* Thanks to Peggy who immediately makes me one big mug of delicious earl grey tea after PIG mum's left for her Pilates class although unfortunately she couldn't find where sneaky PIG mum had hidden the sugar/honey. *sigh*
After breakfast, Peggy lathers sunscreen over me then accompanies back to the bathroom before going to wash up my breakfast dishes and close and lock windows. Over the loo proper, do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail
and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember,
however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't
let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm
perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from
Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Auto (pronounced Alto) and Peggy tootles me off to Breathe for physio. Thanks to her who helped me buckle my seatbelt all day.
Physio today: 2178km.bike ride, 36 bar-assisted pushups, 36 steps for Erf, 40 v-bar cable rows for both hands, 40 leg extensions for Elf, 40 leg curls for Elf, bed planking and thirty sit-ups from floor plus tennis ball catching and throwing for Era and boxing!
After one more loo trip (CZ258 unlocks the female bathroom and the 2nd/end cubicle's an ambulant one Peggy tootles us off to Pinelands Plaza and grabs a trolley for us.
First, we buy groceries from Coles and then I buy my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from Aunty Nancy. Keeping my English simple, I ask her, "I no see you last week?" Lol, Aunty Nancy very happily tells me, "Oh, I sick!" She's wearing a facemask; when I gasp and go, "Oh no! COVID? Hope you all better now?" Aunty Nancy laughs and goes, "All good!"
Back home, I take a nice hot quickest shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
Dried, creamed and rekitted entree was one little tub of mango yoghurt had bought @ Coles then lunch was my yummy once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi, plus one mug of delicious vanilla chai, although sadly still without any sweetener.
At 1:55pm I sat over the loo for two more tinkles then plopped online and signed Peggy off with my thanks and byes @ 2pm. She's back same time next week.
Once I've used up the most important two hours of my day I'll use the loo for one tinkle, ask PIG mum please for some arvo tea then sit and read for one hour. I finished that Matthew Reilly book yesterday, but I've not finished all the acknowledgements etc. and then I've got that lil fantasy book I've forgotten about to start reading again! XD
PIG mum was annoying and wouldn't pass me my mobile when my email demanded verification, but I got it myself meaning it'll not be two hours until 4:35pm, even though she's already come downstairs and bugged me are you getting offline yet. *sigh*
Hoping to watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 171ST time!
Toms: hopefully PIG mum'll help me up not too late then take me walkies somewhere before we come home for lunch and Tracey takes me to play table tennis @ 1:30pm else expect a super-pissy plodding total from me.
After Tracey sees me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30pm I'll use the loo for two tinkles then be seated by the door waiting for David's pickup @ 6:45pm to GG Bible study with BYO dinner.
