Monday Post 609c

 Good afternoon! Take two: firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2514 steps today (ha, I'm just over 2.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Lion And The Lamb'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Overcoming Loneliness' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Wishing For Joy' but fifthly and way most importantly,  I'm  really  still owed TWELVE MINUTES online after Angelica minds me from  3:45pm  till 5:45pm!! Anyways, events for today?

• Woo hoo, 14TH awesome sleep last night; that's already the 17TH time this year I've enjoyed one straight weeks of awesome sleeps! :D After one pot :P  trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P around 9am, shortly before noisy PIG mum   begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room too hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly slightly with only the tops before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum returns and finishes with only Elf's AFO and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash   and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Breakfast is one bowl of warmed healthy cereal with one slice of dry (unbuttered) bread very lightly spread with avocado and for some reason the PLATE (not the bread itself) very lightly sprinkled with salt (doesn't matter; I just lick the plate clean afterwards XD), all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• Breakfast finished, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of dad's car. Unsure why PIG mum randomly helps me buckle my seatbelt today, but thanks!
• Dad tootles us off to Southside Ophthalmology. After dropping PIG mum and I off, he says ring him when I'm done; he's going to Cash Converters and looking for a leaf blower/whatever they're called.
• For some reason, the patient before me takes AGES; originally, I wasn't gonna need the loo till I got to Ray's but the previous patient took so long I asked PIG mum please get the key from the receptionist! Originally, she was mean and refused saying it's your turn next but fifteen minutes later I was still waiting and asked her again and she FINALLY got the key   from the receptionist! Actually, you don't haveta walk outside; you can access the toilets from the inside! There's still a small staircase (four steps) to mount though; the handrails along the left-hand side meaning ascending was a bother but hey, I managed.
• The checkup went well; Dr. Vu   said the eyelashes hadn't regrown and I told him that the crocodile tears had stopped.  I'll see him again next year.
• While PIG mum paid the receptionist, I rang dearest dad asking for pickup and then we just headed back outside and waited for dad. When he pulled up, I hauled myself back up the seven steps and then he tootled us home.
• Back home, dad went back into the house and PIG mum tootled me off to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage. Upon arrival, I apologised that I was fifteen/thirty minutes late!

Sunday Post 609c

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 3519. Ha, I'm just over 3.5 grand. XD Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Dad passed me juicy strawberries to eat; that prompted one more loo trip @ 9:30pm!
• Toms: it's my once-yearly visit to see Dr. Vu the eye doctor! Awesome dad's gonna drive us there, saving PIG mum from her once-yearly fright. XD
• The only downside's I'll not get breakfast out afterwards since I'm then seeing Ray for some acupuncture and massage but bet PIG mum's simply DTING to yap ceaselessly @ him. XD
• Will come home for lunch since Bettina's coming to clean for two hours.
• Angelica's minding me from 3:45pm till 5:45pm. Wonder can I text her asking for a chocolate cookie milk tea with pearl toms? XD
• Hoping to watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 168TH time!
• Anyways, hope everyone has a smashing week ahead!

Sunday Post 609b

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 3367 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Habakkuk'. Righteo, continuing today's events?

• Once I'd used up the most important two hours of the day, I used the loo for   one tinkle then headed over to the gobbling :P table, asking PIG mum please for some arvo tea. Decided to skip reading for one hour since nearly already 5pm and I wanted to watch the 6pm news!
• After slurping one delicious mouthful of gloopy passionfruit, munching about one plain cracker and drinking one huge mug of green tea, I went and took a nice hot shower - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 15% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
• I had one tinkle before I called PIG mum back and tapped the nice hot water off, after she dried the back of the chair for me I did everything else and she didn't feature again until my bra strap needed doing up, Elf's AFO straps needed sticking and both laces needed tying.
• After drying the loo seat I sat for one tinkle, dried inside both ears, stamped both feet dry, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• I'd just started doing my weekly file backup when PIG mum sent me to the loo; dinnertime!

• Like previous Sundays, we had dinner @ Ho Lin Wah and like previous Sundays, I got piss little: less than one bowl of rice, less than one bowl of vermicelli, one deep fried mantou and I drank one cup of Chinese tea plus just over one mouthful of the hot HK-style milk tea.

• Back home, I used the loo for one more tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Righteo, hopefully brb after one last loo trip  @ 9pm  with my final, final plodding total for todfay, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening Monday  else wishing everyone a smashing week  ahead!

 Good afternoon! Firstly, my final, final plodding total from Saturday's actually 4041 (ha, I'm just over   four grand; that doesn't happen too often!); secondly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2375 steps; secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's "Church Growth God's Way"; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'The Challenge Of Developing Leaders (3)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Jesus Reaches For You'. Anyways, let's start off with last night's events first!

• Woo hoo, 13TH consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:50am and after one pot :P trip, I immediately try fall back asleep again since I'm sure PIG mum'll get very noisy very soon!
• Instead, about fifty-five breaths in, PIG mum goes THUMP. Instead, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

While doing so, Eft grumbles ominously and while over the loo for a tinkle before heading out for breakfast I do a messy stinky unspeakable instead? :S

• Yay, I get to stay seated for worship today. I sang everything, plus the harmony for three songs but like every other week, meant absolutely NOTHING. >< *sigh*
• Speaker today was Pastor Peter Pie with another sermon from his series How To Train A Christian.
• After service ended like twenty minutes early, I used the loo for two tinkles, grabbed a packet of bikkies for morning tea and sat outside the hall.
• Everyone else @ EM ate Japanese food today but dad made me eat @ Hungry Jack's with him again. *sigh* I actually shook a fried chicken burger, but dad demanded I share that with him. He cut me like 1/3 of the chicken burger and 1/3 of his Whopper and I gfot ten chips plus the orange juice. Originally 'twas only eight but I groused @ dad. >< *sigh*
• Back home, I did a 3RD stinky unspeakable?! Dunno what's wrong with Tum Tum today ... :S
• Watched the Broncos and Cowboys replay, basking in their glory and reading all their match reports now. XD
• Toms: my once-yearly appointment to see Dr. Vu the eye doctor before I'm seeing Ray for some massage and acupuncture. Bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap unceasingly @ him.  XD
• Might  buy groceries with PIG mum before coming home for lunch with dearest dad?
• Angelica's minding me from 3:45pm till 5:45pm.
• Hoping to watch the 6pm news for the 107TH time!

 Good evening! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3359 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "Six Things It Means To Be In Christ Jesus"; thirdly, TWFT topic's  'The Challenge Of Developing Leaders (2)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Digging Deep For Wisdom' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and SIXTEEN MINUTES online after getting home from dinner with Uncle Barry and Aunty Janis tonight!! But just noting down that I enjoyed my 12TH consecutive awesome sleep last night (bid Daddy Bear sweet dreams,  fell asleep  and didn't  wake till 7:05am) and then  Gabby minded me from 10am  till like 1:30pm. Played table tennis with dearest dad @ church and came home to eat the yummy honey chicken sushi  roll  I'd bought with Gabby  before coming home to shower - hairwash today; also thanks to Gabby who helped me rinse  out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut. Spent the rest of the day reading the Matthew Reilly novel; it's only Saturdays I can spend a blessed three hours with my noose buried in a book! Today I reached pg. 222 @ 2:54pm, reached pg. 225 @ 2:57pm, reached pg.  250 @ 3:38pm, reached pg. 275 @ 4:09pm, took a loo break one minute later, finished pg. 300 @ exactly 4:50pm and finished pg. 325 @ 5:18pm. Going out for dinner with the parents, Uncle Barry and Aunty Janis tonight; they've just driven up from Sydney! Just church toms, nothing special. Expecting a pissy little cheeseburger with dad for lunch @ Hungry Jack's and then a stressful arvo @ the hands of PIG mum. Fingers crossed dad'll take us out for dinner toms night unless he's already counting our dinner with Uncle Barry and Aunty Janis tonight our once-weekly family dinner together out? Anyways, maybe bbl, else looking forward to seeing everyone @ church toms!

• At 5:22pm I used the loo for one tinkle then sat @ the gobbling :P table to  munch arvo tea (one gloopy mouthful of passionfruit, one plain cracker and one huge mug of green tea) and read till 5:40pm.
• At 5:40pm, I sat over the loo for two tinkles.
• David drove me to church for the pig thing!
• Only I totally  stacked it. >< I thought he was  right behind me, but  when I stepped  from  the grass to the concrete path my feet were unused to the footing and plop! I went down! >< Lucky I didn't hurt myself; lucky  that Dr. Lee was also instantly there  and asking was I alright. David hauled me back upright and I took a seat @ one warm fire!
• Maria the pig was  delicious; I also hadf two slices of pizza and a bread roll~
• That was followed by singing~
• David dropped me home, I used the loo for one tinkle then returned online.
• Toms: Gabby's minding me from 9:30am till 1:30pm; presuming we'll buy my arvo tea sushi roll.
• Will hopefully play table tennis with dad @ church  toms arvoi~
• Planning to read the Matthew Reilly book  foor three hours; will skip watching the 6pm news bulletin if need be!

When I flop Daddy Bear's paw @ her she next asks, "Fifteen more minutes, okay?" Another paw flop from Daddy Bear and she wisely removes herself, thus saving her from the wrath of the Bear Bum. XD

• At the NAB, I use the loo for one tinkle then take a sit in the waiting room, sending Asha into the NAB and telling someone she's brought me. 
• Lachlan's 196cm and formerly a judo competitor; his sister's overseas currently (in Canada) competing while Jonah's from HK like me; both are GEMs!
• Physio today: Standing reaching and cup stacking for Era, standing boxing for both hands, ten laps long hallway walking and twenty-one transfers from double red mats to plinth (two- and one-point kneeling).
• After I sit over the loo for two more tinkles, Asha tootles me home for a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to her who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was one bowl of rice leftovers since I'm not getting any rice for dinner tonight, I don't think! Lunch was washed down with one cup of English breakfast tea with milk but without any honey/sugar, since Asha can't find where sneaky PIG mum's hidden the honey/sugar. *sigh*
• Before Asha leaves, I sit over the loo for two more tinkles. Unsure when she's back again but she's gonna pickup her nephew who's doing prep @ Canterbury College!
• Syn came and gave Ela one hour of unfunctional hand exercises. I'm already excited about cooking next week, since we've chosen three pineapple recipes for PIG mum to choose from for my cooking session with Dorrie next Friday!
• Once Syn left, arvo tea was one gloopy mouthful of delicious passionfruit, one huge mug of herbal tea and one plain cracker.
• After using the loo for one tinkle, I walk myself slowly and safely online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Suddenly, PIG mum gets me the gifts I bought for the parents wedding anniversary! Ela holds the cheese, and I walk over to dearest dad, give him a great big hug and give him the presents, saying he should really take PIG mum out for a romantic dinner while I'm out tonight!
• At 5:22pm I'll head over to the gobbling :P table and reading till 5:40pm then I'm sitting over the loo for two tinkles before waiting for David's pickup @ 5:45pm for the pig thing!
• Gabby's minding me from 9:30pm till 1:30pm toms; presuming she'll help me up, take me to buy my arvo tea sushi roll, coming home for a shower then dropping me off @ church to play table tennis with dearest dad?
• Looking forward to my three big mugs of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honeyand planning to read the Matthew Reilly novel for three hours; will skip watching the 6pm news for the 170TH time for that!

Thursday Post 609d

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! With a final, final plodding total of 2972, lemme just cover final, final events for Thursday?

• Lol, PIG mum was go eager to gleefully force me to do those FitMi exercises for her she'd already come over @ 8:21pm, NINE MINUTES early! XD I immediately finished the previous post then just continued sharing my Facebook memories. XD
• At 8:30pm I had to let PIG mum gleefully force poor Ela then poor Elf on one set of the FitMi exercises for her for thirty minutes. Elf's tired now. :o( *sigh*
• At 9pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: (unsure why the font's gone blue?) an early start for me:  Asha's helping me up @ 8am then taking me to the  NAB for two hours of physio! I've already emailed Mr. Jig-air and tried  summoning him back to the NAB to shout a hot drink; Winter ends soon! XD
• Asha will  see me home and  showered before leaving @ 2pm  and then Syn's coming  to give Ela  one hour of unfunctional exercises @ 2:30pm.
• After she leaves I'll pop online/ear arvo tea and read, since David's coming @ 4:45pm and taking me  to church  for  the pig thing! Unsure it's correct name but it doesn't start  till  @ least 6pm but since David needs to  get there early  and help setup I'm   coming  along for the ride too~

 Good evening again! Firstly, I've already logged in today's plodding total @ 2972 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'A Breathtaking View Of Grace'. Anyways, continuing today's events?

• Arvo tea was one mouthful of gloopy passionfruit, one huge mug of herbal tea (green/peppermint; the former, perhaps?) and one plain cracker. I happily read the Matthew Reilly novel for one hour, reaching page fifty @ 5:24pm. Then I had nearly twenty-five minutes to happily play Royal Match and passed more levels; I've passed like seventeen levels today!!
• Reading finished, I use the loo for one more tinkle then walk myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 169TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner @ 7:05pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa yummy cauliflower, lotsa soup carrot, about three chunks of salmon and several little slices of yummy pork.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Will haveta let PIG gleefully force my left limbs on one session of those FitMi exercises for her @ 8:30pm. *sigh*

 Good afternoon!  Firstly, I'm logging in Thursday's plodding total @ 2972 (stupid Wally went kaput today and wouldn't work ><; I just took last Thursday fortnight's total); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Jesus Will Trample All Our Enemies'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'The Importance Of   Exercise' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "God's Superior Strength'. Anyways, events for today?

•  Woo hoo, 10TH consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like yesterday, nature didn't call until 6:20am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Daddy Bear and happily cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P when noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs.  Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before giving poor Elf a very brief rub since she'd totally ignored my poor foot last night.
• PIG mum lets Karina inside @ 8am. Karina knocks, opens the door, says good morning, Emily and when I flop Daddy Bear's paw 2 HER SAYS HITTING THE SNOOZE BUTTON FOR FIFTEEN MORE MINUTES ... Daddy Bear GIVES ANOTHER PAW FLOP AND SHE WISELY REMOVES HERSELF, THUS SAVINBG HER FROM THE WRASTH OF THE Bear bUM.  xd - Sorry, shrieking! >< XD
• When Karina returns, I use the pot: p for three more tinkles, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Karina who's already squirted some toothpaste for me.
• Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk out to the gobbling :P table with Karina, rousing @ her for AGAIN not eating breakfast but then forgiving her when she says she's brought sth to eat after she buys groceries for PIG mum while I'm attending GCCW.
• For breakfast I slurp one  bowl of warmed healthy cereal with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast spread lightly with avocado and sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one tall cup of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, Karina slathers my face with sunscreen then accompanies me back to the bathroom before returning to the kitchen and washing up my breajkfast stuff. Over the loo, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• Less than forty minutes left, so just briefly:
• Did a stinky unspeakable and then Karina tootled me off to GCCW!
• Eleven attended today (in Meeting Room Two) and after I'd wailed @ Tammy about how we'd missed out on birthday cake yesterday she was a darling and brought little finger cakes from Coles; I had two! Then not only was there one little cup of white tea with two sugars, but there was also hot chocolate! Pat came back, Sattya helped me once to the bathroom during morning tea and Tammy kept me supplied with morning tea. Homework for next fortnight's 'password' and Ken wants stories? 
• Karina tootled me home for a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to her who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, Karina added some oyster sauce then reheated me one bowl of rice leftovers for lunch. Thanks to PIG mum who left me one packet of powdered HK-style milk tea and Karina even bought me this 600mL of chocolate milk-flavoured coconut water and since I've got inferior tastebuds, I thought it just tasted like milk! XD
• Signed Karina off with my thanks and byes @ like 2:30pm. She's back same time next week and since GCCW's not on, fingers crossed PIG mum'll let us have an early lunch @ Ho Lin Wah!
• Once I've used up the most important two hours of my day, I'll use the loo for one tinkle then sit @ the gobbling :P table and read for one hour before returning online and watching the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 169TH time!
• Toms: Roster says TBA but someone's coming @ 8am then taking me to the NAB for two hours! She'll see me home and showered before leaving @ 2pm and then Syn's coming @ 2:30pm and giving Ela one hour of unfunctional exercises.
• Most excitingly, David's coming @ 5:45pm and taking me   to the pig thing! Must   remember to  ask   PIG mum for some rice for arvo tea~

• At 8:30pm I had to let PIG mum gleefully force poor Ela and Elf on one set of those FitMi  exercises for her. Ela herself finished after twenty-two minutes but then poor Elf had to do eight minutes herself, meaning she/s tired and doesn't like PIG mum now. ><<  *sigh*
• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to   the loo for one more tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms:  Karina's minding me 8am till 2:30pm. After helping me up, she'll take me to   GCCW! That ends @ midday but since her shift doesn't end till 2:30pm, fingers crossed I can grab a quick lunch out with her somewhere before getting home for a shower!
• Looking forward to my most important two hours of the day online, reading for one hour and watching the 6pm news for the 169TH time!
• Doubt I'll watch the Bulldogs vs. the Panthers (but cheering for Canterbury!)  although I'll  prolly leave the livestream running in the background.

• Back home, lunch was some rice and one huge mug of some herbal tea.

• Five minutes before Nadine was due to arrive, I sat over the loo for tinkles.
• When she arrived eight minutes late, I asked her had she been stuck in traffic? No, just coming from previous shift! She replies.  Lol, aren't carers given time in between shifts to get to the next client? XD
• Table tennis was awesome like usual but there was supposed to be CAKE! Except the player's mum suddenly decided he'd already had too much cake for his birthday and wouldn't let him bring one more and share with us!!! *feels ripped off* ><
• Got home and took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Nadine who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye   tightly shut.

Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 1556 (ha, I'm just over 1.5 grand XD) but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed THIRTY-SIX MINUTES online after I get home from table tennis and watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 168TH time!! Anyways, continuing today's events?

• After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1443 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Shadows And Streams'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Just For Today' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'A Beautiful Ending' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and SEVEN MINUTES online after  I get home from GG tonight!! Anyways, events for today?

• Woo hoo, 9th consecutive awesome sleep tonight! Nature didn't call until 6:30am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. I wait five minutes then call again also banging the wall since it's already 9:45am; unless she comes NOW, I'll haveta hit the sack before twelve hours have passed and I'll feel like I've totally wasted the day! >< *sigh*
• When PIG mum eventually appears, she explains that dad's got a badminton mate over who wants to learn how to build a deck! She finishes with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to  the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

 Good afternoon! Anyways, events for today?

• Woo  hoo, 8th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:00am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

• Physio today: 2.195km bike ride, 36 bar-assisted pushups, 36 steps for Erf, 36 v-bar cable rows, 40 leg curls for Elf, 40 leg extensions for Elf, tennis ball catching and throwing for Era and boxing!
• After one loo trip (CZ258 unlocks the door but today somebody was already inside! Luckily, she left the ambulant cubicle free for me~) Peggy tootled us off to Pinelands Plaza to buy groceries from Coles and get my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse. I'm very impressed that the owner lady knows my name; Aunty Nancy must've told her!
• Back home, I take a nice hot quickest shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who kindly helps me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch is my delicious crunchy pork bahn mi plus another big mug of white tea; pity that Peggy still hasn't found where sneaky PIG mum has hidden the sweetener. *sigh*
• When dad returns home, I use the loo once more for two tinkles while Peggy gets dad to sign her off and say bye. She's back same time next week.
• After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Once I've used up my most important two hours of the day online I'll use the loo for one tinkle, sit @ the gobbling :P table for arvo tea (dad's mate bought bubble tea!)  and read till Lorraine comes and takes me to Toastmasters @ 5:30pm! Hopefully PIG mum'll  remember to gimme some rice for arvo tea~

• Toms: also hope PIG mum helps me up not too late and takes me grocery shopping plus aisle walking somewhere since after Tracey takes me to table tennis there's no GG since we're meeting for the pig thing this Friday!

• After publishing the previous post, I sat down and happily watched the first half of the Broncos vs.  Knights game!
• At halftime, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms:  Peggy's minding me from 9:30am till 1/2pm. She'll help me up, then take me to Breathe for physio.

Monday Post 608c

 Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 4223 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'You Want Mighty'. Anyways, continuing today's events?

• Happiness was reading the Matthew Reilly book for one hour; today I reached pg. 100 @ 4:51pm, reached pg. 111 @ 5:08pm and reaching pg. 125 @ 5:24pm. Then I had thirty minutes to play Royal Match and even passed two more levels!
• At 5:55pm I sat  over the looo for two more tinkles then signed  Loorraine off with my  thanks and byes. She's back toms night and taking me to Toastmasters!

• When the parents summoned me over for dinner @ 7:11pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa choko (the last for this season), lotsa yummy cauliflower, three little chunks of tasty pork, one big chunk of salmon and two slices of delicious snow fungi.

• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Anyways, hopefully  bbl after one last loo trip with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for  tonight plus what'sa happening  toms else wishing  everyone a smashing  Tuesday ahead!

Monday Post 608b

 Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 4029. Ha, I'm just over four grand; that doesn't happen   very often! XD Righteo, potential final, final events for tonight?

• When Lorraine announced her arrival two minutes late, both PIG mum and I went and answered the door. I asked her had she been stuck in traffic since you're two minutes late but Lorraine protested, I'm only one minute late! Lol, I believe you're supposed to be on time, not late?? XD
• So a nice hot shower for me - hairwash  today. Also thanks to Lorraine who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• I had one tinkle before Lorraine flipped the nice hot water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Lorraine rekitted me, I had one more tinkle when she was sticking Elf's AFO straps and I had one last when she was giving Wally back to Ela.
• Back outside, arvo tea was some fruit with one plain cracker and one small mug of peppermint/green tea. Originally PIG mum had put the teabag into the white tea with sweetener mug (the biggest one) but I told Lorraine to swap it.
• Happiness was reading - bbl!

Monday Post 608

 Good afternoon!  Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3805 steps (so will have hopefully reached 4000 before the night's out); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Message Of Creation'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Called To Overcome (2)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Being A Blessings'. Anyways, events for today?

• Woo hoo,  7th consecutive awesome sleep last night; that's already the 16TH time this year I've scored one whole week of consecutive awesome sleeps! :D Nature didn't call until  6:45am, and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, nature not calling again until like 9am, just before PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to   hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly with absolutely nothing but the tops before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• Once I've mostly kitted myself, I call PIG mum back to please finish with Elf's AFO straps and both laces, since it's already 9:45pm and I don't wanna be back in my bedroom for another night less than twelve hours after I've exited it, otherwise I'll feel that I've wasted the entire day! >< *sigh*
• After PIG mum returns and finishes with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Breakfast is one bowl of warmed healthy cereal plus one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with avocado and for some reason the PLATE (not the bread) very lightly sprinkled with salt (no matter; I just lick the plate clean afterwards XD), all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water.  Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

• Lol, PIG mum's so eager to get me to Ray's so she can yap @ him she nags me not once but TWICE to hurry up and get out! XD Amazingly, though, she helps me buckle my seatbelt all day!
• At Ray's, I use the loo for one tinkle then lie down for some @ times ouchy massage and acupuncture.  PIG mum's obviously in her element yapping incessantly @ Ray (but kudos to her for only repeating one syllable five times and another three; that's not too bad XD); sincere thanks to Ray who always responded and kept a conversation flowing.
• Following one more tinkle, PIG mum tootled us back to Warrigal Square and we hiked every aisle @ Woolies bar the frozen section. Upon entering, Kat was just leaving!
• Back home, Bettina had just arrived!
• Lunch was the final leftovers from what I'd cooked with Dorrie three days ago plus one huge mug of green tea.
• After taking the cup over to the sink and using the loo for one tinkle I walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Lorraine's minding me from 4-6pm toms. Must remember to ask her is she free to take me to Toastmasters toms night since the roster still says TBA.
• Looking forward to watching the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 167TH time! 
• Toms: Peggy's minding me from like 9:30am till 1pm. She'll help me up, take me to Breathe to physio and then get my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse for lunch before coming home for a shower. But most important thing:   she's taking me wedding anniversary present shopping for the parents!!
• Must remember to   ask PIG mum to gimme some RICE for arvo tea, since after Toastmasters toms night I'm only gonna get an UnHappy Meal with an orange juice.

• I'd only just started watching the news (the first story) when dad got home and said dinnertime!
• After using the loo for one tinkle I climbed into the backseat of the car; thanks muchly to PIG mum who kindly helped me with my seatbelt both ways tonight since I've got seriously sh*tty night vision. 
  *sigh*
• Dinner was @ Ru Yi Dim Sum, that Chinese restaurant @ the corner of Calamvale Central where I get haircuts from! As we entered, who should we bump into but Mel, Aunty Peggy, Uncle Stephen, Daniel and his little sister Hannah! I wondered where Kwany was but then he suddenly arrived! I cheekily Whatsapped him:  turn around, I'm right behind you! Getting the notification on his mobile, Kwany immediately turned around and we waved hi to each other. XD
• Dinner wasn't a very big portion, but I was impressed that I got one big solid bite of crispy   skin chicken meat, there was kai lan and there was even dessert!
• Uncle Slam and Anna kindly accompanied us back   downstairs to our car before bidding us goodnight~
• Before driving us home, dad pulled over first @ Uncle Calvin's place to give him sth; Ping Yee wandered out to say hello too~
• Back home, I walked myself slowly and safely online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Toms:  PIG mum'll help me up, since I've a late morning appointment to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage. Bet she's simply DYING to yap unceasingly @ him. XD
• PIG mum also says we can buy groceries and walk aisles after, so I'm   expecting to have passed 1000 steps before we come home for lunch with dearest dad.
• Looking forward to my most important hours online in the arvo; I'm gonna read match report after match report and bask in the Broncos' glory! XD

• After finishing the previous post, I listened to ABC's coverage of the Broncos vs. Newcastle game; we won comfortably! Looking forward to reading match report and watching the full match replay toms and basking in his glory! XD (Prolly too many ands for good sentence structure but I graduated high school English MORE THAN TWO DECADES AGO, so cut me some slack! XD)
• Match won, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat down @ the gobbling :P table and asked PIG mum please for some  arvo tea. Didn't bother asking her for my book, since she'd only snap get it yourself, but I couldn't be bothered coz I'm sure Lorraine will toms~
• For arvo tea, I enjoyed one gloopy mouthful of passionfruit from Aunty Yvonne, one plain cracker and one huge mug of green tea.
• Took a nice hot shower - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also slowly, softly but most hatefully sang 15% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
• I had one tinkle before I called PIG mum back and tapped the nice hot water off; after she dried my back and the back of the chair for me I did everything else until my bra strap needed doing up, Elf's AFO straps needed sticking and both laces needed tying.
• After drying the loo seat I sat for one tinkle, stamped both feet dry, dried inside both ears, stamped both feet dry, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Did my weekly file backup~
• Hmm, weren't we meeting Uncle Slam and Anna for dinner @ 6:30pm tonight? It's nearly 5:55pm but dad's still not home yet ... perhaps I'll start watching the 6pm news, if PIG mum will come downstairs and turn Kelly Clarkson off after she finishes showering?

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2661 steps (ha, I'm over 2.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "God's Not An Idolater"; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Called To Overcome (1)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread devotional topic's "God's Everywhere". Anyways, events for today?

•  Yay, 6th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:50am and after one pot :P trip I immediately tried falling back asleep since I knew PIG mum would help me up in ten minutes' time!
• Success! I actually managed to fall back asleep into a light doze and didn't wake until PIG mum opened the door and let herself into my bedroom! After she hit me with the eye goo and helped exceedingly slightly with the tops, she left me alone to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first. 
• PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I use the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

I hike up the ramp, use the disabled loo for one tinkle myself (the seat was up, but @ least the lid was too), washed and dried Era then grabbed my usual spot for service to   the most left.
• Yay, I get to stay seated for worship today~ I sing everything, plus the harmony for   three songs but like every other week, meant absolutely NOTHING. >< *sigh*
• Dr. Lee was the speaker today, with a sermon from the series Pastor Peter Pie started: How To Train    A Christian and I even got a mention! 
• Afterwards, Pastor Peter Pie was just about to lead communion when the fire alarm started; that's right, previously   we'd been warned of an upcoming drill!  People started evacuating; I looked around and saw Dr Lee still mingling and thought I'd wait for him to come closer before asking him to please pass Sticky to me but then PIG mum came and rescued me; I'm so touched!!! <3 We hiked up the driveway and I sat under some cover with chairs (reserved for the elderly?) and just sat and waited while PIG mum pointed out that there were separate gathering points for the three congregations.
• Once the drill was called off, we went back down; I was wondering would communion continue but nope, service was ended. Instead, I used the disabled loo again myself, grabbed a pack of Arnott's bikkies and sat outside the service hall.
• Aunty Cynthia wandered around for a chat; I also spoke with Dr. Lee and Nardia but then I read a Whatsapp message saying MM's holding their fire drill @ 11am and I don't wanna get stuck in another one! I asked Aunty Cynthia to please flag down dad for me (since PIG mum had already left for her weekly gossip and coffee social with the other church aunties); once dad came over, we hightailed it  outta here! Actually, since I walk slowly, I didn't reach the car   until 11:02am but the fire drill was running behind schedule too and the gates hadn't been shut yet.  XD
• It's been ONE WEEK since I've last enjoyed a proper meal out with table service.  *sigh* Today dad got me the chicken royale (the smallest chicken burger) and we shared a large orange juice but most amazingly, I got FIFTEEN chips!!
• Back home, I used the loo for one more tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Whoops I'm eleven minutes late listening to the Broncos play Newcastle on ABC radio but we're already leading 8-0; woo hoo!

Saturday Post 608b

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 3765 (so won't quite reach four grand before the night ends, sorry XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'The Fountain'. Righteo,  continuing tonight's events?

• While Sharon makes my bed for me then just sits beside me playing with her mobile, I happily read for thirty minutes first up.
• Before leaving for Underwood Market Place, I use the loo for one tinkle.
• Since all the disabled parks are already taken @ the front, Sharon parks around the side and grabs a trolley for us.
• First we buy groceries @ Woolies for PIG mum (thanks to Sharon   who lets me sit @ the self-; wonder why the parents don't?) and then we buy my arvo  tea honey sushi roll before going home. There's  sth wrong with Sharon: she doesn't like bubble tea!! o_O XD
• Back home I take a nice hot shower - hairwash  today. Also thanks to Sharon who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, for lunch Sharon microwaves me one bowl of the   delicious noodles I'd cooked with Dorrie yesterday and makes me two more big mugs of white tea sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of sugar each while I   continue reading. I reached pg.  275 @ exactly 12:20, reached page 300 @ 12:29pm  (but 'twas mostly photos) and FINISHED THE BOOK   @ 12:31! The acknowledgements were finished seven minutes later and then I FINISHED EVERYTHING @ exactly 12:40pm!
• After using the loo   for two tinkles, Asha tootled me off to church to play table tennis with dad! We bumped into Uncle Sam along the way; he told me, "Go in; I've already unlocked the door for you."
• When I signed Sharon off with my thanks and byes she said she's not coming back next Saturday but the Saturday after. Must remember to check the roster and find out who's coming.
• Think dad played early since he's attending Saturday church service and had to leave early? We were the only two playing until another uncle and aunty arrived @ 1:50!
• Back home I used the loo for one more tinkle then   sat @ the gobbling :P table and munched my delicious honey chicken sushi roll. Sudden mental blank: can't remember what I read after finishing the book club novel.  XD
• Used the loo for one tinkle, plopped online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 166TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.

Anyways, events for today?

• I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. • After washing and drying Era, Sharon accompanies me out to the gobbling :P table.  For breakfast, I get my once-weekly fried egg on one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with avocado.  I also enjoy my first big mug of white tea sweetened with one big spoonful   of honey, all my usual drugs :P and another tall cup of water.

Friday Post 608c

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 4181. Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• After showing Aunty Deana to the door, I use the loo for one tinkle and then plop online.
• Happily watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 165TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• When PIG mum summons me over for dinner around 7:15pm I use the loo for one tinkle then walk myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Dinner tonight: the chicken noodles I'd cooked with Dorrie earlier, a spoonful of rice and the charsiu bun dearest dad had saved me when he'd had yuck cha with Uncle Calvin and PIG mum!

• Dinner was washed down with one huge mug of peppermint tea; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Toms: Sharon's minding me from 9:30am till 1pm. She'll help me up, then presuming we'll buy my arvo  tea honey chicken sushi roll plus whatever other groceries PIG mum wants before coming home for a shower.  Will also ask Sharon for two more big mugs of white tea with two sugars~

• Unsure will dad take me to play table tennis with him @ church toms arvo? If yes, great but if no, I'm hoping to read the book club novel for three hours toms then watch the 6pm news for the 166TH time!

• Anyways, hope everyone has a smashing weekend ahead!
