saturday post

good evening! em got made to plod 2578 steps today. ok, so about last night:
-still repeat everything that i typed out on tuesday. still the same. >< and here are the exercises PIG mum forced em to do last night b4 I slept:
1. left hand fingers all open, starting at the thumb.
2. left hand fingers all open, starting at the pointer.
3. left hand fingers all open, thumb up, then back down.
4. left hand fingers all open, to meet PIG mum's hand for a count of 5.
5. left arm flex at bicep.
6. left arm flex at bicep and hold for 10 secs.
7. left arm straight up in the air.
8. left arm straight up in the air and hold for 10 secs.
9. left arm doing some thai boxing on my cool blue matress.
-and i managed to take myself to the loo this morning all by myself without falling to my death! :)
-finally, if PIG mum decides to force me on some more exercises tonight, i have no choice but to comply, but toms is a sunday. god decreed it a day of rest, so toms night, when i go to bed, i will be going to SLEEP. NO exercises. if PIG mum wants, she can force me to do them again on monday.
ok, here come the spotty :P points for today!
-em and tonie were happy pigs all morning. dad came in, woke me up, and threatened to dig me up if PIG mum didn't return within 10mins.
-meaning em was very relieved to hear the garage door opening, heralding PIG mum's return!
-PIG mum got me kitted for the day, then gleefully made (please refer to tuesday's post to read what i really want to say but have been TOO heavily censored by PIG mum ><)me walk out to the gobbling table. :P
-brunch was rice, lotsa vegies, and some yummy chicken, ham and gg, washed down with a plain glass of milk.
-vincent the physio rang, and said his car had broken down, the poor thing. >< i admit though, inside my heart rejoiced.
-susan came, and gave me a shower first - hairwash today. the 1 in the showerchair with the wheels and 1 without really seems to be working!
-i went for a tinkle afterwards,then got redressed. since PIG mum really has taken away sparky >< susan gave me my stick and i hobbled over to my chair.
-arvo tea was a cup of tetley's australian breakfast sweetened with 2 teaspoonfuls of honey, and a polo bun. i shared a chunk of it with susan, and she shared a bit of her rice cracker with me. she had a cup of green tea.
-we played a few games of uno and connect 4.
-ding dong! my heart plummeted when the doorbell rang. it really WAS vincent the physio. ><
-1st session: PT. he forced me walking around the house, threatening not to leave, and what not. i was exceedingly grateful when he left at 5:30.
-susan flicked the TV on to sports tonight, hosted by a rob kanning (i think.) she cut me up a soft pear, and i shared with her a slice, of course.
-at 6pm, i flicked over to 7's evening news, hosted by rod young and kay mcgrath, sport by pat welsh, weather by talitha cummins, and beach by liz cantor.
-during the news, jo from coda rang to tell me that toms, dolly the baby elephant will be coming. yay, i miss her!
-after the news, susan gave me my stick and i hobbled to the toilet, hobbled over to wash and dry my right hand, and hobbled back to my chair.
-susan took off early, at 6:45pm, when PIG mum and dear dad returned home.
-i was ready to sit and read, waiting for dinner, but PIG mum told me to go do my bible study homework and gleefully made (please refer to tuesday's post to read what i really want to say but have been TOO heavily censored by PIG mum ><) me walk over to the computer.
-when dinner was called, i told PIG mum i wasn't very hungry and that it could be my skipped meal for the month, but did ask PIG mum politely if she could please pass me a piece of chicken, or sth. not really sure why she snapped no, but oh well. my tummy will last until breakfast toms.
-so i did my bible study homework, and had a bit of a yak to joshels on MSN. he's doing his bible study homework right now, too! and he also goes to BSF!
-dear grandma just rang! i love her the MOST :) and she prayed with me too! then i had a yak with aunty florence before i gave the phone to PIG mum. but, gotta remember, must keep baby mickey in my prayers tonight to percy the angel/saint, coz the poor little tyke is sick! ><
-anyways, i hope to see you at church toms! and fingers crossed for some decent lunch toms!
