Friday Post 603

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 7428 steps (sweet; will crack being 3/4 a normal person today! XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Power To Profess Christ'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Become Willing To Change (2)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "God's Plan? God's People!" Anyways, events for today?

  • Aww, what better way than to finish the week with my 4th consecutive awesome sleep? Nature didn't call until 6:35am and after one pot :P trip I immediately fell back asleep, since dearest dad would prolly leave for work one hour later!
  • Sure enough, exactly one hour later, dearest dad very thoughtfully walks silently along the hallway and unpops the lock into the garage, which awakens me for another pot :P trip. After this second pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • After dearest dad kisses me bye,  retucks me back into bed and leaves for work @ Aunty Yvonne's place, PIG mum immediately thumps around upstairs then comes downstairs to hit me with the eye goo, since Peggy's coming @ 8am.
  • Once PIG mum lets Peggy in, she knocks, opens the door and announces good morning. When I wave Appa @ her, she next states fifteen more minutes. Another wave from Appa and she thankfully removes herself; phew, since like Pearl, Appa's not really anatomically capable of giving the Bear Bum! XD
  • When Peggy   comes back, I use the pot :P once more for three tinkles, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's already squirted some toothpaste for me.
  • Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table with Peggy, who   tells me that she's brought two hardboiled eggs to have for breakfast while I'm doing physio.
  • My breakfast: one bowl of plain porridge with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast spread with avocado and lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • Breakfast finished, Peggy slathers sunscreen over my face before accompanying me back to the bathroom then returning to the kitchen and washing up my breakfast stuff. Over the loo, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Auto (pronounced Alto). Thanks to Peggy who kindly helps me buckle my seatbelt both ways. She tootles me off to UQ for my final NAB session for this block.  Since we arrive @ 9:40am, we get ten minutes each to play with our mobiles before heading upstairs, where I use the loo for one tinkle and then sit in the waiting room and wait for Ashleigh
  • Physio today: Standing reaching for Era, standing boxing for both hands (400 punches) and walked one lap of the great court; walked from the NAB! Luckily, I was allowed to sit back down afterwards and got pushed back into the NAB to collect my king-sized Freddo from Jam! Also, phew that I've been released from the next five weeks @ the NAB without a HEP. XD Pity the CEs wouldn't shout a hot drink but @ least I got a king-sized chocolate Freddo from Jem!
  • After sitting over the loo for two more tinkles, Peggy tootles me home and I take a nice hot shower -  hairwash  today. Also, thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my   hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
  • Dried, creamed and rekitted, PIG mum's made me a salmon in onion and tomato  toastie with only one slice of cheese and one huge mug of some herbal tea for lunch.
  • At 1:55pm I sit over the loo once more for two tinkles while PIG mum   signs Peggy off and shooes her away before I get out, but I call out my thanks and byes to her when she leaves.
  • Syn arrives immediately after Peggy leaves; once I exit the bathroom I enter my bedroom, kick off my shoes then lie down since for today's session, Syn's assessing Ela and writing a report for Dr.  O'Sullivan! I was very impressed that she recognised Appa and she told me that her husband's a pastor!  Also, tonight they're flying back to Singapore since they've put a down payment for their house!
  • After Syn left, I sat down to munch  arvo tea (one yummy banana, two small round crackers and another huge mug of herbal tea) and read the book club novel for one hour. Today I reached pg. 200 @ 2:59pm.
  • Reading finished, I used the loo for one more tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

  • Looking forward to watching the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 127TH time!
  • Toms:  roster says Olivia's coming 9:30am till 1pm but since PIG mum says she NEVER comes, wonder who'll turn up?
  • Looking forward to my once-weekly honey chicken  arvo tea sushi roll; also hoping to read the Japanese Lover for three hours toms! Willing to skip watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 128TH for that!
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl after dinner, else wishing everyone a smashing weekend ahead!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
