Tuesday Post 602c

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ 3818. Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• Physio today: Twenty-six transfers from double red mats to plinth with two- and one-point kneeling and lunges for Erf, ten double leg pushups on tower of power for both legs and ten single leg pushups on tower of power for Elf. Best of all, one of the CEs gave me a giant chocolate Freddo frog from Kat and I didn't even need to hike the stairs to her office/cupboard and say thanks!
• After sitting over the loo for two more tinkles Angelica tootled me home and I took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Angelica who helped me rinse out my   hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one yummy banana, one huge mug of some herbal tea (I've forgotten   green/peppermint) and hopefully one plain rice cracker/two tiny little flavoured ones. PIG mum for some reason forbade me from reading until I'd finished eating, finished drinking and wiped the table clean for her? No biggie.
• After getting her permission to read, I happily read The Japanese Lover for one hour, reaching pg. 100 @ 4:28pm and reaching pg. 111 @ 4:47pm.
• After using the loo for one tinkle, I popped online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the ONE HUNDREDTH AND TWENTY-FIFTH time! All the things I like recording are in the previous post~
• PIG mum got dearest dad to start dinner with her but without me around the sports report/after the weather report; once the news ended, I asked for permission to join. When PIG mum replied come, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight:  rice, lotsa cos lettuce, lotsa not-very-yummy bean sprouts, lotsa dearest dad's home-grown hairy melon, two/three chunks of salmon and two/three small slices of surprisingly tender beef.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• At 8:30pm I had to let PIG mum gleefully force poor Ela on one set of those FitMi exercises for her. Tonight, that took twenty-four minutes.
• Exercises finished, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Toms: PIG mum says she'll help me up and take me grocery shopping somewhere before coming home for lunch with dearest dad.
• Holly's taking me to table tennis @ 1:30pm; fingers crossed for cake!
• She'll  see me home  and showered before leaving @ 6:30pm; ten minutes later I'll use the loo then be seated waiting  for David's pickup @ 6:45pm with  BYO dinner  for the resumption of GG for term three with  Bible study!
• Anyways, hope  everyone has a smashing day  toms!
