Saturday Post 513

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2839 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Best Passage Ever'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Communication That Works @ Home' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Access Through Christ'. Anyways, events for today?

  • Woo hoo, 7th consecutive awesome sleep last night; that's already the 20TH time this year I've achieved one straight week of awesome sleeps :D Nature didn't call until 6:30am and  after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • (Unsure why the dot points are HUGE? XD Someone please teach me how to make them normal-sized again, please! XD)
  • When nature called again around 8:30am, after another pot :P trip I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P when noisy PIG mum wakes me with her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and give poor Elf a very brief rub since she'd totally ignored my poor foot last night. Doesn't matter; Era rubbed her for fifteen minutes last night and obviously peeled off the sock this morning. XD
  • Damaris arrived late this morning (bad traffic) but PIG mum gave me fifteen more minutes first. After using the pot :P for one tinkle, I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Drinking one tall cup of water afterwards, I then sit over the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • After washing and drying Era, I walked myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. Actually, I'd called for Damaris, but PIG mum was yapping @ her and ordered just come out yourself.
  • Breakfast was my once-weekly fried egg on one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast spread very   thinly with some avocado and one slice of cheese, one delicious mug of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey, all my usual drugs :P and another tall cup of water. Happiness was reading for thirty minutes first up.
  • While Damaris closed and locked windows I used the loo for one more tinkle. After I climbed into the passenger seat of her car, Damaris kindly helped me with my seatbelt then tootled us off to Underwood MarketPlace and parked round the side before grabbing a trolley for us.
  • At Woolies, I buy a can of  flavoured salmon and Damaris buys a big pack of 14 bottles of water! Why I like grocery shopping with carers: they lemme  sit on the serve-serve checkout bench while they scan out items~
  • Back home, I take a nice warm shower -   hairwash today. Also thanks to Damaris who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
  • Dried, creamed and rekitted, Damaris makes me a   plain tuna toasted with TWO cheese and two more big cups of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey and cleans the bathroom. I happily continue reading, reaching page seventy-five @ exactly 12:40pm and finishing pg.  100 @ 1:32pm.
  • After Damaris leaves and I finish lunch, I use the loo for one more tinkle and am just about to pop online for the most important two hours of my day when dad demands I play table tennis with him for thirty minutes first.
  • That done, I use the loo for one more tinkle before walking myself slowly and safely online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Once I've used up the most important two hours of the day online, I'll use the loo for one tinkle, sit @ the gobbling :P table to munch my delicious arvo tea honey chicken sushi roll   and happily continue reading; it's only Saturdays that I can spend a blessed three hours with my nose buried in a book~
  • Toms: just church, nothing special. Not looking forward to lunch with   dad @ Hungry Jack's afterwards nor a stressful  arvo @ the hands of PIG mum but dad had better take us to eat CHINESE food for dinner and gimme ONE bowl of rice!!
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl,  else looking   forward to seeing everyone @ church toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
