- After breakfast, Jane covers my face and both arms with sunscreen, walks behind me back to the loo then returns to the kitchen and washes the breakfast stuff up. Over the loo proper, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- Only thirty minutes left, so just briefly:
- Physio with Adam: Three rounds of standing boxing with left and forward weightshift lotsa stepping Erf with lotsa left weight shift, some stepping for Elf with not much right weightshift, beanbag dropping for Ela with left and forward weightshift, clenching left thihh muscle, two long walks outside down the ramp to the half basketball 🏀 court and four laps long hallway walking. Phew Singular Bee Gee received my e-mail this morning and has agreed she'll not contact PIG mum about the incident since I didn't hurt myself~
- Got home, showered, had a tuna toastie for lunch, did one hour of OT with Christina, read The Two Lost Mountains for one hour, watched the 6pm news (Seven's) for the 98TH time (All the interesting

- Toms: PIG mum's helping me up early since Jane's coming @ 8:15am and taking me to the 2nd table tennis competition for 2026! Not looking forward to having to hike the stairs but looking forward to enjoying TWO slices of Kim's chocolate cake and fingers crossed PIG mum'll persuade dad to take us out to dinner toms night coz May the 23rd's my Freedom Day; back in 2008 I left BIRU screaming FREEDOM! hopefully forever!! :D
