Saturday post 131
Good morning and hello from tessa's iPhone! Enjoy the capitalisation at the start of sentences and whatnot, but excuse the random auto text. XD anyways, digi says I have been hard at work plodding 794 steps today, remembering that like 695 of those steps were plodded last night. Tessa's reset digi before he had a chance to convert steps to metres or kilocalories, so he can have a holiday today. XD anyways, let's start off with last noght's events first!
-before PIG mum tootled me off to FX, she gleefully forced poor ela on 35+ minutes of stupid exercises for her, then gleefully forced poor elf to endure a painful ten minute standing calf stretch (usually, it is fifteen, but I guess we were running late today) and finally gleefully FORCED :( me to plod twenty minutes on the bloody treadmill for her. Then, after dinner and one more loo trip, she tootled me off to church for FX!
-the moment I got there, Hilda's immediately complemented me on my cool hat, like I said, PIG mum, you have obviously got no taste, because pole, hairy, bee, wells and Alan all said the same thing, that's my hat/beanie looks cool. XD
-last night, josh tan from SDBC spoke! I had a brief chat to him before we started, thanked him for leaving that comment on my original taleofepic blog that I used to keep and laughed that yes, I had not forgotten him.
Dunno why we did not have to sing any songs, but after someone interviewed josh, he started right in talking about evangelism. I took copious notes and did the quiz at the end, which revealed to me that my evangelism style was direct.
-thanks to July who walked behind me once to the loo and back around 9pm.
-afterwards, Alan walked out with me to get some supper, just as jeany walked towards me with a serviette of hot wedges! So Alan grabbed me a chair, I sat down, then jeany and I had two/three yummy wedges each. Then someone told me there was sweet potato dessert soup and peanut tong yuen (say that in canto)! I said I could not have the peanut tong yuen but could I please have some sweet potato dessert soup? Jeff laughed and said he had put one peanut tong yuen into the sweet potato dessert soup to see if it would explode, which it did not, but he was afraid that some peanut might have leaked out. I said that would be fine and he kindly brought over one cup for me. Someone was also handing out little fun sized twice bars! I munched one~
-when dad came for me, jeany came with, carrying my picnic chair that I had left on his car last Sunday.
-dad tootled us home, where IG mum had already arrived home from going out for a drink with aunty ping tee/Catherine.
-so instant bedtime for me, zzz~
-today: I used the pot:p three times last night, once more during pre-dawn and once more when PIG mum leaves for work around 7:30. After she leaves, I spend ten minutes having a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the leasure, all the satisfaction to mi IG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied. Actually, I fell back asleep after only five minutes, but when nature called again around 8:30am I continued for another five.
-waking for at least two more pot:p trips, I heard tess arrive at 9:30. Soon after, dad left for church. Only, aunty Lucia rang looking for dearest dad! I gave her his mobile number.
-so I got up and used the pot for two more tinkles. Tess got me kitted, then I went over, brushed my teeth (thanks to tess who had already prepared everything for me), drank one mug of water holding the mug 'incorrectly' then went and did a stinky unspeakable, also leaning briefly against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel.
-afterwards, I went over to wash and dry era, before tess and I linked arms and walked out to the gobbling :p table together for breakfast.
-thanks to dearest dad who made some ham and eggs and thanks to tess who added half a slice of cheese in it for me. My mug of tea, white and two, was the second mug for today which I could hold 'incorrectly'.
-while I ate and blogged on her iPhone, tess lightly massaged ela for about thirty minutes, then made me one mug of milo, sweetened with one teaspoonful of sugar, which I am drinking now.
-tess has gone to cook me some fried rice for lunch. I have already rung aunty a, and she will come over for dinner tonight.

friday post 153
good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 1868 steps today (which digi proudly reports as also equalling 550m or 28.7kcal XD); secondly, TWFT topic's 'take the plunge (2)' and thirdly, the spam count for the week's just eight. righteo, events for today?
~woohooawesome sleep last night! nature didn't call until 7:05am, and after a quick pot :P trip, i spent the ten minutes till 7:15am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance i needed to get through the day, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied. after that, daddy bear and i cuddled and snored, me waking briefly to kiss dearest dad goodbye when he left for work sometime around 7:45am. actually, i hadn't fully fallen back asleep yet, but was dozing lightly.
-more happy snorings with daddy bear followed, plus two more pot :P trips, before PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen more minutes."
-when PIG mum came back, i used the pot :P once more for three tinkles and she got me kitted. then she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the bathroom and brush teeth (poor ela) before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-breakfast was three yummy ORGANIC weetbix! apologies, though: my unrefined tastebuds can't tell the difference between organic and non-organic weetbix. XD i also popped all my usual drugs :P, drank one full mug of water and continued my mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay.
-afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the 4WD, where she tootled me off to UQ for physio. of course, she gleefully forced poor em to buckle her own seatbelt all day; we also listened to jacky cheung all day too and i spent most of the trip with both eyes closed and finishing my mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel.
-opening both eyes somewhere along coronation drive, era helped ela stretch for five minutes, before ela opened and closed her palm @ least fifty times, holding each for a count of five.
-at UQ, PIG mum took me once to the loo, then kindly left me with some australian gRDENING MAGAZINE WHILE - sorry, shrieking! >< - she went back downstairs to pay margit.
-kate came for me with a walkbelt. physio today: four-six laps walking along hallway, weightlifting and stepping practice @ parallel bars for erf, , making the six symbol for ela. kate was terrifying when she threatened to cut poor ela off, but was awesome when she gave me a twix before i left! :D
-afterwards, PIG mum took me once to the loo, then tootled me off to see naz for some lunch. 'twas kinda annoying, having her constantly nagging me that elf wasn't holding in well enough, and that nor was era helping ela stretch properly, but by now i've come to recognise that it's just the cruel and unfaithful god trying to destroy my day, but by keeping a good attitude and constantly rising above his hatred i won't let him win me.
-thankfully, there was a parking spot available for us. :o) PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk down to sultan's kebab, where i ordered my yummy kebab from hannah. like naz, she stuffs them something FAT for me! the only unfortunate thing was that PIG mum pinched half of it, but hey.

-at 6:55pm, i took myself once more slowly and safely to the loo and back, rising above the cruel and unfaithful god's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
-smart PIG mum immediately tumbled downstairs when dearest dad returned home. XD
-immediately and gleefully forcing me offline, she:
-gleefully forced mostly ela on 25-35+ minutes of stupid exercises for her, then
-gleefully forced poor elf to endure a painful fifteen minute standing calf stretch and
-gleefully FORCED :( me to plod fifteen minutes on the bloody treadmill for her.
-then she got me changed, coz dad was taking us out for dinner!
-but only to the garbo food court. XD perhaps we'll have a proper dinner out @ some restaurant (IKEA doesn't count as a restaurant, no matter what it calls itself! XD)
-we bought the four boxes for ten bucks from that italian place beside maccas. yummy fettucine cabonara, one BBQ chicken wing, some beef and rice. we all just drank water.
-then we bumped into carmen! so dad gave her a lift home.
-back home myself, i took myself once more to the loo then walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-toms: late morning UQ physio with kate.
-fingers crossed i can get some lunch from naz afterwards!

XD), which digi proudly reports as also equalling 540m or 27.4kcal. XD oh, and joni's devotional topic's 'the two crows'. righteo, continuing today's events?
-when annette announced her arrival shortly before 4pm, i walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and let her in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful god's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
-so a nice hot shower for me - i washed and rinsed my own hair today.
-i had one tinkle before i flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (annette helped only with my back and era), mostly creamed myself (annette kindly helped with my back, era and both calves) and mostly rekitted myself (annette helped only with my AFO and pulling my top down for me when i got stuck), before heading over to the loo for two tinkles, singing like 1/4 of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
-afterwards, annette Forced me to walk out to the kitchen to make my half an arvo toastie and yummy mug of mint green tea, my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-while i ate, annette went to clean the bathroom. when she came back, she massaged ela for twenty-five minutes, painting her light green with white spots today.
-before leaving @ 6pm, annette took me once more to the loo. i won't see her till next month, coz she's going to the princess alexandra hospital for her carpal tunnel operation on monday! i gave her a big hug and wished her well.
