Friday Post 479

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1251 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Seminary Of Suffering'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Songs Of Deliverance (1)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Time Well Spent'. Anyways, events for today?

  • Woo hoo, 11TH consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like the last three days, nature didn't call until 7:05am, and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • Afterwards, Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P just after 9am shortly before PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my bedroom to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
  • PIG mum comes back to finish with only Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FOT E :( me to walk out to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit briefly over the loo before walking myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Breakfast is one bowl of Minus :P and special K with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • After breakfast, Deb (who arrived @ 10am) accompanies me back to the bathroom. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Deb's car. She kindly helps me buckle my seatbelt (as she also does on the way back) then tootles us off to the Garbo cinemas to watch Here!
  • We buy tickets (Deb got the free ticket with my companion card and I asked her to please buy the popcorn but the guy behind the counter told her that one bucket was ten bucks! That was way too expensive so instead she bought us an Aero bar to share, yum!
  • After using the disabled loo once, we found our cinema. Wow Garbo's heaps bigger than Sunnybank Plaza Hoyts; 'twas all the way @ the end! Was also very unimpressed that I had too hike up two steps to reach my seat; unsure why they didn't have any @ the front?
  • The movie had about four instances of that huge orchestral music that I loved but apart from that, the entire movie was mainly set in one place ... must've been a cheap movie!
  • Afterwards Deb tootled me home and I showered half fast since she was anxious to leave precisely @ 1:45pm since she needed to take her dad to some medical appointment.
  • PIG mum left me a tuna in tomato and onion with one cheese toastie with one mug of green tea for lunch. Phew, dearest dad quickly Whatsapp videocalled me, saying he'd safely arrived.
  • Before plopping online I used the loo for one tinkle; will use it again before sitting @ the table for arvo tea but may haveta wait till after dinner before finishing reading for one hour.
  • Hoping to watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 176TH time
  • Toms: perhaps expect a super-pissy plodding total from me? Obviously, PIG mum's not gonna take me to play table tennis @ church!
  • Wait isn't toms the Canterbury reunion?? Must confirm with Mr. Ilsley!!
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^

  • Got home, showered, watched the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 174TH time, wolfed down rice leftovers for dinner and then had GG @ my place! Jodie led Bible study from Mattew 25:31-46 and seven people attended although Rosanna left @ 8:35am since she couldn't sleep last night.  When everyone else left just after 9, I walked them out, used the loo for one tinkle (huge thanks to Peter Pie who lifted the loo lid back up for me) and returned online.

Wednesday Post 479b

Heylo again and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get to post online before midday. XD Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total from Tuesday's actually 1570 (ha, I'm just over 1.5 grand XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'Permission Slips'; thirdly, today I've been hard @ work plodding only 278 steps (since obviously, I've not left the house yet); fourthly, John Piper's Daily devotional topic from last night's Sin/Suffering, Sickness/Sabotage'; fifthly, TWFT topic's 'The Many Ways God Speaks To Us' and sixthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'A Beautiful Surprise' but  seventhly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and ONE MINUTE online after I get  home from grocery shopping with dearest dad!! Anyways, let's start with yesterday's events first!

  • Once I'd used up the most important two hours of my day, I used the loo for one tinkle before sitting @ the gobbling :P table to read for one hour and wait for PIG mum to wake from her long  arvo nap and gimme some arvo tea.
  • Actually, I only had time to read for fifty minutes since I was gonna sit over the loo for two more tinkles before Nisha came and took me to Toastmasters @ 5:30pm but I finished pg. 333 @ 5:16pm. Thanks to PIG mum who passed me one yummy banana and poured me one mug of some herbal tea.
  • At 5:24pm I sat over the loo for two tinkles before sitting by the front door and waiting Nisha's arrival. Actually she came four minutes late since she was stuck in traffic.
  • We  had  a good run along the highway but traffic just STOPPED when we got to QUT; there was even a police car with light flashing! Hence all the free parks were taken; wonder what was  going  on?
  • Neil said there was some outdoor concert happening! Like eight attended last night; I filled  in as timer apart from doing warm-up master and there's only like  three meetings left this year! Also, Kate signed me up to participate in Table Topics again @ the next conference!

Sunday Post 478

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1585 steps (ha, I'm just over 1.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Medicine For The Missionary'; thirdly, TWFT topic's' 'Bring Your Problems To Jesus' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Born Again?' Anyways, events for today?

  •  After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt. She climbs inside the car also and then tootles us off  to church, parking outside the hall. I haul myself up the tamp, use the second cubicle of the normal ladies toilet for one tinkle (since both the disabled and the first cubicle in the normal ladies toilet have closed lids but mean PIG mum won't lift them for me), wash and dry both hands and then grab my useful spot for service on the most left @ the back. PIG mum bolts back upstairs for CSS.
  • Yay not only do I get to stay seated for worship today, but the little kiddies also come to sing with us and we even sing Mary Did You Know! I sang everything, plus the harmony for one song, but like every other week, meant absolutely NOTHING. >< *sigh*
  • Speaker today was Pastor Peter Pie with his final sermon from  his We Are EM series and he led communion afterwards. Then some missionary spoke (while her hubby spoke upstairs @ CM) hence why service actually ended LATE today!
  • I use the loo for another tinkle, grab a packet of bikkies for morning tea and sit @ the end of the row of chairs outside the service hall. Aunty Cynthia comes over and says Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, since she's going down to Melbourns to visit her three grandkids (all under ten) and then flying back to HK!
  • For lunch, dad and I are @ the Rochedale Hungry Jack's again. Cool I shake a fried chicken burger and get exactly ten chips from dad~
  • Back home, I use the loo for one tinkle and pop online but return to the bathroom for a pad change when PIG mum gets home from her coffee and gossip social with the other church aunties.
  • Dad had better take us out for dinner tonight and gimme @ least one mouthful of HK-style milk tea!
  • Toms: 11am appointment to see Ray for some massage and acupuncture. Bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap unceasingly @ him. XD
  • Since we've gotta eat lunch @ home with dearest dad PIG mum says we mightn't have time to buy groceries? Well, expect a super-pissy plodding total from me should that happen.
  • May haveta ring CODA toms and ask who's minding me from 4-6pm; roster still says TBA ... nah, I'd better email Michelle. XD
  • But can hopefully read for one hour and watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 171ST time since I think dad says I can watch it again before we have our once weekly family dinner together out?
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing week ahead!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^

  • Dried, creamed and rekitted, Jacinta makes me a plain tuna toastie with cheeses for lunch! With that, I drink one mug of some herbal tea and @ 2pm I sign Jacinta off with my thanks, byes and Merry Christmases, in case I don't see her again until next year. XD
  • Dorrie comes and makes chicken chapchae with me!
  • After she leaves I enjoy one bowl for arvo tea and happily read the historical fiction novel for one hour, finishing pg. 150 @ 4:57pm.
  • Whoops outta time so just very briefly:
  • Went for early voting! Was pissed @ the parents who made me walk all  the way and vote when the guy was originallyv  willing to lemme sit and he'd bring the voting papers over, but 'twas cool to finally visit the new SIC building; it's very fancy!
  • Watched the  6pm news (Nine's) for the 169TH time. All the  things I like recording are in the previous post.
  • Had  dinner and returned online.

  • After enjoying my most important two hours of the day online, I used the loo for one tinkle and then sat @ the gobbling :P table to read for one hour and wait for PIG mum to gimme some arvo tea.
  • Ooh for the first time this hotter season, PIG mum fed me some mango! Like she said, it's not very sweet yet but hopefully it'll become sweeter! Thanks also to PIG mum who mixed me one mug of powdered HK-style milk tea coffee, even though she initially forgot and handed me some floral infusion. XD
  • Happily read the historical fiction for one hour; today I reached pg. 100 @ 4:43pm, reached pg. 111 @ 5:04pm and reached pg. 125 @ 5:33pm.

Thursday Post 478

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1474 steps today (so presuming I'll have cracked 1.5 grand before the day's out XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "God's Final, Decisive Word"; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Don't Rush To Judgement" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Food For The Hungry'. Anyways, events for today?

  • After breakfast, I sit once more over the loo.
  • After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of Karina's car and she tootles me off to GCCW. Thanks to her who helps me buckle my seatbelt both ways~
  • At the library I use the loo for one tinkle and discover that we're finally in meeting room three!
  • Eight attended today (one was a new Taiwanese girl), thanks to Tammy who helped me once to the bathroom for morning tea (I managed fine inside by myself) and Satya brought CAKE! :D
  • Homework for next meeting's inspiration and when Karina came to pick me up, Sattya gave her the leftover vanilla mud cake she'd brought and told us to finish it! I asked Karina once back in the car following one more toilet trip can we quickly eat it now since I know if I bring it back home mother won't lemme eat any and Karina said sure; we both gulped two slices! XD
  • Back home, I took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Karina who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
  • Dried, creamed and rekitted, back out @ the gobbling :P table Karina kindly poured me one small mug of milk since the white chocolate mud cake had been incredibly sweet before going to clean the bathroom.
  • When PIG mum arrived home, she immediately decided she'd not lemme eat out tonight for dinner, hence why I asked Karina please to help me unclip my bra before leaving. Only PIG mum was in such a rush to have Karina leave she said no, go back to your room and I'll help you do it after I sign Karina off.
  • That down, lunch was one yummy tuna in tomato and onion toastie with only one slice of cheese and one mug of Chinese tea, but PIG mum says she'll make me a cup of powdered HK-style milk tea for arvo tea; hope she remembers!
  • Lunch finished, I use the loo for one tinkle and then walk myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Once I've used up the most important two hours of my day, I'll use the loo for one tinkle and then sit to read the Philippa Gregory novel for one hour. Hopefully PIG mum'll gimme some arvo tea!
  • Hoping also to watch the 6pm news (Seven's) for the 168TH time!
  • Toms: have e-mailed Michelle asking who's minding me from 9:30am till like 1pm toms; the roster still says Peggy but pretty sure she's on annual leave for the next two/three Fridays~
Presume we'll buy groceries for whatever PIG mum decides I'm gonna cook with Dorrie toms arvo!
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl, else hope everyone has  a smashing weekend ahead!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
