Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2697 steps (ha, I'm over 2.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Master Servant'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Find A Mentor (3)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Simple Acts Of Kindness'. Anyways, events for today?
- Nature called once around 12:45am; I used the pot :P again around 6:20am before I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Around 7:45am, I wake for another pot :P trip when dearest dad comes and kisses me bye before retucking me into bed, saying he's going to Aunty A's place and mowing the lawn for her.
- After dad's gone, Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore again, me waking once more for the pot :P shortly after 9am just before noisy PIG mum begins her usually noisy daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing but the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
- PIG mum returns to finish with only Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom to brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
- Breakfast is one bowl of the less yummy (so sticky) bird food (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD) very lightly sprinkled with some Minus :P, one full cup of water, all my usual drugs :P and one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat oof PIG mum's car and buckle my seatbelt. She tootles us off to Calamvale Central to buy groceries.
- She parks outside, we catch the escalator up and then buy fresh fruit and veg from the Mega Discount Fruit Market (the checkout chic recognised me and said I'd not been back for a while!~) before buying groceries from Woolies before PIG mum tootled us home, where dearest dad had been cooking lunch for us~
- For lunch, we had two minute noodles with lotsa soup carrot, lotsa soup tomato, lotsa soup potato, lotsa lettuce and two small slices of soup beef.
- Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after using the loo for one more tinkle I walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
- Bree's minding me from 4-6pm; I'm looking forward to reading the book club novel for another hour and then watching the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 160TH time.
- Toms: PIG mum'll help me up, since Bree's coming @ 10am and taking me to Breathe for physio @ 10:45am.
- Presuming we'll buy groceries from Coles Pinelands afterwards? Fingers crossed PIG mum'll lemme buy a crunchy pork bahn mi for lunch from the Pinelands Bakery for lunch!
- Bree will see me home and showered before leaving @ 2pm; looking forward to my most important two days online, read the book club novel for another hour and watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 161ST time!
- Oh, isn't Aunty Sally coming over for two nights? Will hopefully spend some time with her then~
- Anyways, hopefully bbl after Bree leaves else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
Cheers,
Em. ^^
