 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 2540.  See?  Told you I'd crack 2.5 grand! XD Righteo,  final, final events for tonight?

• After publishing the previous post, I read and shared the She Reads Truth devotional before reading and sharing Facebook memories~
• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Tonight's ice cream night, yay! Even though dad gives even less than PIG mum does, a very little's better than none @ all!
• Toms: Jane's minding me 9:30am till 2pm and taking me to Breathe for physio. Why I'm cranky: that will officially be the 100TH hour of physio that I've endured this year. >< *sigh*
• But afterwards Jane's taking me to Underwood MarketPlace for the Black Friday sales; PIG mum says I may use Sparkless3 and buy sth! Cowpig's hoping I'll buy her a sibling; Squishmallows are cheaper!  XD
• Since I was meant to cook with Dorrie last Friday but didn't since she was sick, I'm supposed to cook toms arvo, right?? Last time when the OT was away for exercise week the next week I didn't cook and did exercises instead but dad says no, exercise toms! *super-cranky*; so complaining to PIG mum tonight and the OT toms!! >< *huh*
• But looking forward to reading the book club novel for one hour and watching the 6pm news bulletin for TWO HUNDRETH AND TWENTY-FIFTH TIME!

Thursday Post 564c

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 3470 (so will have cracked 2.5 grand before the night's out, yay! XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Be Thankful.'  Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• After the news ended I called out to dad saying please summon me for dinner and dad replies come now.
• I use the loo for one tinkle then walk myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa cos lettuce, lotsa soup carrot, lotsa soup potato, lotsa soup tomato and three tiny cubes of chicken/pork.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Anyways, hopefully bbl after one last loo  trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding  total for today, the final, final   events for tonight plus what's happening Friday else wishing  everyone a smashing end to their week toms!

• After I used up the most important two hours of the day, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat @ the gobbling :P table and asked dad for some arvo tea.
• Dad passed me one yummy banana, two plain crackers and one huge mug of green tea. Happiness was reading the book club novel for one hour. Eep, some thunder just cracked; the storm's coming! ><"
• One more tinkle for me before returning online~

Thursday Post 564

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2012 steps (ha, I'm just over two grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Jesus Prays For Us'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'A Prayer From Addiction' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's ' A Humble Thanksgiving'. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 4th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call  until 6:30am and after one pot :P trip I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh* Actually, since PIG mum’s overseas holidaying, I’m using the time to recharge my mental batteries and prepare for another year with her @ the helm! XD Although 'twas a broken sleep last night; suppose I was fretting that I couldn't reach PIG mum last night! I actually woke around 3am and my bladder asked pee? Only I said please wait for a few more hours; it's nearly Summer and the Sun rises very early. XD
• Mini Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P shortly before dearest dad lets himself into my room to kiss me good morning and gimme some eye goo.
• Once Karina arrives, she knocks, opens the door, bids me good morning and says, "Hitting the snooze button for fifteen more minutes ..." Mini Pearl nods @ her and she wisely withdraws; phew, since Mini Pearl's physically incapable of giving the Bear Bum! XD
• When Karina returns, I sit over the pot :P once more for three tinkles, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Karina who's already squirted some toothpaste for me.
• After sitting over the loo for one tinkle and washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table with Karina, rousing @ her for only having a liquid breakfast (she drank a cup of juice XD) and ordering her to buy sth to eat after she buys groceries for dad.
• My breakfast is one bowl of the less-yummy (so sticky) bird food (what Dr. Ku calls bird food :P) very lightly sprinkled with some Minus :P with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast lightly spread with avocado and lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, Karina covers my face and both arms with sunscreen then walks behind me back to the bathroom before returning to the kitchen and washing the breakfast stuff up. Over the loo proper, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Karina's car and she tootles me off to GCCW. I use the loo once upon arrival then discover we're using Meeting Room two today.
• For our final formal meeting of 2025, twelve attended. Tammy went with me once to the bathroom @ morning tea break, Mary got morning tea for me, Amina poured me a second cup, Agnes/Merlyn gave me some 'sar chi ma' (say that in Canto) then afterwards I asked Tammy for a 3RD cup of tea since that sar chi ma stuff was so sweet! XD First homework for 2026's The envelope slid under the door.
• After Karina fetched me, she took me once more to the loo then tootled me home for a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Karina who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was one bowl of rice leftovers smothered with boiled vegetables and four tint little pieces of soup pork. I enjoyed one big mug of powdered HK-style milk tea; thanks to Karina who's stuck it into the fridge for me while I was showering to cool it down for me!
• When dad got home, he immediately signed Karina off and shooed her away. Her daughter's being moved to some new psychiatric facility near Wacol soon...
• One tinkle for me before I plopped online~
• Once I've used up my most important two hours online for today (dad's already bugged me about when I'm getting offline *sigh*), I'll use the loo for one tinkle, sit @ the gobbling :P table , munch arvo tea, read for another hour and then hopefully watch the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 224TH time!
• Tonight's ice cream night; yay! Like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all~ 
• Toms: Jane's minding me from 9:30am till 2pm and taking me to Breathe for physio. I'm just grumpy since that'll be the 100TH HOUR of physio I've endured this year! >< *sigh*

 Heylo again, good evening and one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 3175 (ha, I'm over three grand XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'All The Wrong Reasons' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY-THREE MINUTES online after I get offline @ 10pm; argh, that's the SECOND CONSECUTIVE DAY I've not had the entirety of my MOST IMPORTANMT TWO HOURS of the day online!!! >< *sigh*  But just noting that Jane took me to the Underwood MarketPlace ALDI this morninng to buy groceries;  after coming home for lunch she took me to   play table tennis and then tonight I attended GG Bible study.  Ten attended tonight and we studied John chapter eleven. Toms Karina's taking me to the last formal GCCW of 2025! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 8am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied.  Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3998 steps (so will have definitely passed four grand before the day ends XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Hold Fast To Your Hope'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'How To Get Off The Treadmill' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Asking God For Help' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FIVE MINUTES online after I get home tonight from Toastmasters!! Anyways, just briefly, events for today?

• Yay, 2nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 8am~
• Peggy minded me from 9:30am till 43pm. She helped me up, I brushed teeth, ate breakfast, did a stinky unspeakable then went grocery shopping with Peggy @ Pinelands Coles before buying a crunchy pork  bahn mi for lunch from the Pinelands Bakehouse and coming home for lunch.
• At 12:15pm, Peggy tootled me off to the NAB.
• Physio today with Tam: Standing on double red mats reaching for Era with left weight shift, one six-minute walk test, two TUG tests eight laps long hallway walking and stepping for Erf with more left weight shift. Last week's the final session for 2025, and Tam's promised to bring Tim Tams!! :D
• Got home and took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted I had arvo tea and happily read the book club novel for one hour; today I reached pg. 275 @ 5:14pm. At 4pm I signed Peggy off with my thanks and byes; she's back same time next Tuesday.
• Lorraine's taking me to our last formal meeting of Toastmasters @ 5:25pm! FINALLY, she's letting me get a MILKSHAKE with my UnHappy Meal   for dinner! Thanks to baba who gave me rice for arvo tea coz I'll fret should I not get rice for @ least one meal a day.
• Toms: Michelle emailed me this arvo, saying Sylvia's minding me from 9:30am till 1:30pm. Wonder where dad will send us?
• Then Jane's taking me to table tennis @ 1:30pm and seeing me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30pm; fingers crossed for cake!
• Waiting for David to get back to me re.  dinner since he's taking me toms night for GG Bible study.

• After publishing the first draft, I bashed out a first draft of my GCCW homework!
• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: Peggy's minding me from 9:30pm till 4pm. Dad's said we can buy groceries from Coles Pinelands plus my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse and then come home for lunch before Peggy takes me to the NAB for physio from 1-2pm.
• Peggy will  see me home and showered before leaving @ 4pm; I've reminded dad please to gimme some EICE for arvo tea toms since Lorraine's coming back @ 5:30pm and taking me to Toastmasters! Why I'm excited: since it's our final regular meeting for 2025, I can finally officially get a MILKSHAKE with my UnHappy Meal!!!

• After the news ended, I asked dad please to summon me for dinner when ready then went and shared the She Reads Truth devotion, repeating the reminder @ 7:15pm and 7:30pm.
• When dad summoned me over for dinner @ 7:37pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa cos lettuce, lotsa soup potato, lotsa soup tomato,  lotsa soup carrot, one tasteless tiny slice of soup meat and some tasty chicken drumstick.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

 Heylo again,  good evening and potentially one final  greeting for tonight!! Em's potential final, final plodding total for tonight now stands @ 3563. Ha, I'm just over 3.5 grand. XD Righteo, potential final, final events for tonight?

• Eep, the carer didn't arrive until 4:16pm! I was expecting Angelica, but Lorraine came instead? Doesn't matter!
• So a nice quickest warm shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Lorraine who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one yummy pear, THREE thick rice crackers and one huge mug of delicious vanilla chai sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of sugar. Unsure why dad wouldn't lemme have tea for breakfast, only gave me herbal tea for lunch but left me sugar for tea for arvo tea? Yay, anyhow! XD
• Happiness was reading the book club novel for one hour; today I reached pg. 250 @ 5:29pm.
• Then I had nearly ten minutes to play Royal Kingdom; not that I passed anymore levels. XD
• At 5:55pm I sat once more over the loo for tinkles and asked Lorraine please for a pad change.

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3092 steps (ha, I'm just over three grand XD); secondly, john Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'When God Swears By God'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'A Relationship Governed By Rules' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Hope In The Waiting' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm  really still owed  TWENTY-TWO MINUTES online after Angelica minds me from 3:45pm till 5:45pm!! Anyways, events for today?

• Wow, has it really been five days since I last enjoyed an awesome night's sleep?) Nature didn't call until 5:50am (my favourite thing about the warmer months prolly how early the Sun rises now! ^^)  and after one pot :P trip I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. • After dad lets Narelle inside @ 9:30am, Narelle knocks, opens the door and bids me good morning. When I nod Mini Pearl back @ her, she goes fifteen more minutes, okay? Mini Pearl nods his body okay and then flicks his body in the 'shoo' motion. Narelle smirks and wisely leaves; phew, since Mini Pearl's anatomically incapable of giving the Bear Bum! XD
• When Narelle comes back, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk out to the gobbling :P table with Narelle, who tells me she had oats for breakfast.

• A Ray's, I use the loo for one tinkle then lie down for some massage and acupuncture. Originally, Narelle sat behind us, chatting but when she couldn't find her mobile, she went back out to her car to find it; eep, overheating!  Ray and I had a nice chat although I reminded him next week PIG mum would have returned and thanked him for some nice conversations but once she's back she'll yap @ session, you'll reply yes and she'll continue, while I'll just nap. Ray just snorted with laughter. XD
• Following another pot :P trip, Narelle tootled us back to Underwood MarketPlace, parking around the side and then grabbing a trolley for us.
• After we bought groceries from Woolies (thanks to Narelle who lemme sit on the self-serve checkout while she scanned our items) Narelle and I both enjoyed a LARGE bubble tea for the price of a regular one!! • Back home I had a bowl of rice leftovers plus one delicious mug of white tea sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of sugar for lunch.
• @ 1:30pm I signed Narelle off with my thanks and byes; she's turning sixty-seven next Monday and her kids are taking her to some steakhouse for her birthday dinner! Unsure when she's back, so we've said our Merry Christmas and Happy 2026 just in case.  XD
• It's 3:38pm now; hope Angelica arrives to superfvise my shower soon ... wonder will I get to read for one hour/watch the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 231ST time!
• Toms: Peggy's minding me from 9:30am  till 4pm.  Presuming she's helping me up, taking me to buy groceries from Coles Pinelands and get a crunchy pork  salad roll from  the Pinelands Bakehouse, come home for lunch, take me to the NAB for physio with Tam.
• Peggy will see me home and showered before leaving @ 4pm and then @ 5:30pm Lorraine's taking me to Toastmasters but not just any Toastmasters! Rather, it's the final normal meeting of the year (our next one will  be the last for  2025  @  the pub) and I'm FINALLY getting a MILKSHAKE with my UnHappy Meal!!! :D

 Good evening and definitely one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 4731 (sweet I'm even over 4.5 grand; that's even more uncommon than four grand!)  and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Stretcher Bearer'. Anyways, just very briefly, final, final events for tonight?

• Showered, ate arvo  tea (fruit, vanilla chai and THREE plain rice crackers) and read for one hour.
• Watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 230TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• Had dinner with dearest dad @ Hoo Lin Wah.
• Toms: the old carer's taking me to see Ray; maybe her name's Narelle?? XD
• She says we can have bubble tea @ Underwood MarketPlace afterwards; free upsize, woot! Dad bagged me out tonight for getting a large one, but I replied to you can't; you didn't say what size I had to get; you said I could only add pearl, which I did. XD
• Will come home for lunch with dearest dad then enjoy my  most important two hours of the day online before Angelica minds me from 3:45pm till 5:45pm.
• Hoping to watch   the 6pm news for the 231ST time!

Sunday Post 526b

 Heylo again, good afternoon again and potentially one final greeting for today! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 4015. Ha, I'm just over four grand; that doesn't happen very often! XD Righteo, potential final, final events for today?

• Speaker today was Tyvus with a sermon from the Living It Upside Down series and service ended thirteen minutes early like.
• After dad collected me, I used the disabled loo myself for one tinkle then sat outside the service hall since dad had already grabbed some morning tea for me!
• During morning tea break, dear Aunty Anne gifted me a Minion keyring (<3 the Minions!!) and Happy came to tell me that she was gonna celebrate her mum's 80TH birthday tonight; I told her make sure you get her a proper 80TH card since they're available for the special decade birthdays!
• While everybody else shared lunch @ the Sunnybank Plaza food court (our old haunt back in the days of AIC!) dad made me eat lunch with him @ Hungry JUack's again. *sigh* A cheeseburger for me (I'm not a fan of the Hungry Jack's cheeseburgers since they contain mustard) about fourteen chips, one small orange juice, two sips of disgusting coffee and like two chomps of the mini-Drumstick ice cream cone that dad shook on his Hungry Jack's app!
• Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• After Gabby arrived, dad ordered we not leave for another thirty minutes? No biggie, I just stayed online until 2pm and then used the loo for one tinkle before climbing into the passenger seat of Gabby's car.
• Unfortunately, all the disabled parks were taken but Gabby eventually found a park somewhere and I bought groceries. Note to self: must ask dad for coins next time; we couldn't get a trolley since they require coins to unlock but dad had only given me notes and Gabby only had a card!

• Groceries bought, Gabby tootled us back around to the other side of Underwood MarketPlace,  this time parking almost directly across from Moomi Tea.
• Aww I feel like a loyal customer: the guy behind the counter actually REMEMBERED my order! Dad said I wasn't allowed to ADD cookie to   my pearl milk tea, hence why I got a COOKIE milk tea and added pearls! XD Half ice normal sugar for me. Gabby got some kinda matcha thing with star jelly? Fingers crossed Narelle (think that's her name) will take me to get one toms arvo  and then I can claim the free upgrade available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday!
• Back home, I take a nice warm shower - hairwash today.  Also thanks to Gabby who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye fully shut. Oh, Gabby also noticed that my monthlies arrived. Lol and today I'm celebrating my 17.5TH year release from the insane asylum! I celebrate half-birthdays; why not celebrate half-freedom days too?? XD
• I had one tinkle before Gabby flipped the nice  warm - bbl!

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2043 steps (ha, I'm just over two grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Kewy To Spiritual Maturity'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'God Wants To Work Through You (3)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Our Worth In Christ' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FIFTEEN MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's)  for the 231ST time!! Anyways, events for today?

• Strange that nature called twice after midnight and not just once but hey, no biggie.
• Following another pot :P trip after the Sun's rising,  I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh* .Actually, since PIG mum’s overseas holidaying, I’m using the time to recharge my mental batteries and prepare for another year with her @ the helm! XD
• Around 7:25am dearest dad lets himself into my room to kiss me good morning and gimme some eye goo, saying fifteen more minutes now and you can have ten more minutes after Jane arrives.
• When Jane comes into my bedroom for the second time, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle and then we get me kitted before I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That down, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then head out to the gobbling :P table with Jane, who told me that she slurped a breakfast smoothie for breakfast this morning!
• For my breakfast I get one bowl of healthy cereal with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast spread with avocado and sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, Jane covers my face and hands with sunscreen then walks behind me back to the bathroom before returning to the kitchen and washing the breakfast dishes up. Over the loo, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. • At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: Jane's coming back to help me up @ 7:30am! Lol when I said bye to her this arvo after she dropped me off @ church  for table tennis she'd originally said cya Wednesday but Michelle never replied the email I sent her last week asking her to fill in this week's TBAs; I rang CODA on-call and told Trish she'd better find me someone to help me up toms since I'm attending  church and I'm not gonna let dad help me with a bra!! >< XD She rang back during dinner and said Sarah was coming; phew! Will definitely remember profuse thankyous tomorrow!
• Expecting a mouthful with dad @ Hungry  Jack's  for lunch  but fingers crossed he'll lemme buy a bubble tea with Gabby for arvo tea @ Underwood Marketplace!
• She'll leave @ 6:30pm; fingers crossed dad will take us out for dinner toms night together!

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 3758 (so sorry, won't reach four grand tonight XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'A Good Wife' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed SIX MINUTES online after I use the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, events for today?

• I've forgotten what time nature called last night but after one pot :P trip   this morning following the Sun's rising, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. When I nod Minim Pearl back @ her she says she'll come help me up after fifteen more minutes, okay?  Mini Pearl nods again before flicking his body 'shoo' @ her; Jane smirks and wisely leaves even though Pearl's anatomically of giving the Bear Bum! Oh, after one pot :P trip before Jane arrived, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. • Breakfast is my once-weekly fried egg on one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast with one full mug of water, my first mug of white tea sweetened with two sugars and all my usual drugs. :P Despite dad's persistence to hurry up and leave, I read for thirty minutes first up. 

• After one more tinkle, I climb into the passenger seat of Jane's car and she tootles us off to Underwood MarketPlace, parking outside the front. Thanks muchly to her who kindly helped me buckle my seatbelt all day.

• Jane grabs a trolley for us and then we buy the groceries dad wants. Jane doesn't have any groceries that need buying today.

• Our other stop before heading home's the sushi place to buy my honey chicken sushi roll for arvo tea.  Jane just told me to lean against the counter while she bought it.

• Back home, I take a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jane who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

• Dried, creamed and rekitted lunch is one bowl of leftover fried rice. Thanks to Jane for two more big mugs of white tea with two teaspoonfuls of sugar. 

• Feels like I'm leaving earlier and earlier every week to play table tennis with dad? Before going, I sit over the loo once for two more tinkles.

• Also, only dad and I played today? Unsure where everyone else was but I took a loo break during play and afterwards sat in on the Christmas choir rehearsal and harmonised along with the carols I knew~

• Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat down to read for a good long while, since it's only Wednesdays that I can spend a blessed three hours reading~ Today I reached pg. 175 @ 3:54pm and reached pg. 200 @ exactly 4:44pm!

• After one tinkle I plopped online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 230TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.

• Once the news ended, I called out and asked dad to please summon me when dinner was ready, repeating the reminder @ 7:15pm.

• When dad summoned me over for dinner @ 7:19pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Dinner tonight: leftover fried rice blanketed with a mound of boiled lettuce and soup carrot.

• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup and supper was one chunk of dad's piece of toast; after taking the bowl over to the sink then fetching the phone from my bedroom, I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again Rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

Friday Post 526c

 Good evening again!  Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ exactly 1111 (nice number and ha, I'm over one grand! XD Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• Back home, I took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Sylvia who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one yummy banana and one plain rice cracker. Happiness was reading the book club novel for one hour; today I finished pg. 125 @ 3:28pm and reached pg. 150 @ 3:58pm. Have I said before? It takes me two minutes to read one page from this book.
• At 3:30pm I signed Sylvia off with my thanks and byes. After reading for one hour, I used the loo for one tinkle and plopped online. Uncles started appearing for dinner.
• At 6pm I used the loo for one tinkle then sat @ the gobbling :P table awaiting dinner.
• Clever dad made his special duck! I proudly announced that I helped him make it since I painted the duck with soya sauce. XD
• Tonight, there was also broccoli, Chinese mushroom and maybe even some steamed fish? Everyone drank wine but dearest dad just poured me some fizzy drink and lemme steal one sip of his disgusting wine.  XD
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Only I returned to the gobbling :P table upon hearing there was cheesecake and Chinese tea!
• The cheesecake was store-nought from Uncle Wallace (Sara Lee, I'm guessing?) and I even got seconds!
• Dessert devoured, again I excused myself and walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• It's only 8:30pm now but the uncles are already leaving! Guess they're all early risers and early sleepers! XD

Friday Post 526b

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 996 (so promise I'll have cracked one grand before the night's out XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'The Sounds Of Thanksgiving Part 2'. Righteo,  continuing  today's events?

• I'm impressed with the accessibility; there's plenty of disabled parks available plus ramp access! We bump into some coordinator on the way in, and once inside (thank goodness for aircon) we're immediately given stick nametags.
• Immediately I head towards the craft table; we're making houses! I choose the BIGGEST trunk base (for dearest dad) and then glue down various ornaments~
• Afterwards, Sylvia and I pick a table to sit at. How embarrassing:  I initially don't recognise Jane! *cringe* XD She's there with a non-verbal patient who's wheelchair-bound and needs feeding.
• Karina joins our table! Her client's an able-bodied man; wonder what his disability is?
• Aww I don't win any of the three rounds of bingo played! The first round was just one line; the second round called for two lines and the final round required the top and bottom lines! But Jane and her client won one round!
• Sylvia took me once to the loo before we joined the line for lunch: 'twas a roast! Chicken, pork and turkey! I remembered to get some roast potatoes, roast carrots and roast broccoli; I also asked for lotsa gravy and Jane grabbed me a few pieces of crackling, yum!
• Best of all, there was even dessert! I chose the mud cake and Sylvia chose the pavlova; I offered to swap some, but Sylvia just said no thanks and gave me some pavlova anyway!
• And that was the party! Some awards were given along with claps; when we left Michelle said she looked forward to receiving my XMas Greeting! I've not even thought about penning them yet but they're due out Dec. 11th!

• Aww, Sylvia actually knocks after fifteen minutes and asks am I ready for her to come inside and help me up yet? I was tempted to feign sleep but decided against it, since I was attending the CODA Christmas party today!
• I sit up, introduce myself and use the pot :P for one more tinkle before we get me kitted. I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth, sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then head out to the gobbling :P table with Sylvia.
• Breakfast is one dry (no honey) Weet-Bix sprinkled lightly with some bird food (what Dr. Ku calls All-) and Minus :P with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast spread with avocado and lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, Sylvia covers both arms and my face with sunscreen then accompanies me back to the bathroom then returns to the kitchen and washes the breakfast stuff up. Over the loo, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Sylvia's car, she kindly helps me buckle my seatbelt and then she tootles me off to the Mt. Gravatt Bowls club for the CODA Christmas party!

• After publishing the previous post, I read and shared the She Reads Truth devotion then had almost ten minutes to play the cat version of Bejeweled I'd downloaded recently! 125 levels in and haven't lost a single life yet ... XD
• aT 9PM i WALKED MYSELF SLOWLY AND SAFELKY ONCE MORE TO THE LOO FOR ONE TINKLE AND BACK, - sorry, shrieking! >< XD

 Good evening again! Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 5801. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• Once the news ended, I called out and asked dad please to summon me when dinner was ready, repeating the reminder @ 7:1`5pm and 7:30pm.
• When dad announced dinner was ready @ 7:44pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly   and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over
• Dinner tonight: leftover fried rice topped with a blanket of boiled lettuce and soup carrot.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Anyways, hopefully bbl after one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening Friday, else wishing everyone has a smashing end to thew week toms!

 Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's probable final, final plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 5636 (sweet I'm more than half a normal person today) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Faith Over Feelings'. Righteo, potential final, final events for tonight?

• After enjoying my most important two hours online of the day, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat @ the gobbling: p table to read for one hour and munch  arvo  tea.
• Only I hadn't read for very long when dad suddenly decided he needed to go to Uncle Colbert's and demanded I come with! "Dad I can't!" I protested. "I'm already wearing pajamas!" Dad just sticks an extra top over me and orders I come with anyway.
• Only Aunty Winnie's there too and in a chatty mood! I pause the reading and oblige; also, apologising profusely that I'm not decent (no bra and already wearing pajamas) but she's a sweetheart and waves it away saying I can't see anything.
• Then I mix up Uncle  Colbert with Sam! I   take  after dad  and have terrible facial  recognition; Uncle Colbert wasn't directly facing me and they've got  similiar buils; I just glanced and presumed it was Sam!! >< Uncle Colbert  was delighted. XD
• Back home, I used the loo once then  happily watched the news.

Thursday Post 627

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4868 steps (so will hopefully reach half a normal person before the day's out XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'We All Need Help'; thirdly, TWFT topic's '7 Worry-Conquering Scriptures' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Imposter Syndrome'. Anyways, events for today?

• Unsurprising I didn't have an awesome night's sleep last night; I couldn't reach PIG mum!! >< Nature called once around 12:30am; after another pot :P trip following  the Sun's rising, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Nature calls again around 9am, shortly before dearest dad comes into my room and gives me some eye goo.
• After Karina arrives @ 7:30am, she knocks, pushes open the door and says, "Good morning, Emily, hitting the snooze button for fifteen more minutes ..." Mini Pearl nods @ her and she wisely removes herself; phew, since he's anatomically incapable of giving the Bear Bum! XD
• When Karina comes back, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Karina who's squirted some toothpaste for me. Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table with Karina, grousing @ her for AGAIN skipping breakfast. >< XD

• Aww, I feel loved: Connor came out and greeted me when I entered the business! Usually, Connor ignores me unless I've got my monthlies and then he comes sniffing since he smells the blood. XD
• Physio   today: twenty-eight lap walsking, 3.542km bike ride, forty step-ups for Erf with left weight shift, forty v-bar cable rows with both hands, forty leg extensions for Elf, forty leg curls for Elf and boxing! Plus seven minutes Elf popliteal fossa massage and three minutes theragun!
• After one loo trip (I think CZ258 unlocks the female toilet and I use the ambulant cubicle) Karina tootled me home and I took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Karina who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was one yummy tuna in tomato and onion toasted sandwich with TWO cheese and one massive mug of white tea sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of sugar.
• At 1:15pm I signed Karina off with my thanks and byes; she's back next Thursday but I'll see her @ the CODA Christmas party toms!
• Once I've used up the most important two hours of my day I'll use the loo for one tinkle then head over to the gobbling :P table to munch  arvo tea and read for one hour.
• Tonight's ice cream night, yay! Dad gives slightly more than mother does. XD
• Toms: Jane's down to mind me from 9:30am till 4pm but Michelle emailed yesterday saying  Sylvia's taking me to the CODA Christmas party! Unsure why Christmas parties are starting in November, but fingers crossed for a proper meal @ the sports club and that I'll win a prize hamper! Also hope Jane/Sylvia will see me showered before leaving and hopefully I'll skip OT?  XD

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1526 steps (ha, I'm just over 1.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Piercing Power Of The Word'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Laugh More Often' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Just Pray' but  fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY  MINUTES online after I get back home tonight!! *sigh* But just briefly, events for today?

• Yay, for the first time in three days, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 5:25am; with Winter vanquished for another year, I love how early the Sun rises now!
• Jane minded me from 9:30am till 12:30pm; after helping me 8p, I had breakfast   and did a stinky unspeakable before we went to the ALDI @ Underwood Market and bought groceries. Unsure why all their self-serve checkouts are card only?
• Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle and Jane made me a tomato and onion tuna toastie with TWO cheese cut into four squares for lunch plus another big mug of   English breakfast tea although sadly without sweetener. I signed her off with my thanks and byes @ midday but she's back @ 1:30pm and taking me to table tennis!
• Jane will see me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30pm; when she goes I'll use the  loo for two tinkles then be  seated by the door waiting for David's pickup @ 6:45pm with BYO dinner for GG Bible study.

• When dad called dinner @ 7:36pm, I used the loo for one tinkle, took off my bra, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Yet another tasteless dinner: rice, lotsa boiled lettuce, lotsa soup carrot, lotsa soup potato, lotsa soup tomato, lotsa soup onion, two small chunks of salmon and three soup bones that dad demanded I eat first.
• Dinner was spooned down with one spoonful of soup; after taking the bowl over to   the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

Tuesday Post 626b

! Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Since I've not moved since publishing the previous post, lemme just continue today's events?

• Phew there's a disabled park available for us today; Peggy finds a trolley and then we both buy groceries. Vicki was the lovely checkout lady who scanned our items today~
• Our other stop was Pinelands Bakehouse, where the uncle warmed my crunchy pork  bahn mi for me.
• Back home, I use the loo for one tinkle then sit @ the gobbling :P table and enjoy my crunchy pork bahn mi plus another huge mug oof vanilla chai (sadly unsweetened) for lunch.
• Usually we leave for UQ @ 12:30pm; unsure why Peggy insisted we leave @ 12:25pm (oh, she said the traffic was really bad but turned out fine) but after arrival had a whole quarter-HOUR to play mobile since I don't head into the building until 12:50pm.
• Physio with Tam today: Standing reaching for Era with left and forward weightshift,  stepping for Erf with left and forward weightshift,  twenty double leg squats on tower of power for both legs and thirty single leg squats on tower of power for Elf.
• After sitting over the loo for one tinkle, Peggy tootled me home and I took a nice warm shower -  hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one deliciously juicy pear, one plain cracker with one slice of cheese on the top and one more big mug of vanilla chai without any sweetener.
• Happiness was reading the book club novel for one hour; today I finished pg. 100 @ 3:56pm and finished pg. 111 @ 4:44pm. At 4pm I signed Peggy off with my thanks and byes; she's back same time next week.
• Used the loo for one tinkle, plopped online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 229TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post. Was pissed when dad reneged on his promise to take me out for dinner tonight since I'd apparently not met some other requirement of his. >< *sigh*
• Toms: Jane's minding me all day toms! Her first shift's from 9:30am till midday but then she's coming back  @ 1:30, taking me to play table tennis and seeing me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30.
  
• When she leaves @ 6:30pm I'll use the loo once more for two  tinkles then  be seated with BYO dinner waiting for David's pickup to GG for  Bible study.

• Once the news ended, I called out to dad, requesting he summon me over for dinner once it was ready.
• I repeated the reminder @ 7:15pm and 7:30pm; when dad finally summoned me over for dinner @ 7:42pm I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa boiled lettuce, lotsa soup carrot, lotsa soup potato, two pieces of fried salmon and two soup bones that had small amounts of very soft meat to suck.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Anyways, hopefully bbl after one last tinkle @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms, else wishing everyone a smashing week ahead!

Monday Post 626b

 Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3581.  Ha, I'm just over 3.5 grand. XD Righteo, potential final, final events for tonight?

• Lorraine actually arrived two minutes early but she stayed outside with dad making small talk before coming inside @ 4pm, just when I made my way into the bathroom.
• Oh, Joni's devotional topic's 'Evil Unrestrained'.
• So a nice warm shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Lorraine who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo  tea was one deliciously juicy pear, two plain crackers and one more huge mug of delicious vanilla chai, although sadly without any sweetener.
• Happiness was reading the book club novel for one hour (today I reached page seventy-five @ 4:51pm and it takes me three minutes to read one page in this book) then having around twenty-five minutes to play Bejeweled-type games. Achievement of the day: I passed one Squishmallow level! XD
• At 5:55pm I sat over the loo once more for two tinkles before signing Lorraine off with my thanks and byes. Since Toastmasters isn't happening toms night, I'll not see her again until same time next Monday.
• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin for the 228TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• Righteo,  hopefully bbl  after dinner else hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
