Tuesday Post 563

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3998 steps (so will have definitely passed four grand before the day ends XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Hold Fast To Your Hope'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'How To Get Off The Treadmill' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Asking God For Help' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FIVE MINUTES online after I get home tonight from Toastmasters!! Anyways, just briefly, events for today?

• Yay, 2nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 8am~
• Peggy minded me from 9:30am till 43pm. She helped me up, I brushed teeth, ate breakfast, did a stinky unspeakable then went grocery shopping with Peggy @ Pinelands Coles before buying a crunchy pork  bahn mi for lunch from the Pinelands Bakehouse and coming home for lunch.
• At 12:15pm, Peggy tootled me off to the NAB.
• Physio today with Tam: Standing on double red mats reaching for Era with left weight shift, one six-minute walk test, two TUG tests eight laps long hallway walking and stepping for Erf with more left weight shift. Last week's the final session for 2025, and Tam's promised to bring Tim Tams!! :D
• Got home and took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted I had arvo tea and happily read the book club novel for one hour; today I reached pg. 275 @ 5:14pm. At 4pm I signed Peggy off with my thanks and byes; she's back same time next Tuesday.
• Lorraine's taking me to our last formal meeting of Toastmasters @ 5:25pm! FINALLY, she's letting me get a MILKSHAKE with my UnHappy Meal   for dinner! Thanks to baba who gave me rice for arvo tea coz I'll fret should I not get rice for @ least one meal a day.
• Toms: Michelle emailed me this arvo, saying Sylvia's minding me from 9:30am till 1:30pm. Wonder where dad will send us?
• Then Jane's taking me to table tennis @ 1:30pm and seeing me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30pm; fingers crossed for cake!
• Waiting for David to get back to me re.  dinner since he's taking me toms night for GG Bible study.
• Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
