! Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Since I've not moved since publishing the previous post, lemme just continue today's events?
- Phew there's a disabled park available for us today; Peggy finds a trolley and then we both buy groceries. Vicki was the lovely checkout lady who scanned our items today~
- Our other stop was Pinelands Bakehouse, where the uncle warmed my crunchy pork bahn mi for me.
- Back home, I use the loo for one tinkle then sit @ the gobbling :P table and enjoy my crunchy pork bahn mi plus another huge mug oof vanilla chai (sadly unsweetened) for lunch.
- Usually we leave for UQ @ 12:30pm; unsure why Peggy insisted we leave @ 12:25pm (oh, she said the traffic was really bad but turned out fine) but after arrival had a whole quarter-HOUR to play mobile since I don't head into the building until 12:50pm.
- Physio with Tam today: Standing reaching for Era with left and forward weightshift, stepping for Erf with left and forward weightshift, twenty double leg squats on tower of power for both legs and thirty single leg squats on tower of power for Elf.
- After sitting over the loo for one tinkle, Peggy tootled me home and I took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one deliciously juicy pear, one plain cracker with one slice of cheese on the top and one more big mug of vanilla chai without any sweetener.
- Happiness was reading the book club novel for one hour; today I finished pg. 100 @ 3:56pm and finished pg. 111 @ 4:44pm. At 4pm I signed Peggy off with my thanks and byes; she's back same time next week.
- Used the loo for one tinkle, plopped online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 229TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post. Was pissed when dad reneged on his promise to take me out for dinner tonight since I'd apparently not met some other requirement of his. >< *sigh*
- Toms: Jane's minding me all day toms! Her first shift's from 9:30am till midday but then she's coming back @ 1:30, taking me to play table tennis and seeing me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30.
- When she leaves @ 6:30pm I'll use the loo once more for two tinkles then be seated with BYO dinner waiting for David's pickup to GG for Bible study.
