good afternoon! TWFT topic is 'are you running from god? (1)' no spam count for the weekend from me yet (i'll put that up tonight, after dinner) and still no plodding total from em. >< anyways, what happened today?
-PIG mum poked me awake with "ten more mins." then she dug me up.
-i swung around to use the pot :P, but then felt like doing a stinky unspeakable, so much thanks to PIG mum who rolled me in, handed me a mug of water to drink -which i was very careful to hold 'correctly', of course - and helped me wipe afterwards. PIG mum got me kitted for the day; i stood up, and she made me walk out to the gobbling :P table.
breakfast was two weetbix. lol, at first, PIG mum 'forgot' to give me any honey; thanks to her who gave me roughly half a teaspoon when i asked her for some.
-PIG mum made me walk out to the car. we listened to so wing hong (don't think he's got an english name) all day, and PIG mum also poor em to buckle her own seatbelt all day.
-dad tootled us off to church. PIG mum made me walk all the way down into the service hall. first, though, i had a loo trip.
-service started. PIG mum poor em to stand up for three songs, and since i didn't know any opportunities to sing harmony today, i just sang in my head.
-speaker today was shane mccarthy, and his sermon topic was 'hearing god in the midst of life'. i took notes (dunno why PIG mum 'forgot' my notebook today; she, of course, blames me for not being specific in telling her what to please help me pack. so i'll definitely remember to be more precise on saturday: my bible, my notebook, my clipboard and a pen. )while PIG mum spent the entire sermon (and afterwards! ><") tearing/wrenching poor ela's thumb out of her loosely clenched fist.
-no communion afterwards, so i had a yak to letty until PIG mum returned to take me to the loo. of course, she poor ela to hang onto the siderail. then she made me walk over to wash and dry both hands, before making me walk over to the morning tea tables (where i grabbed two corn chips and two something else ... chocolate bikkies? quarter-triangle sandwhiches? lol, i can't remember! finally, she made me walk over and take a seat in the morning tea area.
-thanks to dearest dad who came with a plastic cup of cordial for me. i sat and yakked to some ppl, like, uncle barry.
-time to head off, PIG mum made me walk back to the car, and dad tootled us off to plaza for lunch.
-dad couldn't see an underground disabled parking spot available, so he unloaded PIG mum and i first before reparking the car. so PIG mum made me walk up.
-PIG mum got me a yummy japanese green milk tea with pearl, dad came back with a chunk of KFC chicken for me. i also got half the bread roll spread with a little butter, and exactly sixteen chippies (i counted) dunked in potato and gravy. i remembered to tear a chunk off and give that to PIG mum; i'm still on the hunt for anyone else (besides me!) that MUST give their mum a chunk of whatever they're eating (besides my breakfast; PIG mum has said i'm allowed to eat that all myself.)
-lee sat with us, so we yakked away. a few randoms also came for a short chat, like uncle henry and aunty anna. oh! and i finally remembered to tell lams and bee that i'd miss their wedding. >< (but bee promised to take lotsa photos and share them up on facebook.)
-the parents made me walk back down to the car, and dad tootled us home. i let erf sit sideways for this trip, coz it was the last for today.
-a loo trip when i got home. no guesses as to who made who to do everything. then, PIG mum made me walk over to the computer switch, made me bend awkwardly to flick it on, then made me walk back to the computer desk, where i tootled online.
-i suppose when PIG mum wakes up from pig land :P she'll help gimmee a barely lukewarm shower. fingers are crossed that she won't force poor ela to scrub various parts of my body too much, but hey, i'm resigned to that. anyways, guess i'm off to grab some news articles now, will come back tonight with the spam count for the weekend and the rest of today's/tonight's and tomorrow's events.
cheers,
em. ^^
