Saturday Post 287b

Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em’s potential final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 1053 (ha, I’m just over one grand XD) and secondly, Joni’s devotional topic’s ‘He Held Nothing Back’. Righteo, potential final, final events for tonight?

• By 4:10pm, I’d logged outta everything, used the loo once for two tinkles then sat in the garage awaiting Christy jie’s arrival. Suddenly I get a Whatsapp message from her, saying she’s coming late from northside and should arrive around 4:45. No problem; I obviously wasn’t gonna head back inside and wait for her! Yay for smartphones; I just pulled mine out and had a Whatsapp convo with Aunty Nga until Christy jie arrived.
• She tootled us to Sweet Treats but since PIG mum hadn’t left me the parking permit, rang Fiona to take me inside while she went and reparked the car. Originally we’d sat outside but then a huge gust of wind moved over us and e decided to head to the warmer inside.
• I walked with Christy jie to the front counter to order; since PIG mum had left me twenty bucks I decided to get a Belgium waffle (so Christy jie says we’d share) and a Horlicks latte, after I’d checked with the waitress that there wasn’t any caffeine.
• While we waited for our food and afterwards we just chatted, mostly about the HK demonstrations. Christy jie told me that Vlad’s two years younger than her and was a Bible College teacher back in his own country! Right now he’s job hunting. Fiona also showed us a photo of baby Esemee (sp?); aww she’s adorable!
• All finished, Christy jie walked behind me back to Fi’s car and Fiona tootled me home, telling me her parents are attending the Saturday church service and will have dinner outside together afterwards. As for herself, she’s planning on boiling some dumplings for dinner; like mother, she’s a vinegar person.
• Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Righteo, hopefully bbl after dinner, else hoping to see everyone @ church toms!
