Tuesday Post 357c

 Good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ 3674. Ha, I'm over 3.5 grand. XD Righteo, potential final, final events for tonight?

• PIG mum comes back to help with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me walk over to the bathroom to brush teeth (poor Ela). Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for only one tinkle, coming out when I realise I feel like doing a stinky unspeakable.
• Breakfast was one toasted mashed avocado sandwich with apparently some salt (PIG mum claims she sprinkled some but I've got inferior tastebuds and couldn't taste any XD), one mug of warm Milo, all my usual drugs :P and one big mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, I head to the loo. At the same time, Hannah arrives! While she's walking down the hallway I beckon her over. "Come here for a moment, please?" When Hannah's within range, I give her a very gentle pinch and a punch for the first day of the month! Hannah just laughs and calls me cheeky. XD
• Over the loo, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and spend minutes finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I pop online and Hannah starts giving Era a very gentle massage while poking @ her smartphone.
• Whhops only three minutes left, so super-briefly:
• Hannah microwaved eight already fried dumplings for my lunch; she'd bought along some microwaveable curry and we both enjoyed a white tea with two sugars.
• Went out to the NAB. Physio today: five minutes treadmill walking 1.5km/hr then hiked once around the Great Court!
• Took a nice hot shower when I got home - hairwash today. Also thanks to Hannah who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one mouthful of yummy passionfruit, one mug of green tea and some banana; I stopped eating it when I encountered not one but two rotten places!
• Instead of massaging Ela, Hannah checked my scratchie for me; apparently I've won seven bucks on one! 
• I happily read the James Bond novel for one hour, used the loo for one tinkle and returned online.
• Looking forward to watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 77TH time!
• Toms: an early start for me; PIG mum's helping me up and then Kim's taking me to my two hour physio session @  the NAB before seeing me home and showered.
• Think I'm seeing Ray for some acupuncture and massage after Kim leaves; bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap ceaselessly @ him. XD
• Hopefully I can read the James Bond novel for another hour toms arvo!
• Then 5:30pm till 6:30pm I've got choir practice.
• Righteo, hopefully bbl after dinner, else hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
