thursday post

good evening! TWFT topic was 'loving others' and em was hard at work plodding 6522 steps today. righteo, it's a thursday; here's my weekly rant:
argh, my copy and paste function really hates me. >< why? in that case, i'll just type out today's events, then, if i've the time, type out thursday's stuff.
-stinky unspeakable this morning
-breakfast was two weetbix with half a dab of honey
-physio at UQ; a loo trip first.
-international students today! thanks to one (i've forgotten both their names, sorry><) who lent me both a walk belt and a walking stick! so i could take erf over elf every step i walked.
-sit-to-stands, then mat work, then weight shifting and stepping work.
-one more loo trip, then PIG mum tootled us off to plaza for lunch
-yay, naz was back! so one regular chicken kebab for me - smart man, i think he remembers what i take in mine! he stuffed it so fat, it fell apart near the end! and funniest thing? "naz, did you remember to bring me back a souvenir?" asks i. "sure - your kebab!" lol! anyways, i gave PIG mum a slice of lettuce and a pearl from my yummy japanese milk green tea with pearl. just curious, everyone else: do any of your mothers DEMAND that every time you eat sth, you MUST share some part of that with her? or is that only my mother?
-home, another stinky unspeakable, online.
-karen came at 4pm. shower first - no hairwash today.
-arvo tea was a cup of tea, white and two - my cup of the day to hold 'incorrectly', and a yummy sausage bun.
-karen kindly gave ela a massage - i was being painted white - and she told me that she's having tom yum for dinner tonight. oh, and matthew's in trouble coz he jumped up onto the kitchen benchtop and devoured (sp?) a chicken that was supposed to be dinner.
-karen brought me an early christmas present! three really cute finger puppets! a bunny, a bear, and ... sth, lol, i can't remember. :P i called them scruffy, jamie and matthew. :P ela wanted to play with them, so era kindly stuck them on her fingers.
-when karen left, PIG mum and dearest dad waltzed out for a walk too. PIG mum finally agreed to stick the chairs to either side of me so i wouldn't fall off, but trust her to removethem IMMEDIATELY after she returned. >< i just kept reading my twilight novel.
-dinner: rice, lotsa little tong vegetable, a wee slice of yummy duck, one of beef and one more of chicken. of course, PIG mum forced poor ela to hang onto the bowl as i ate, whatever. dinner was washed down with a yummy mug of fruit and vegie juice, which i was very careful to hold 'correctly'.
-dad hauled me out to look at the pretty blue christmas light string he'd hung up. nice. :)
-one more loo trip, then i tootled online.
-toms ... friday, right? so it'll be your :p turn in the morning - hope there's morning tea! but i'm dreading the loo trip that accompanies it - no doubt PIG mum will gleefully force poor ela to hang onto the rail. and i wonder where we'll head for lunch? chrissy's coming in the arvo, but most amazing thing! aunty a's asked us and the slams out for dinner at dining room toms night! *faints* well, as PIG mum says, it only happens once a year. :P
