monday post

good afternoon! sorry i didn't put my final plodding total and the spam count for the weekend up, i honestly can't remember what i did that was so unforgiveable, i think ... maybe i tried hitting the hazard light once? don't really know why that pisses dad that off that much ... oh well, i'll just haveta remind myself not to hit it whenever he's driving. argh, PIG mum's thrown herself into the mix too ... ><>< i think he weighs, like, 7.1 kg when he should only be, like, 4kg? oh dear ... now who's a fat cat? :P-anyhow, i'm off to print chrissy 2 certificates, then i'll be right back to blog about my day!
-last night, i didn't get to have my entire internet time :( meaning that tonight, i'll either get THREE HOURS, or today and toms, i'll get TWO POINT FIVE HOURS. don't really mind which PIG mum chooses, just as long as i get all my time.
-also, last night, PIG mum hauled me upstairs to sleep. hey, i protest! yesterday wasn't a public holiday! oh well ... whatever makes her happy, i'll survive.
-only PIG mum decided to be a great big MEANIEPOO ><><><) me walk to the loo, made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of friday's post to see what i REALLY want to type, but have unfortunately been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk over to wash and dry both hands, and made (PLEASE! -good evening! time is now ... 9:41pm, and em's final plodding total for monday now stands at 2125. anyways, where was i?
-UQ physio this morning. the dreaded tilt table. >< era and ela also did some reachy cone work, and emma Forced me on 2 laps of walking at the end. thanks to kat who gave me a normal-sized choc chip cookie at the end! not as good as that MASSIVE one she gave me last time, but hey - that one was on steroids! :P
-no surprises here - home for lunch. a safcol tuna with tomato and onion toastie cut into four squares, along with a plain mug of water. i'd wanted milk at first, only PIG mum was all for forcing poor em to walk over to get it and everything, so i just stuck with good ol' H2O. still, PIG mum wasn't satisfied until she'd forced poor ela to hang onto the cup. oh well.
-i read my twilight novel until chrissy came.
-she Forced me to walk into the bathroom to get changed. i also did two tinkles. then she Forced me to walk over and wash and dry my right hand, before she Forced me to walk out to the car.
-off chrissy tootled us off to hydro. luckily, we found a spot available for us on arrival. chrissy Forced me to walk in. i took a seat, gave her my pedometer, shucked off my shoes, AFO and socks. i also called a greeting to judith and sharon, poking fun at sharon coz she'd skipped hydro coz it was raining. "what, you afraid you'd get wet?" i teased her. "emily, shut up." was her good-natured reply. :P
-squatting, waterball, and two of my favourite head dunks at the end! :P
-judy let me walk up. she told chrissy that, since it was the first hydro of the month, i could leave through the fire exit.
-chrissy wheeled me in for a nice hot shower - obviously, i washed my hair today. chrissy rinsed it! :P but ell and erl enjoyed getting as much attention as my other body parts when i was showering. see, i'm in that showerchair with wheels - i know i won't fall out.
-i dried, creamed and rekitted myself. chrissy rolled me in for two tinkles, then Forced me to walk back out through the fire exit. the distance is much shorter, see.
-chrissy tootled us home, Forced me to walk inside to watch seven's news, read out by rod young and kay mcgrath, sport by shane webcke and weather by john schluter.
-i had late arvo tea during the news - a toasted cheese - two slices, coz we've run out of ham? and mayo sandwhich, cut into four squares. strange ... with ham, i'd love some mayo, but with cheese, i can take it straight. it tastes fine. PIG mum claims it tastes weird. :P but she's never tried it before, so no idea why she 'knows'. :P
-chrissy gave ela a massage at 6:45. i was being painted orange, BTW.
-chrissy took me once more to the loo. thanks to her who passed me a mug of water - my second and last cup to be able to held 'incorrectly' so i did a no. 2.
-chrissy left at 7pm. she's going to ipswhich (sp?)to her boyfriend's parent's house for dinner. he's making them steak and salad for dinner tonight. they all take their meat bleeding, BTW. :P
-dinner tonight:rice, lotsa bok choy, a chunk of potato and a few slices of pork. of course, PIG mum forced poor ela to hang onto the bowl as i ate, oh well. she's already had her four hours of personal time, see. dinner was washed down with the last of the fruit and vegie juice, which i was very careful to hold 'correctly'.
-ding dong! uncle colbert came over to Force me to walk along those cute colourful footprints dad's stuck up for me, then to the computer.
-i practised my half an hour's worth of ela typing first, before i tootled online.
-toms should be interesting! a bit of a sleep-in, first up. physio at the PA's been pushed back an hour to 10am. too bad, guess i'll miss out on miorning tea ... :( :P then it's off to centacare we go, before lunch with mrs. dent! then, i think lisa's taking me out bowling toms night! fingers crossed that we can squeeze dinner in as well!
