thursday post

good evening! TWFT topic was 'a message to you', and still no plodding total from em, coz meaniepoo PIG mum refuses to buy me a pedometer. >< look, i honestly cannot be bothered to shake it anymore, just gimmee a break! anyways, what happened today?
-when dearest dad got up, em swung herself over to use the pot :p once, but then felt like doing a stinky unspeakable, so much thanks to PIG mum who rolled me in, passed me a mug of water to drink - which i was very careful to hold 'correctly', of course - and helped me wipe afterwards. i washed and dried both hands, went for one more tinkle - for some reason, that pisses PIG mum off? she says she won't let me do it again; i guess, next time, when i'm finished, i'll just sit over the loo a bit longer first and have an extra tinkle before i call for her.
-breakfast was two weetbix with half a dab of honey.
-UQ for physio. PIG mum gleefully forced poor em to buckle her own seatbelt all day; we also listened to the backstreet boys all day.
- a toilet trip first. the two girls came for me; Forced me to walk inside.
-heaps of sit-to-stands (more than twenty) weightshifting and stepping work.
-one more loo trip; PIG mum tootled us home, snapping a refusal to take me out to plaza, see naz and get a kebab for lunch. *sigh* she prolly finds some perverse pleasure in making a liar out of me; i'd asked him last time we bought kebabs off him if he'd be at work this week. nevermind, guess i'll apologise to him next time i buy a kebab off him.
-so back home, i went for my second stinky unspeakable, wiping myself this time.
-PIG mum decided to make my life even harder for me by gleefully forcing to make my own lunch, a yummy safcol tuna in tomato and onion sandwhich. i drank a plain mug of milk.
-then i wrote xmas cards to all the book club ladies!
-after flicking on the computer switch, i tootled online to await karen's arrival.
-shower first - hairwash today. hmm ... that means i've washed my hair EVERYDAY for ONE WEEK. dunno, guess PIG mum says i wash it everyday during summer, but every second/third during winter? i wonder what happens with spring and autumn, then?
-thanks to karen who brought over some lychee cake for arvo tea! one of her other clients (who's blind) requested a cake for her bday; there were leftovers, so karen requested to take some over for me! yumyum~ i also made myself a cuppa, white and two, my first cup i could hold 'incorrectly'. (dunno why i hold cups 'incorrectly', i guess it's just more comfortable that way).
-karen and i had a yak; she also gave ela a massage before she took me to the loo once and rocked off. she'll be back next thurs, and is prolly only gonna have banana on toast for tea tonight; she had a big lunch, see (shepperd's pie).
-PIG mum tootled us off to the logan north, listening to the backstreet boys. i copped my weekly tirade - but hey, how was i supposed to know how PIG mum broke the aircon? i hope it fixes itself before it gets too hot, though!
-PIG mum gleefully MADE (4th time) me walk into the library room.
-we all exchanged cards and gifts! i got my first realchristmas present from erica! last month, i said she smelled really nice, this month, she bought me a bottle of her perfume/deoderant! it's got some weird four-numbered name, like 5011. (thanks, PIG mum:4711)
-so i snacked on 4 shortbread (made by carol!) and 2 chocolate things made by erica; it's got some really long german name. i also had two cups of tea. lol, i actually tried two chocolate things, then stopped. "eep, they've got peanuts in them!" i told the ladies, " i'm allergic to nuts!" carol was quick:"emily, do you have an epipen?!" i assured her my reaction was only small, then drank my tea to prevent any swollen lips.
-but nature called. >< so one of the ladies kindly fetched PIG mum, who took me to the loo once.
-carol handed out next month's book; we said our byes, merry christmases and see you next decades :P i sat down as PIG mum went to borrow my book for me. oh yeah, almost forgot! when we were giving presents out, some male staff member came in to take photos, before printing them out for us - in colour, too! i had to explain my cheese sign to rose, though. "emily, why are you sticking up two fingers in the air?" :P
-for the SECOND MONTH IN A ROW, PIG mum refused to take me through the drive-thru at red roosters for some dinner. :( think she said she needed the money to fix the air con she broke in our 4WD?
-i tootled online when we arrived home. aunty anne and uncle sam popped in for a visit!
-hmm ... i'm actually feeling hungry now ... wonder if PIG mum'll feed me anything before she forces me off to bed at 10pm?
-your :P turn toms. fingers crossed for a cuppa and some fruit/bikkies! then lunch with mrs. dent at thecoffee club. :) hope she's feeling all better now! hmm ... will check, try to squeeze in naruto. goodnite!
