saturday post

good evening! now, em didn't pop online till 9:18pm, but there's absolutely no way on earth, heaven or hell that PIG mum will allow me to stay online till 11:18pm, so i just promise to note the time when i get booted offline, then i will get bacvk EVERY SINGLE MINUTE that i'm owed toms, alright? and, coz PIG mum is already owing me some time from a previous day, looks like i'll finally get three happy hours online toms night! :) so, just quickly:
-TWFT topic was 'what to do when the sizzle fizzles (2) and em was hard at work plodding 2623 steps today.
-chrissy came for me this morning (late as usual :P) and Forced me to walk to the laundry for my shower. wait, sorry, no, she didn't. actually, she rolled me to the laundry in my showerchair, then forced me to transfer to the showerchair without wheels. i asked her what was so wrong in letting me stay in the showerchair with wheels for my shower, and she just shrugged. "coz your dad says so." was her reason. oh well.
-anyways, a nice hot shower - hairwash today.
-i got dried, creamed, redressed. chrissy Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :p table.
-breakfast was a mug of warm milo and a toasted ham, cheese, and egg sandwhich! that's a first. tasted quite nice, too. yummy. :)
-chrissy Forced me to walk to the bathroom to brush my teeth. i enjoyed my once a week opportunity to balance the toothbrush on the cup and just squirt the toothpaste like that.
-then, chrissy Forced me to walk to the toilet for a tinkle or two, Forced me to walk over to wash and dry my right hand, and Forced me to walk back to my dining chair.
-i settled down to read mao's last dancer, and chrissy kindly gave ela an extremely brief massage.
-ding dong! chrissy got to rock off real early today - uncle noah and aunty margaret came visiting! 'twas great to see them! :) although poor jono had spent the previous night out with his mates and was now nursing a hangover. :P
-big big thanks to uncle noah and aunty margaret for my newest teddy! he's got a long name, though ... 'sydney jono bear'. :p
-uncle noah and aunty margaret stayed over for lunch. dearest dad made them some congee and - another first - fried two minute noodles! so i got roughly half a bowl of each. much thanks to PIG mum who mixed me a yummy chocolate nesquik - which i was very careful to hold 'correctly'.
-PIG mum made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see what i REALLY want to write, but have unfortunately been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><)me walk to the bathroom, where i got changed into last year's camp tee and jeans for the dedication ceremony. i also had a tinkle or two.
-PIG mum made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see what i REALLY want to write, but have unfortunately been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk over to wash and dry my right hand, and made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see what i REALLY want to write, but have unfortunately been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><)me walk out to the car. dad jumped in, forced me to buckle my own seatbelt, then tootled me off to church.
-dad gleefully Forced (second time) me to walk into the adult's hall. without sticky. argh. >< but thanks to uncle yuk tai who accompanied me and kindly gave me his hand to hang onto.
-first, pole and jacinta helped me to hobble/stagger/limp up onto the stage for our rehersal, they helped me hobble/stagger/limp back down to my seat.
-service started. i sang along to all the songs, coz today was about being a celebrating ocassion. i'm just tremendously grateful that they didn't ask us to stand during worship!
-i think it was ... rev. rod russell-brown? that spoke today. wells was his interpreter.
-we sang last of all. dr. lee came over before and told me i'd have to take my walkbelt off. pole and jacinta helped me stagger/hobble/limp up, and we sang our song. i'll admit to a wee bit of immaturity (sp?) smoky jie jie and i poked our tongues out at each other during the singing. :P
- when the service was over, PIG mum came and made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see what i REALLY want to write, but have unfortunately been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk to the loo. pole's grandma was already waiting for it, so i asked if i could please take a seat; for whatever reason that so pleased her, PIG mum snapped no. so i dragged my tired legs over to where we were taking a group photo. i did the bunny ears on ross for the first photo :P but couldn't for the second one coz my life was being threatened by PIG mum. :P
-i finally got to use the loo! phew!
-then, PIG mum made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see what i REALLY want to write, but have unfortunately been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk all the way down ... to collect a cup. >< argh. but i plonked my exhausted butt down and had a yak to uncle ken.
-time to get going, PIG mum made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see what i REALLY want to write, but have unfortunately been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk all the way back up to the car. this time, thanks to anna who kindly let me hold her hand.
-dad tootled us home first, to get changed. PIG mum also slipped some jewellery (sp?) onto me. then dear dad plopped back in and tootled us off to buffet garden, at sunnybank plaza.
-parents gleefully FORCED :(first time) poor em to walk all the way in. :9 without sticky, either. :(
-but we sat at a table with anna. poor uncle slam couldn't make it coz he's suffering from the cold/flu! i told anna to boil him some campbell's cream of chicken soup. that's the best cure i know. :)
-my thanks to PIG mum who got me food tonight! so i ended up having: some crumbed fish, lotsa vegies, some yummy honey chicken, two mini spring rolls, a bit of fried rice and fried hokkien noodles, and a bit of egg. thanks to anna who got me a bowl of creamy corn soup, and sylvia jie jie who poured me a cup of green tea. of course, i singed my tongue with my first gulp of it ... :p to be honest, i was only, like, 3/4 full after dinner, but PIG mum for whatever so reason that pleased her refused to give me any more. :( oh well. but thanks to anna who got me a small scoop of yummy vanilla icecream! lol, which reminds me of uncle calvin - he started his dinner with the desserts! then moved onto mains. :P
-we did a quiz on the church! the funniest question - what is the name of our old church? i wanted to circle BCFC -Brisbane Chinese Fried Chicken!! :P lol, next time i get the question, "which church do you attend?" i'm mightily tempted to answer, "i go to brisbane chinese fried chicken, in sunnybank!" :P
-time for home, parents made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see what i REALLY want to write, but have unfortunately been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk back down to the car. thanks again to anna who held my hand (argh, but i just need sticky ... ><
-dad tootled us home, listening to my car CD. PIG mum took me to the loo once, then i plopped online.
-phew, i finished! so i'll just check, then i think PIG mum will force poor em to go to bed. nevermind, i'll note the time i get booted off, then i'm pretty sure i'll get to tootle online for three blissful hours toms night!
-toms, after service, there'll be an AGM (or sth like that). if i'm allowed, i'd like to join the wee ones, then we can go to foodcourt for lunch. fingers crossed for some yummy lunch!
