good evening! TWFT topic was 'longing for heaven (2)' and em was hard at work plodding 2526 steps today. anyways, i won't be able to remain online for all of the extremely PISSY two hours that so pleases PIG mum to restrict me to, but i promise to note down the time i get booted offline, then i will get back EVERY SINGLE MINUTE I'M OWED, i promise!! so, just quickly:
-up this morning. breakfast was a bowl of nesquik porridge and a flattened :p crossaint. by flattened, i mean that either parent killed it in the toaster. flat as a board. :p
-physio with vincent the physio. >< i survived. right and left hand reachy exercises, mainly. also some head and neck exercises.
-lunch at happy sushi! PIG mum Forced (second time) em to walk all the way there. i got a yummy tori katsu (i really like the mayo that comes with it! much yummier than that disgusting kewpie mayo stuff. :P) and PIG mum got an eel rice. we traded; i also dared a slurp of her wasabi - HOT!!!!!!!!!1>< :P and we shared a light lipton's lemon iced green tea.
-home; i did a stinky unspeakable, wiping myself too. then i settled down to read my book club novel - i really hope i can finish it by thursday!!
dianne from kyabra brought tessie (sp?) to visit us. she's filipino (sp?) so i shared with her my grasp of her language. :P
-ding dong! aisling came! so i went to the laundry for my shower.
-but nani?! where was the hot water again? >< shower from a bucket, that's what em got - i washed my hair this arvo.
-i dried myself, creamed myself, rekitted myself. aisling Forced me to walk back out to the gobbling :p table.
-arvo tea: a toasted cheese - sadly, only one slice of cheese, so it was ENTIRELY ><- too thin, ham andmayo sandwhich. plus a cup of warm milo.
-mariana came to pick me up to take me to toastmaster's!
-we met william, a boy with ... MS? in an electric wheelchair. he's a bit younger than me, and has just started doing a bachelor of justice studies (or sth like that?) at QUT.
-toastmaster's was really interesting! lotsa cool speeches; i heard one on animal rights and environmental issues, another on conflict management.
-i snacked on 2 custard cream bikkies and 2 chocolate ones. i did ask,though, the event is called TOASTmasters, yeah, why wasn't any toast offered? :P
-dear dad and PIG mum came to pick me up. dad tootled us home, and ipopped online. much thanks to PIG mum who fed me 2 round sao crackers.
-phew, i finished! doubt there'll be any time to check, so i'll just note down the time, then i'll get back EVERY SINGLE MINUTE I'M OWED, one day or the other!
-toms, daniel and vincent, the human movement guys, are coming, then in the arvo, PIG mum and i will be going to centrecare in stone's corner. hope it goes well!
