monday post 14

good evening! much thanks to uncle yuk tai who got our internet back working after the stupid indian optus person couldn't! anyways, i typed some stuff out with word first:

Oh noes! >< the internet isn’t working! >< well, I guess I can only type yesterday and today out on miceosoft word, with the hope that the net’ll be up and running again soon …
-firstly, yesterday I was hard @ work plodding 1162 steps.
-yesterday, PIG mum dug me up, got me kitted, then made me walk over to the sink to brush my teeth.
-after a loo trip, I headed straight for sparkles, and took a seat. My half-mum gave me sth that my little half-sisters had made me! This really cute mobile phone strap, with ‘EMILY CHAN’ and one smiley face etched on it!
-after standing up to hug aunty lai and my half-mum goodbye, we caught a taxi to the airport. The trip was taken up with mum yakking on the phone to some taxi company; apparently, they had confused drivers as to who was supposed to drive us to the airport or sth?
-@ the airport, dad checked in our luggage, PIG mum took me to the loo once, then we settled down to breakfast with cousin karry and fourth aunty @ MX. I drank a warm horlicks, ate some scrambled egg, sausage and chicken chop. I also pocketed two more red envelopes from cousin karry.
-time to leave, I stood up and said bye to them both. Then dad and I wheeled me through the check-in.
-another quick pat down search, then I was free to enter the plane.
-I used the loo once, and was very happy to discover that the toilets inside the plane have a bar on the right hand side. 
-yay, we got a three-seat row in the middle! Sad thing was that I couldn’t peer out the window for take-off and landing, but good thing was that dad, PIG mum and I all got to sit together.
-as we took off, I said my final goodbyes to my beloved grandma. Oh, back when we were leaving siu sai wan, I asked the parents to please say bye to grandma too, and my mega-sweet dad blew grandma a kiss. 
-I watched shrek: forever after! Lol, puss has become incredibly FAT!!! :P
-I got the chicken chop for lunch, PIG mum got the fish/pork.
-PIG mum walked me to the loo once more, then afterwards, I watched some movie called ‘love story’. It’s bloody boring – don’t watch it! I like, almost fell asleep through it. :P
-but the last movie I watched was good – clash of the titans.
-back in Australia, uncle calvin picked us up. And not just him – but pole!
-pole drove us home, stopping @ some petrol station so dad could pick up some milk for me.
-then, I brushed my teeth. PIG mum gleefully told me that this would be the last time where she’d not gleefully force poor ela to do all the rinsing, so era took each mouthful for fifty gargles.
-then, in bed, I snored … all the way till 4pm! :P
-lynda came, rolled me into the bathroom for my shower – where EVILPIG mum gleefully forced me back into the wheel-less showerchair. That just means I haveta ask for some help to wash my calves also. Now that chrissy’s gone, that’s not a problem.
-anyways, one nice hot shower for me – hairwash today. I had one tinkle before Lynda flipped the nice hot water off. She dried me, I got creamed then rekitted. Before Lynda led me back out to the gobbling :P table.
-hmm … the parents are having dinner without me! O_O  oh wells … I had a big arvo tea, anyways – Lynda made me the perfect toastie – two slices of cheese, ham and mayo, cut into four squares, and a cuppa, white and two, my cup for today I could hold ‘incorrectly’. Lynda made herself a cuppa too. I think she takes hers white with 1.5 teaspoonfuls of sugar.
-I started reading my book club novel – though I doubt I’ll finish it by Thursday!
-I asked Lynda to please give ela a massage @ 5:40, and got painted orange with yellow spots today.
-lynda took me once to the loo before leaving, and I jumped onto the computer … only to discover that the net’s not working! ><

-PIG mum rang optus, who decided that the matter’s not with them, but our d-link modem. Dunno why PIG mum won’t ring them to sort out the matter … *sigh*
-dad took me to the loo while PIG mum was chatting to the indian operator. Of course, he both gleefully forced me to dak and un-dak myself. Then he made me walk over to wash and dry both hands, before making me walk back to the gobbling :P table. Not to the computer table, coz PIG mum was still trying to communicate to the indian operator.
-I read several pages of dune until PIG mum had finished yakking. She made me walk over to the computer.
-toms: PIG mum’s going to the dentist. Aunty anne’s coming over to keep me company. Dunno what’s happening in the arvo … maybe we can go see naz for a kebab? Anyways, hope everyone has a great day toms!

P.S. my final plodding total for Monday now stands approx. @ 585.
actually, my final plodding total now stands @ around 675. after uncle yuk tai came:
-PIG mum made me walk over to the gobbling :P table, for dinner @ 8:45. rice tonight, with lotsa broccoli and several chunks of beef. thanks to dad who poured me a mug of fruit and vegie juice to wash down dinner with, sth i got to hold 'incorrectly' coz he went away and PIG mum was with uncle yuk tai while he was fixing our net.
-then i read up to pg.50 of the book club novel. i know i won't finish it by thursday, but i'll get as far as i can.
-yay for uncle yuk tai, who fixed our net! PIG mum made me walk back over to the piano stool, after i had bid dearest dad a good night, and i tootled online.
-toms: PIG mum's off to the dentist, so aunty anne's coming over to look after me. i'll try to ask PIG mum to get me up before aunty anne comes, so i can eat breakfast then tootle online while she goes to see the dentist. hopefully, we can all head out for lunch afterwards! lol, naz has prolly forgotten who i am by now ... :P
-anyways, me off to find me an ekka showbag! hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
