good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 2310 steps today; secondly, TWFT topic's 'total commitment' but thirdly and most importantly, i'm still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY-TWO MINUTES online after carol leaves @ 6pm! but she'll arrive in like twenty minutes, so fingers crossed i can bbl, else today i saw vincent the bloody physio for a torture session, aunty wendy came to mind me for three hours and i went to pick up my new specs! as for toms, i've got writers group, then acupuncture, then annette's coming to watch me shower.
