Heylo again, good afternoon and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get to post online before midday. XD Firstly, today I've only been hard @ work plodding 3754 steps; secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's Ministry - More Important Than Life'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Responding Like Jesus'; fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The Whole House' and fourthly, the spam count for the week's twelve but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY-THREE MINUTES online after Peggy minds me for two hours!! Anyways, events for today?
- *sigh* Sometimes I ask myself what's the point wasting time praying to God the night before and asking Him please not to send the noisy garbage truck THUNDERING down our road until AFTER the Sun has risen enough that I can see the time from the clock on the wall when He BLATANTLY ignores my request and sends that noisy truck THUNDERING DOWN our road so early the sky hasn't even BEGUN TO LIGHTEN yet, let alone the Sun rising! >< Well, two can play @ that game: if He's gonna ignore me, I'm gonna ignore Him straight back: I successfully managed to persuade myself to fall back asleep and nature didn't call again until 6:35am. PIG mum has mocked me in the past, saying you can't win God and I've replied, I'm not trying to win God; that's impossible! I'm just saying I won't let God win. Today was the perfect example of that.
Cheers,
Em. ^^ - P.S.
