Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3939 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "Satan's Strategy And Your Defense"; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Zip It!" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "God Of The Garden". Anyways, events for today?
- When nature called once @ 12:05am and I used the pot :P once, I'd expected that I would then sleep straight until after the Sun had risen. Wonder why nature nudged me awake again @ 2am with another full bladder? Made myself a mental note: must ask Google "why do I need to pee more during Winter'. XD
- After a third pot :P trip around 6:30am, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Usually nature calls hourly after that initial morning pot :P trip, but happiness is snoring happily with Uber all the way until 7:45am before waking for another pot :P trip, when dearest dad very thoughtfully walks silently along the hallway and unpops the lock into the garage.
- After dearest dad kisses me bye, retucks me back into bed and leaves for his hard day's work, Uber and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P about one hour later. Shortly after that, noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs and shortly after that, she lets herself into my room and hits me with the eye goo before going back outside to await Hannah's arrival @ 9am.
- Lol, somehow I was so sleepy I don't remember Hannah entering, saying good morning and fifteen more minutes; when she comes back inside I wave Uber @ her and mutter "Fifteen more minutes ...' Hannah's like, oh, you want another fifteen? Oh, all right, you've got enough 6time today. When she came back a third time I got up and swung myself over to the pot :P for three more tinkles, apologising that sorry, the first time you came in I was so sleepy I forgot! XD
- We get me kitted and I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Ela enjoys having another break this morning from having to hold the toothbrush~
- Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for only one tinkle, coming out when PIG mum orders eat breakfast first coz she wants to change the dressing over Elf's ankle.
- Breakfast is one bowl of Minus :P with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast spread with avocado and lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water.
Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my
mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get
through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the
cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day
whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him,
despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good
attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase
'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent
life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of
Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets
to live?? *sigh*

After washing and drying Era, I climb into Hannah's tank and she tootles us off to Calamvale Central, parking one exit shy from the end.
We first visit Woolies but there's no facial tissues left, so Hannah leaves me bracing against some shelf and quickly gets her own items. At the checkout, the guy before us spends enough for a Fix-Em but makes no indication he wants it; I take the initiative and try asking excuse me, sir, if you don't want your Fix-Em, please may I have it? He looks @ me, before turning to the checkout chic and saying yeah, give it to her. Score!
Our other stop's the Calamvale Central bakery for our bahn mis! Hannah gets herself a crackling pork one and I have a chicken one. Originally I wanted the lemongrass chicken one but the uncle tells me 'no lemongrass chicken left'. While we're waiting, I ask uncle, why no lemongrass chicken left? Uncle just shrugs and throws his hands into the air. I no time! XD
Back home, I take a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Thanks to Hannah who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch is my yummy bahn mi, plus one mug of the defence infusion. Hannah cleans the bathroom and then sits beside me to eat her own bahn mi.
At 2pm I sign her off with my thanks and byes. She's not back till next Tuesday, same time.
kim's taking me to Toastmasters tonight! Loioking forward to getting some dinner from Maccas, never mind that Happy Meals were what I ate surely MORE THAN TWO DECADES ago!! *sigh*
Toms: PIG mum's taking me to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage. Bet she's simply DYING to yap incessantly @ him. XD
Must remember to finish my GCCW homework when I get home!
Angelica's minding me from 4pm till 6pm; wonder how many eff bombs she'll drop? XD
