 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ 2367. Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• After publishing the previous post, I read and shared the She Reads Truth devotional and kept reading and sharing my Facebook memories.
• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: hope PIG mum helps me up before 9:45am and takes me for walkies somewhere before Lena comes @ 2pm and takes me to play table tennis @ 2pm. Looking forward to watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 180TH time but sadly very disappointed that GG's been cancelled since 'twas originally our social and I was muchly looking forward to a proper meal out! >< XD
• Anyways, hope everyone has a smashing day toms!

Tuesday Post 478b

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ 2265 (See? Said I'd crack two grand! XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'The Lord Longs 2b Gracious'. Righteo, continuing tonight's events?

• After using up the most important two hours of my day, I use the loo for one tinkle and then sit @ the gobbling :P table to read for one hour and wait for PIG mum to gimme some arvo tea.
• PIG mum tossed me one banana and poured me one mug of some herbal tea. I happily read the new historical fiction for one hour, finishing page twenty-five @ 5:11pm.
• After one more loo trip I returned online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 179TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post. Like last night, PIG mum couldn't be bothered waiting for me to finish watching the news before sharing dinner together and started herself again @ 6:43pm; I just cheered yay then Ela can stay in my lap when I eat, and I can prop both legs up onto the foot stool.  XD
• Once the news ended, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa yummy cabbage, some not-sweet-enough (or sweet-at-all, actually XD) egg and tomato and some delicious meat brisket.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of very hot soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Righteo, hopefully bbl after one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!

Tuesday Post 478

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1965 steps (and will surely have cracked 2000 before the day's out); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Real Problem With Anxiety'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Stand On The Promise That God Gave' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Courage From The Shepherd'. Anyways, events for today?

• Lol I thought I'd enjoyed an awesome sleep last night but when I used the pot :P this morning I could hear that it wasn't empty! How the heck did I transfer to the pot :P, pee and transfer back into bed without even realising it?? Aiya, senility: it's coming! XD
• After the morning pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

   

• Around 9am, PIG mum's daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs wakes me for another pot :P trip and soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap before leaving me to getb myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.

• PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth.  That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Breakfast is one bowl of Minus :P and yummy Special K cereal with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh* The new carer arrives one minute late and PIG mum spends some time waffling @ her before getting her to slather some sunscreen over my face in preparation for going out.

• Before leaving, I sit once more over the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of Monicah's car and she tootles me off to Breathe for physio after kindly helping me with my seatbelt (and thanks to her who helps me with it all day). I'm seven years older than her; she's from Tanzania and already married!

• Physio today: 1.876km bike, 36 single cable rows for Ela, 36 double leg push up on the reformer, 36 ab curls on the reformer, 36 leg assisted pull-ups, 36 leg extensions for Elf and boxing!

• I visit the ladies' loo (they have an ambulant cubicle @ the end) as does Monicah (she just uses a regular cubicle while I'm washing and drying Era) after physio before Monicah tootles us off to Pinelands Plaza. Unfortunately, all the disabled parks are gone, and Monicah finds one but we haveta cross the road.

• Groceries bought, we then head over to Pinelands Bakehouse, and I buy a crunchy pork bahn mi from Aunty Nancy. Turns out Aunty Lisa's on holidays; perhaps they take turns?

• Back home I take a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Monicah who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch's my delicious crunchy pork bahn mi plus one delicious mug of Chinese tea from Aunty Nga. At 2pm I sign Monicah off with my thanks and byes; think she's back same time next Tuesday.

• After I use the loo for one tinkle, I wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Whoops I mix up the times and miss the running of the Melbourne Cup. XD But one of the horses I pick, Warp Speed, comes second!

• Once I've used up the most important two hours of the day I'll use the loo for one tinkle, sit and read till 5:55pm, use the loo again and then watch  the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 179TH time.

• Toms: hope PIG mum helps me up before 9:45am and takes me grocery shopping somewhere before  Lena takes me to play table tennis @ 2pm. She'll see me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30pm and  I'm looking foreward to watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 180TH time but mostly I'm disappointed that our GG group social got cancelled coz that was gonna be my one-weekly meal out for the week! *sigh*

• After publishing the previous post, I read and shared the She Reads Truth daily devotional and then chose horses to cheer for in tomorrow's Melbourne Cup!
• At 9pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: PIG mum'll help me up, since some new carer called Monicah's taking me to Breathe for physio @ 11am. Hope she's nice~
• Yay, PIG mum says I may buy a crunchy pork salad roll for lunch  @ the Pinelands Bakehouse after we  buy groceries @ Pinelands Coles for her~
• Will get home and shower before Monicah leaves @ 2pm. Looking forward to my most important two hours of the day online, reading the new book for one hour and then watching the 6pm news for the 179TH time. Although that means I'll  prolly haveta eat dinner by myself again; tonight  PIG mum started without me @  6:53pm~

Monday Post 478c

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3777 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Had Enough?' Anyways, continuing events for today?

• After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the loo, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into thew backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt. She tootles me off to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage.
• I use the loo once on arrival and then lie down to get some massage and acupuncture from Ray. My favourite part's when Ray gives both shoulders CPR; PIG mum's  favourite part's prolly that she gets to yap incessantly @ Ray. XD My grateful thanks to Ray who always replied and kept a conversation flowing~
• After another loo trip, PIG mum tootled me  off to Centrelink and insisted I come inside with  her even though she left me  in the waiting room. Only afterwards she came out and cried but won't tell me what's wrong coz she thinks I'll blab it over Facebook; hello, the only reason I know what's happening with dearest dad's because SHE blabs! XD
• Since 'twas already after 1pm when we left, we  just grabbed dinner @ the local Maccas;  the my Maccas app had a deal for one cheeseburger (me), one McChicken burger (PIG mum, one small fried (we shared) and PIG mum got me a large orange juice.
• Back home, I walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Lol, Catherine arrived late today since she originally went to the house below ours! XD
• So a nice warm shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Catherine who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was some fruit and one mug of some herbal tea. Lucky, I remembered to ask Catherine to please find me a new book to read since I FINISHED THE BOOK @ 4:09pm!! Then I reached pg. 475 @ 4:14pm, the author's note was finished @ 4:14pm and I finally finished EVERYTHING @ 4:32!  After reading for one hour, I had twenty minutes to happily play the HP version of Bejeweled and passed two levels!
• At 4:55pm I sat over the loo for two tinkles. Presuming PIG mum signed Catherine off and shooed her away.
• Happily watched the 6pm news (Seven's) for the 178TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post. PIG mum started dinner without me @ 6:52pm.
• Once the news ended, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
•  Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa yummy cabbage and some of PIG mum's yummy meat brisket. Since she was feeling unsocial and sat @ the couch watching TV, I let Ela rest in my lap and propped both legs up onto the footrest. XD
• Dinner was washed down with a delicious mug of Chinese tea; after taking the  cup over to the sink I walked myse;lf slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 2nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! • PIG mum hurried me away since she didn't wanna pay for parking but I managed to have a quick chat to Jane and relate to her again the story how I scared poor Stan by vanishing off into the toilet myself. Will remember not to tell her again~
• Lol PIG mum was pissed that there were road closures  @ Garbo but  we got out in time~
• Back home, I tootled online until PIG mum ordered I shower.

Whoops, just quickly now since less than fifteen minutes left~

Had delicious mango pudding for arvo tea, read for one hour (the book title appeared on pg. 423, I finished pg. 425 @ 4:52pm, reached pg. 444 @ 5:26pm, reached pg. 450 @ 5:38pm and found the book title again on pg. 453

Showered, backed up files and watched the 6pm news for the 177TH time.

Returned onlinew, used the loo for one more tinkle @ 9pm.

Toms: seeing Ray for acupuncture, prolly going grocery shopping then accompanying PIG mum to Centrelink, I think?

Sunday Post 478c

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 5610 (sweet I'm more than half a normal person today! XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'A Grumbling Mood' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed SIX MINUTES online after I visit the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• After washing and drying Era, I climbed into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckled my own seatbelt (what I did all day). PIG mum got into the car and tootled us off to church, parking outside the service room. I haul myself up the ramp, use the first cubicle of the normal lady's loo (since the disabled loo had the lid closed but PIG mum was mean and wouldn't lift it for me), washed and dried both hands and then grabbed my usual spot for service. PIG mum bolted back upstairs for CSS.
• Yay I got to stay seated for worship today. I sang everything, plus the harmony for two songs but like every other week meant absolutely NOTHING. >< *sigh*
• Speaker today was Pastor Felix from BCCC; his sermon was from Psalm 139 and service ended twenty-one minutes early today
• After I used the loo, washed and dried both hands and grabbed myself a pack of bikkies for morning, I only sat briefly before PIG mum demanded we leave since she needed to arrive early @ the Garbo library to get a park but before I left I headed over to Granny Wan and gave her a big hug to wish her a very happy birthday!
• Sure enough, we arrived really early and got a park, so after one loo trip we took the lift down and iked all the way to Hanaromart and bought a box of custard pie for the snacks! Originally we were going to Woolies and buying sth from the bakery but PIG mum found a Hanaromart before the Woolies!
• The makeshift wall  between meetings room One and Two had been removed and chairs set up. About fifteen people attended.
• Stan introduced Ken, Jen waffled on for awhile and then read two/three stories.
• Alaistair came! I had a good chat with him and Min came too and best of all, Lisa came too!
• I went to get myself morning tea; PIG mum lemme get like three things but ate most of my custard pie. :o( But thanks to Alaistair who made me one little mug of white tea with two sugars! :D

 Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 4669 (ha, I'm even over 4.5 grand XD) and secondly, I'm prolly still owed some time online but I dunno how to figure out how long since I'm planning to watch No Time To Die next! Anyways, continuing today's events?

• Most exciting thing today: Mr. Ilsley took me to the Canterbury College reunion!! Took lotsa photos and stuffed myself silly with finger food! Also drank not one, but TWO vodka oranges! Luckily, they weren't strong. XD
• Took a nice warm shower when I gfot home - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 15% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted I  had a very brirg Whatsapp video chat with dearest dad who was @ 1at Aunty's place - and everyone was arriving for dinner!
• My dinner: rice, lotsa yummy cabbage and  some yummy meat brisket. Dinner was washed down with one delicious mug of Japanese green tea from Aunty Nga and then I returned online to watch the movie!

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 1578. A useful number to remember: it takes me seventy-eight steps to walk from here to the bathroom and back again after washing my hand! Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• After publishing the previous post and reading and sharing the She Reads Truth daily devotional, I had a whole forty minutes to play the HP version of Bejeweled! Only passed two more levels though. XD 
• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: fingers crossed PIG mum helps me up early and takes me to buy a sushi roll for arvo tea since Mr. Ilsley's coming @ 11:30am and taking me to my TWENTY-year HIGH SCHOOL REUNION!!I'm super-excited since this party will happen only once every ten years and the   place will have platters for our lunch; this will definitely be one of the stories I'll share in my XMas Greetings this year!!

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ exactly 1500 (nice number! XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'For All The Saints'. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• Today I happily read Dark Tides for one hour, reaching pg. 375 @ 5:04pm and finishing pg. 400 @ exactly 5:45pm! PIG mum passed me one huge mug of green tea, one yummy banana and one of the cute little yummy bikkies that one of dad's mates brought over when he randomly came yesterday!
• I used the loo for one more tinkle before returning online and happily watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 176TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post. PIG mum decided she was hungry and started dinner without me @ 6:43pm
• Once the news ended, I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era and then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 

• Dinner tonight: PIG mum made tasty fried rice! Unsurprisingly, she screeched 'twas too salty. XD I enjoyed stuffing my mouth full with two/three Spoonfuls each time, since PIG mum had already gone over to the couch and was watching TV, hence couldn't see me. XD
• Dinner was washed down with another mug of herbal tea; after taking my bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1251 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Seminary Of Suffering'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Songs Of Deliverance (1)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Time Well Spent'. Anyways, events for today?

• Woo hoo, 11TH consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like the last three days, nature didn't call until 7:05am, and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Afterwards, Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P just after 9am shortly before PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my bedroom to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum comes back to finish with only Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FOT E :( me to walk out to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit briefly over the loo before walking myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Breakfast is one bowl of Minus :P and special K with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. • We buy tickets (Deb got the free ticket with my companion card and I asked her to please buy the popcorn but the guy behind the counter told her that one bucket was ten bucks! That was way too expensive so instead she bought us an Aero bar to share, yum!
• After using the disabled loo once, we found our cinema. Wow Garbo's heaps bigger than Sunnybank Plaza Hoyts; 'twas all the way @ the end! Was also very unimpressed that I had too hike up two steps to reach my seat; unsure why they didn't have any @ the front?
• The movie had about four instances of that huge orchestral music that I loved but apart from that, the entire movie was mainly set in one place ... must've been a cheap movie!
• Afterwards Deb tootled me home and I showered half fast since she was anxious to leave precisely @ 1:45pm since she needed to take her dad to some medical appointment.
• PIG mum left me a tuna in tomato and onion with one cheese toastie with one mug of green tea for lunch. Phew, dearest dad quickly Whatsapp videocalled me, saying he'd safely arrived.
• Before plopping online I used the loo for one tinkle; will use it again before sitting @ the table for arvo tea but may haveta wait till after dinner before finishing reading for one hour.
• Hoping to watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 176TH time
• Toms: perhaps expect a super-pissy plodding total from me? Obviously, PIG mum's not gonna take me to play table tennis @ church!

• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa broccolini, lotsa soup tomato, lotsa soup potato, lotsa soup carrot, lotsa  soup onion, two little cubes of soup beef and one yummy chicken drumstick with some of the meat already removed.
• Dinner's spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking my bowl over to the sink I walk myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over
• Uncle Slam arrives @ 7:30pm and @ 7:45pm sharp takes dad to the airport. Obviously, I walk dearest dad to the front door and smother him with hugs and kisses before returning online~
• At 9pm, I walk mysewlf slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always   rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• When dad says let's do, I climb into the backseat of the car and buckle my seatbelt. Dad tootles us down the road to Warrigal Square and has me walk into Woolies before allowing me to grab a trolley.

• Lol, as usual, dad tries to enter every aisle while I try and steer the trolley straight so we can reach the end, turn around and go pay! XD

• After I took everything through the self-serve and climbed back into the car, dad tootled us home, where I do a stinky unspeakable before sitting @ the gobbling :P table.

• Lunch was unflavoured two-minute noodles with lotsa different soup veggies and like two thin small pieces of soup beef.

• Lunch was washed down with one cup of some herbal tea; after taking my bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• When Narelle appears @ 2pm the parents let her inside, leave her with instructions and leave immediately.

• So a nice warm shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Narelle who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was some delicious mango and one huge mug of white  tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey; Narelle drank the yucky tea  PIG mum had left for me. Happiness was reading  the Philippa Gregory novel   for one hour; I found the book title on pg. 353 and reached pg. 350 @ exactly 2:45pm.

• Then can you believe it:  I had nearly TWO HOURS to play the HP version of Bejeweled and have passed eight levels today! 

• At 5:55pm I sat once more over the loo for two tinkles before signing Narelle off with my thanks and byes; she's back toms and taking me to see some movie @ Garbo!

• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 175TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post. Last year I vaguely recall that I watched the 6pm news bulletin 175 times and the year before that, 150 times. Wonder how many I can watch it for this year?

• The parents started dinner without me around the weather report. I was disappointed since (1) I hoped dearest dad would take us out for one more dinner together before he left and (2) unsure why PIG mum likes dad starting dinner without her minus me, but hey. Once the news ended, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling: P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over

• PIG mum went playing baddy with her mates so dad took me grocery shopping @ Rochedale Coles; he even bought a frozen pizza for our lunch!
• Lena took me to play table tennis and their was cake! Well, those little mini cupcakes with sprinkles and icing on the top, but still!!
• Got home, showered, watched the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 174TH time, wolfed down rice leftovers for dinner and then had GG @ my place! Jodie led Bible study from Mattew 25:31-46 and seven people attended although Rosanna left @ 8:35am since she couldn't sleep last night.  When everyone else left just after 9, I walked them out, used the loo for one tinkle (huge thanks to Peter Pie who lifted the loo lid back up for me) and returned online.

XD Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total from Tuesday's actually 1570 (ha, I'm just over 1.5 grand XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'Permission Slips'; thirdly, today I've been hard @ work plodding only 278 steps (since obviously, I've not left the house yet); fourthly, John Piper's Daily devotional topic from last night's Sin/Suffering, Sickness/Sabotage'; fifthly, TWFT topic's 'The Many Ways God Speaks To Us' and sixthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'A Beautiful Surprise' but  seventhly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and ONE MINUTE online after I get  home from grocery shopping with dearest dad!! Anyways, let's start with yesterday's events first!

• Once I'd used up the most important two hours of my day, I used the loo for one tinkle before sitting @ the gobbling :P table to read for one hour and wait for PIG mum to wake from her long  arvo nap and gimme some arvo tea.
• Actually, I only had time to read for fifty minutes since I was gonna sit over the loo for two more tinkles before Nisha came and took me to Toastmasters @ 5:30pm but I finished pg. 333 @ 5:16pm. Thanks to PIG mum who passed me one yummy banana and poured me one mug of some herbal tea.
• At 5:24pm I sat over the loo for two tinkles before sitting by the front door and waiting Nisha's arrival. Actually she came four minutes late since she was stuck in traffic.
• We  had  a good run along the highway but traffic just STOPPED when we got to QUT; there was even a police car with light flashing! Hence all the free parks were taken; wonder what was  going  on?
• Neil said there was some outdoor concert happening! Like eight attended last night; I filled  in as timer apart from doing warm-up master and there's only like  three meetings left this year! Also, Kate signed me up to participate in Table Topics again @ the next conference!

Tuesday Post 478

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1337 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Radical Recompense'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Make God The Sense Of Your Self-worth and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Pause To Pray'. Anyways, events for today?

• Woo hoo, 8th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like yesterday, nature didn't call until 7:05am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 9am just before PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly slightly with only the bra strap and the tee (since dearest dad's still home) before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum comes back to finish with only Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle and call good morning to Bree who arrives while I', pulling my pants back up.
• For breakfast, I enjoy one bowl of flaky Just Wrong :P/Special K with one slice of dry  (unbuttered) toast spread with avocado and sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, Bree accompanies me back to the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

• After washing and drying Era, I climbed into the passenger seat of Bree's car. Thanks to her who kindly helped me with my seatbelt (as she did all day) and then she tootled me off to Breathe for physio.

• First Shirley had me sign sth and then physio with Winnie was 1.789 km bike riding, standing balance test with stepping and reaching for both arms, turning two 360s, three sets rowing with v-bar and boxing!

• After one loo trip, Bree tootled us off to Pinelands Plaza and grabbed a trolley for us before we bought groceries from Coles.

• Then I bought my once-weekly crunchy pork salad roll from Aunty Lisa; when I asked her where Aunty Lisa was, I was told "On holiday!"

• Back home I took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Bree who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was my crunchy pork bahn mi; yay also that Bree found the honey and made me one MASSIVE mug of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey!

• At 2pm I signed her off with my thanks and byes. She's eight years younger than me~

• After lunch I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Once I've used up the most important two hours of the day I'll use the loo for one tinkle and then sit and read till 5:30pm when Nisha's taking me to Toastmasters! Looking forward to bring dinner home from Maccas, never mind that UnHappy Meals were what I had surely @ LEAST THREE  DECADES ago!! *sigh*

• Toms: hope PIG mum'll help  me up and take me aisle walking before we come home for lunch and before Lena takes me to play table tennis since GG's @ my place toms night! Otherwise expect a super-pissy plodding total for me.

• After publishing the previous post, I continued reading and sharing my Facebook memories.
• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: PIG mum'll help me up, since Bree's not taking me to Breathe for physio until 10am. It may take longer than one hour since Winnie and/Shirley haveta write a letter for me to take to my upcoming NDIS review?
• Presuming we'll buy groceries @ Pineland Coles afterwards; hopefully PIG mum'll lemme buy a yummy crunchy pork salad roll from the Pinelands Bakehouse!
• Bree will see me home and showered before leaving @ 2pm; looking forward to spending my most important two hours online before reading the Philippa Gregory historical fiction novel for one hour!
• I've emailed Michelle asking her to lemme know who's taking me to Toastmasters toms night since it's not in the roster but I'm presuming Nisha?
• Looking forward to bringing dinner back home from Maccas; never mind that UnHappy Meals were  what I had surely THREE DECADES ago!! *sigh*

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 1558 (ha, I'm just over 1.5 grand XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Where Did You Lose Him?' Righteo, continuing events for Monday?

• After another loo trip, PIG mum tootles us home, where dearest dad has some rice leftovers waiting for our lunch.
• That gobbled up, I take the bowl over to the sink and walk myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• At 1:55pm I sat over the loo for two more tinkles and then climbed back into the car, since 'twas time to see Dr. Ku.
• First, Debbie did our care plans, took our blood pressure (normal) and weighed us. I'm currently 59.7kg? I'm surprised; I had thought I was like 64kg!
• Next we saw Dr. Ku and he printed out a letter for me.
• Back home, I popped online until Lena arrived @ 4pm. Thanks to PIG mum who opened the door for her, saving me from a potentially dangerous trip to the front door myself.
• So a nice warm shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Lena who helped me rinse  out my hair, thus freeing me to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut. Also, wow:  that's the 200TH time this year I've had help with the hairwash!!
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo  tea was one little banana, half a plain cracker and one mug of some herbal tea. Happiness was reading the Philippa Gregory novel for one hour (I reached pg. 300 @ 4:43 and reached pg. 325 @ 5:24pm) before having twenty-five happy minutes to play the HP version of Bejeweled - and I passed one more level! Lena very gently massaged Ela for twenty minutes and then just sat and played with her phone.
• At 5:55pm I sat over the loo for two more tinkles before signing Lena off with my thanks and byes. Also thanks to Lena who helped me put on a pajama top since 'twas storming earlier in the afternoon.
• Happily watched the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 173RD time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• When the parents summoned me over for dinner, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa soup vegetables and the last little pieces of the yummy chicken stir-fry I'd cooked with Dorrie three days ago.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking my bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Righteo, hopefully bbl after  one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms, else wishing everyone a smashing Tuesday ahead!

Monday Post 478c

 Good afternoon again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 1252 (see? Told you I'd crack 1000 steps! XD) but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY-FOUR MINUTES online after Lena/Jacinta leaves and I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Seven's) for the 173RD time!! Righteo, continuing today's events?

• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt (what I do all day). PIG mum tootles me off for some acupuncture and massage from Ray.
• After visiting the loo once, I lie down and get some massage and acupuncture from Ray. PIG mum's in her element yapping ceaselessly  @  Ray; my grateful thanks to him for always replying and keeping a conversation flowing. Me, I enjoy the shoulder CPR the most!

 Heylo again, good afternoon and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get to post online before midday. XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding only 791 steps (but going out again and expecting to have cracked one grand before the day's out); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Possible With God'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "It's A Walk Of Faith" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Getting Rid Of Baggage' but fifthly  and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-SIX MINUTES online after I get home from seeing the GP!! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 7th consecutive awesome sleep last night; that's the 12TH time this year I've achieved one straight week of consecutive awesome sleeps! So happy to have achieved my target~ Sure, back in 2019, 2020 and 2021 I somehow achieved TWENTY-FIVE one consecutive weeks of one-week consecutive awesome sleeps but PIG mum what's actually not important; what matter's that I don't have any accidents!

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! With a final, final plodding total of 3179, lemme just cover final, final events for Sunday?

• After publishing the previous post, I read and shared the She Reads Truth daily devotional.
• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: late morning (11am) appointment to see Ray for some massage and acupuncture. Bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap ceaselessly @ him. XD
• Hopefully PIG mum takes me grocery shopping and aisle walking before we come home for lunch with dearest dad, else expect a super-pissy  plodding total from me.
• Also hoping Michelle will have filled in the TBAs for the coming week when I get back home, else I'll haveta ring her and ask!
• Fingers crossed I can read for one hour and watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 172ND time!

Sunday Post 478c

 Good evening! Firstly, I've already logged in Sunday's plodding total @ 3179 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Marking Off The Miles'. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• PIG mum eventually came down from her long Arvo nap and passed me one yummy banana, about half a plain cracker and one huge mug of green tea from Aunty Nga.
• Once the match was over, I took a nice warm shower - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 15% of my shorter second-favouritite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
• I had one tinkle before I tapped the nice warm water off and called PIG mum back; once she dried my back and the back of the chair for me, I did everything else and she didn't feature again until my bra strap needed doing up, Elf's AFO straps needed sticking and both laces needed tying.
• After I dried the looo seat I sat foor one tinkle, dried inside both ears, stamped both feet dry, washed and dried Era and then walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 171ST time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• Once PIG mum called dinnertime, I used the loo for one more tinkle, climbed into the backseat of the car and buckled my own seatbelt.
• For the 3rd consecutive week, dinner was @ Ho Lin Wah but I'll not have dinner again there next Sunday since dad's overseas and PIG mum doesn't drive @ night anymore.
• Ho Lin Wah serves thick, chewy authentic Hokkien noodles, unlike the thin limp ones that BIRU serves. XD My slice of shallot pancake was also delicious!
• When we were walking back to the car the parents bumped into the head waitress and stopped for a quick chat with her.
• Back home, I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Anyways, hopefully brb after one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight  plus what's happening  toms, else wishing everyone a smashing week shead!
