Tuesday Post 481

Good afternoon!  Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding exactly 3500 steps (nice number! XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's "Mary's Magnificent God; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Lead Your Children to Christ' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'God Knows Me'. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:20am  and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 9am shortly before PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing but the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum comes back to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Breakfast is one bowl of Special K and Minus :P with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with avocado and hopefully sprinkled with some salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• Monicah actually arrived one minute late this morning, but after I'd finished breakfast, she walked behind me back to the bathroom before going back to wash up my breakfast dishes, close and lock the windows, etc. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Monicah's red Corolla, and she tootles me off to Breathe for physio. Thanks to her who kindly helped me with my seatbelt all day.
• Physio today: 1.986km bike ride,  36 assisted pull-ups,  36 single cable rows for Ela,  36 leg extensions for Elf,  36 leg curls for Elf  tennis 🎾 ball tossing and catching for Era and boxing!
• After one more loo trip (CZ258 gets you into the female toilets and there's an ambulant stall @ the end) Monicah took me to Pinelands Plaza to buy groceries from Coles. Unfortunately, not only was all the disabled parking gone, but Monicah also couldn't find a parking spot until like halfway down to Ho Lin Wah! ><
• Monicah grabbed a trolley for us; we bought groceries from Coles and then ducked into Pinelands Bakehouse and I got my crunchy pork salad roll from Aunty Lisa.
• Back home I took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Monicah who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, for lunch I enjoy my delicious crunchy pork salad roll. Thanks to Monicah for one big mug of white tea, but pity that PIG mum's hidden the sweetener still. >< *sigh*
• At 2pm I sign Monika off with my thanks and byes. She's back toms and taking me to table tennis!
• After I finished lunch, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Once I've used up the most important two hours of my day, I'll use the loo for one tinkle and then sit to read the new Matthew Reilly novel for one hour.
• Looking forward to watching the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 197TH time!
• Toms: PIG mum says she might send dad to take me grocery shopping before Monicah takes me to play table tennis @ 2pm.
• Will get home and shower; looking forward to watching the 6pm news for the 198TH time but GG's finished for the year! Wonder can we still catchup for dinner, etc.?
• Anyways, hopefully bbl afterwards, else wishing everyone a smashing Wednesday ahead!
  Cheers,
  Em. ^^
  P.S. Monday Post 481c

Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 5561. Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• PIG mum had signed Catherine off and shooed her away @ 6pm, soon after I used the loo for one tinkle and then climbed into the backseat of the car since we were having Aunty A's birthday dinner  @ Yum Cha And Do with the Slams!
• Wow, she picked a fancy, expensive place. For my birthday /my dearest dad's birthday Aunty A just picks Parklands Chinese restaurant but tonight we met @ Yum Cha And Co! You've gotta  catch a lift up into ground floor and walk out into the piazza to find it!
• Dinner was a disappointment: for six people, only four bowls of rice were oirdered and then two whole bowls were set aside for lunch toms! But the chicken and rice noodle rolls were yummy~
• Back home, I used the loo for  one tinkle and then grabbed the card I'd written for Aunty A's birthday from the computer desk and headed over to the gobbling :P table. After I sat down, I gave it to her~
• PIG mum's cake was delicious! Although, as usual, not sweet enough. XD Wonder will PIG mum leave me a slice for arvo tea  toms?
• At  8:35pm, I excused myself, used the loo for one more tinkle and then returned online.
• After publishing Monday Post 481b, @ 9pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: PIG mum'll help me up, since Monicah's not coming till  10am and taking me to Breathe for physio @ 11am.
• Presuming we'll buy groceries @ Pinelands Coles afterwards; fingers crossed PIG mum'll lemme buy my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from Pinelands Bakehouse.
• Monicah will see me home and showered before leaving @ 2pm; fingers crossed  PIG mum'll take me to see Moans2 since movies are cheapest on Tuesdays and I've nothing happening for the rest of the day after Monicah leaves!
• Anyways, hope everyone  has a smashing day toms!
  Cheers,
  Em. ^^

Monday Post 481b

Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 5425 (ha, I'm more than half a normal person today XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Pearl Of Great Price'. Righteo, continuing today's events?

• After I'd used up the most important two hours of my day, I used the loo for one tinkle and then sat @ the gobbling :P table to read and wait for Catherine's arrival. I asked PIG mum please for some arvo tea; she tossed me one banana (which I peeled and ate first), about half a flavoured cracker and one huge mug of green tea. I happily read for one hour; I reached pg. 375 @ 4:11pm, reached pg. 400 @ 4:49 and FINISHED THE BOOK @ 5:11pm! Then I finished Appendix A @ 4:58pm, finished Appendix B @ exactly 5pm, finished Appendix C @ 5:02 and finished Appendix D @ 5:904pm before immediately starting on the new Matthew Reilly novel and reaching page twenty-five @ 6:02pm.
  Cheers,
  Em. ^^

Monday Post 481

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3919 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Prepare The Way Advent Day 1'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Build An Altar' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'People Of Encouragement' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed TWENTY MINUTES online should CODA  get their act together and find someone to mind me for two hours this arvo!! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 3nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like yesterday, nature didn't call until 7:05am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt. PIG mum tootles me off to see Ray for my final session of 2024, since he's heading overseas with his family like this Friday!
• At ay's, I used the loo for one tinkle and then lay down for some massage and acupuncture. PIG mum was in her element yapping unceasingly @ Ray; my grateful thanks to him who always replied and kept a conversation flowing. Me, I enjoyed the shoulder CPR the best~
• After one more loo trip, PIG mum tootled me off to Sunnybank Hills to buy groceries. I can't help but get frustrated when she won't even TRY an available disabled side park and instead parks much further away on the third floor, meaning I've gotta walk much further. >< *sigh* @ least I'll crack 4000 steps today!
• Back home, I walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Lunch was rice with lotsa soup vegetables and two chunks of tasty pork.
• Lunch was washed down with one mug of green tea, after taking the cup over to the sink I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• This morning I'd rung CODA and asked who from Staffing Options was minding me from 4-6pm today. Someone said Catherine but after getting home someone else rang and said she wasn't coming anymore; nobody could! o_O I quickly typed Michelle an email saying please find someone since I already didn't get any support over the weekend. Phew, she rang back, saying Catherine would come from 5-6. That's enough, I only need help with a shower. Planning to use up my remaining two hours, use the loo for one tinkle and then head over to the gobbling :P table to read for like thirty-five minutes.
• Because after Catherine leaves, we're having Aunty A's birthday dinner with her and the Slams @ Yum Cha And Co before coming back for birthday cake that PIG mum made! I've offered to several times and been rebuffed; oh well, @ least PIG mum lemme buy her a birthday card, even though she sneered @ me that nobody gives birthday cards anymore nowadays. Lol, then I'm obviously nobody! XD
• Toms: PIG mum'll help me up toms, since Monicah's not coming till 10am and taking me to Breathe for physio. Thankfully, it's only for one hour this time.
• Presuming PIG mum'll  send us buying groceries @ Pinelands Coles; fingers crossed she'll lemme buy a crunchy pork bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse too~
• Don't have any plans for the rest of the day after Monicah sees me home and showered before leaving @ 2pm. Looking forward to my most important two hours for the day, reading for one hour and I'd better get started on my XMas Greetings!
•  Anyways, hopefully bbl tonight else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
  Cheers,
  Em. ^^

Sunday Post 481d

Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 3368. Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• Once that was up, I used the loo for one tinkle and then sat @ the gobbling :P table to read for one hour and wait for PIG mum to gimme some arvo tea.
• Yay, she remembered my other mug of white tea with some honey! I munched one banana and half a tasty cracker while also reading for one hour. I thought I'd finally finish the awesome book I've been reading but underestimate how freaking slowly I read now ... >< *cringe* Today I finished pg. 375 @ 4:11pm.
• Then I took a nice warm shower - I washed and rinsed my hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, I was all done after only 9% but happily leaned fully against the right-side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before tapping the nice warm water off and calling PIG mum back.
• Once PIG mum dried my back and the back of the chair for me, I did everything else and she didn't feature again until my bra strap needed doing up, Elf's AFO straps needed sticking, and both laces needed tying.
• After I dried the loo seat, I sat for one tinkle, dried inside both ears, stamped both feet dry, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 196TH time. All the things I like recording are in Sunday Post 481b.
• After the news ended, I wanted to watch the show about twenty years since the Bali bombings but the parents said dinnertime, so I used the loo for one tinkle and then climbed into the backseat of the car.
• For like the 4th consecutive Sunday, we shared dinner @ Ho Lin Wah! Fantastic; both set meals suited me perfectly (A was Hokien fried noodles with chicken/pork and B was chicken/pork in white sauce with veggies and rice. Dad ordered one bowl of soupy ho fan with squid balls to share, I drank half the set soup, one cup of Chinese tea, half the warm Ovaltine and half the HK-style milk tea.
• Back home, I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms:  PIG mum'll help me up, since I'm seeing Ray for some acupuncture and massage. Bet she's simply DYING to yap ceaselessly @ him. XD
• PIG mum also says we''' buy groceries before coming home for lunch with dearest dad~
• Roster only says Staffing Options for tomorrow's 4-6pm shift; will ask PIG mum toms morning may I ring CODA to ask/should I wait until the arvo.
• Most excitingly, toms night we're having Aunty A's birthday dinner with her and the Slams; PIG mum's baking her a birthday cake right now!
• Righteo, hope everyone has a smashing week ahead!
  Cheers,
  Em. ^^

Sunday Post 481c

Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total  for Sunday now stands @ 3236 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'First Sunday Of Advent: Christmas Is Coming! Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle and then popped online for the most important two hours of the day.
  Cheers,
  Em. ^^

Sunday Post 481b

Heylo again and potentially one final greeting for today! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 2592. Ha, I'm just over 2.5 grand. XD Righteo, events for today?

• Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:05am and after one pot :P trip I immediately tried falling back asleep since PIG mum usually wakes me with her a-THUMPING around upstairs @ 7:20am!
• Instead, I fell back asleep so deeply I didn't awake again until PIG mum let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo! She then helped me exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing but the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first. While doing so, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt, She gets in too and parks outside the service hall. I haul myself up the ramp, use the second cubicle of the normal ladies' loo (since both the disabled and the first cubicle had their lids down and horrid  PIG mum wouldn't help me lift it *sigh*), washed and dried both hands and then grabbed my usual spot @ service. PIG mum bolted upstairs for CSS @ 8:51am.
• Yay I got to stay seated for worship today~ I sang everything, plus the harmony for three songs but like every other week, meant absolutely NOTH*sigh*
• Speaker today was Peter Pie; he dressed up as Joseph and entered through the side door; I'd noticed the door before! (Neither had PIG mum XD)
• After service ended, I used the disabled toilet once myself, grabbed a packet of MSG crackers and sat outside the service hall. Aunty Cynthia's hubby came and said hi!
• I was walking with dad down the ramp back to his car for lunch when Aunty Yvonne stopped to talk to us! She was telling dad about the new car she was planning to buy but first she told me that Ross had come back for dinner like yesterday and she told him about my MEDALS! :D
• . Dad and I had lunch @ Hungry Jack's: a cheeseburger with ten chips for
