friday post

*beep!* the bloody computer froze on me! >< meaning, 1. toms, i'm owed FOUR HOURS and FORTY MINUTES online, 2. today i was hard @ work plodding 4300 steps, and 3. the spam count for the weeks's 120. anyways, today's events?
-dunno why the home mod guys didn't come to build my bathroom today. guess they wanted a long weekend.
-breakfast was two weetbix, again with almost one whole spoonful of honey! *schock gasp* :P
-today, PIG mum gleefully forced poor em to buckle her own seatbelt all day, and we also listened to that horrible, out-of-tune, nasally wannabe singer :P andy hui all day (i told PIG mum she could choose, coz today was her last day driving before she went back to hong kong.
-your :P turn for physio. i settled down with a synapse magazine while PIG mum rocked off to repark the car.
-PIG mum gleefully forced poor ela into doing all sorts of these different activities. actually, i started with roughly ten minutes on the motomed first.
-PIG mum took me to the loo once before my session with emma began. poor ela was gleefully forced to hold onto the rail after my tinkle.
-emma lemme use a rollator (sp?)! i think ela's improved heaps, coz she managed to hang onto the handle bar without letting go. :)
-then 'twas back to a plinth, where i did more bottom walking, posture exercises and reaching with era.
-actually, emma tried some electrical stimulating machine thing on me ... hurts a bit.
-dunno why mean PIG mum refused to take me to naz for a kebab. :( she just got herself a danish and me a plain meat pie. we shared a chocolate breaka.
-PIG mum made me walk into aunty anna's for a high-class mushroom haircut. then i sat and browsed a new idea mag while aunty anna gave PIG mum a 'shh-muck' haircut. :P
-PIG mum tootled us home, and i let erf sit sideways for the last car trip where PIG mum was the driver. actually, lucky erf gets two more chances to sit sideways tonight - it's too dark to see one's foot position going to and from UF.
-but parent's night tonight! dad's promised to take me! :) PIG mum's already negged out of going.
-well, chrissy should be here in fifteen minutes or so. hope everyone has a smashing week!
