thursday post8b

good evening again! em's final plodding total for thursday now stands @ 2407. anyways, today's events?
-breakfast was three weetbix with almost one spoonful of honey.
-dad lemme listen to my car CD all day and he also gleefully forced me to buckle my seatbelt all day.
-UQ for physio. dad forced me to dak myself, made me walk over to wash both hands for thirty seconds and left me with some gossip mag before rocking off to pay.
-patinkenba's a new south welshwoman! so i had good fun giving her crap about NSW losing in last night's origin. :P
-thankfully, no tilt table today. just work for ela, posture work and stepping for erf.
-dad drove us to plaza for lunch. i introduced him to mr. kebab guy; we ordered a regular chicken kebab cut into half; dad's half had the onion.
-dad tootled me home. i declined to head inside, coz i knew karen would be @ my house shortly.
-so i munched my half a kebab and karen tootled us off to ikea!
-in sparkless, we wheeled me to the toilet first. then we started shopping!
-we picked up most of the things dad had written on the shopping list, and, after one more loo trip, i had a 50c soft serve while karen got herself a coffee. thanks to karen who shared with me a small chunk of her chocolate bar, which contained sth ... cookie?
-karen tootled me home. we were met @ the door by lyn, followed by lisa.
-dad made me walk into the laundry for my nice hot shower - hairwash today. i had a tinkle before lyn flipped the nice hot water off, got dried and creamed, had another tinkle. lyn rekitted me, and i had one last tinkle when she was tying erf's laces before she Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-lyn's from CODA; lisa's from staffing options. lyn cleaned the bathroom while lisa made me a perfect arvo tea, yum yum. :)
-@ 5:40, lisa gave ela a massage - and lyn gave era one! can't remember what colours lyn painted era, but lisa painted ela light blue with white spots with light blue spots again in the middle.
-they left @ 6pm. think lisa's coming back on saturday, then tuesday, then wednesday again.
-dad let me online till uncle wallace arrived for dinner.
-i used the loo once, then dinner was rice, lotsa normal lettuce and yummy garlic stem, one small chunk of beef and one even smaller slice of chicken that uncle wallace had brought over from some thai restaurant.
-dinner was washed down with a yummy mug of fruit and vegetable juice, then dad hit me with the eye glop :P before ordering me to read the paper till 7:45.
-so i did that, and @ 7:45 he allowed me to pop back online.
-toms: physio @ your :p turn around 10am. i really dunno my luck @ dad taking me out for lunch @ the runcorn BBQ chinese restaurant afterwards, but it can't hurt to ask! dunno if it's chrissy or some other unknown coming toms arvo, but then uni fellowship's @ night. :) hope everyone has an enjoyable end to their week!
