Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2699 steps and secondly, TWFT topic's 'Where Can You Find Peace?' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FIFTEEN MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 42ND time this year!! Anyways, events for today?
- Yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Just like yesterday and the day before, nature didn't call until 6:35am and after one pot :P trip I immediately fell back asleep coz I knew i'd hear dearest dad one hour later!
- Sure enough, one hour later dearest dad very considerately walks silently along the hallway and unpops the lock leading into the garage; that's my signal to wake and use the pot :P again, after which I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- After dearest dad retucks me into bed, kisses me bye and leaves for his hard day's work, Alaistair and I snuggle together in bed, wondering how late Tina will be today. XD
- Answer? Ten minutes. She knocked, entered, said "Good morning, Em?" Then obediently left when Alaistair nodded @ her. When she comes back fifteen minutes later, I use the pot :P once more for one tinkle and then give her step-by-step on how to get me kitted.
- Once dressed, I head over to the bathroom to brush teeth. Thanks to Tina who squirts me some toothpaste; Ela enjoys her first official break. Teeth brushed, I sit briefly over the loo, just coming out to the gobbling :P table when I realise I feel like doing a stinky unspeakable.
- Breakfast is one bowl of bird food (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD), all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing
my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me
get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind
the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day
whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him,
despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good
attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase
'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent
life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of
Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets
to live?? *sigh*
After washing and drying Era, I sit on my bed and wait for Tina to move her car up to the driveway (dunno what she was doing when I was sitting over the loo) and then I sat in her car while she very slowly closed and locked everything, before finally driving me to the Garbo library, parking somewhere outside that necessitated me ascending two escalators to reach the library.
Since we're already late, I skip the loo trip and head straight into the meeting room. Then I feel super-loved because I immediately get presented with a framed lifetime membership award signed by the president (Ken) and the treasurer (Alison)! Ken also bought me one tube of minion toothpaste! XD
For some reason, we didn't share our stories today? We just discussed several stories and I played Candy Crush. XD
The meeting ended early but Alison kept me company while I texted Tina to please come collect me. I used the loo and then sat and waited for Tina to move her car back; for some reason, she STILL hasn't found the correct car park and I had to head down another two escalators and crodd one road before finally reaching her car! *sigh*
