Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 4034 (ha, I'm just over four grand XD); secondly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'So Helpful' and thirdly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Endurance'. Righteo, continuing Thursday's events?
- After I gave Tina step-by-step instructions on how to get me kitted, I went over to the bathroom and brushed teeth. Thanks to Tina who squirted me some toothpaste; Ela enjoyed her first official break this week.
- Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for two tinkles, also leaning fully against the side rail and continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table for breakfast, which is one bowl of bird food (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD), all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. During and after breakfast, I happily read for exactly one hour, reaching pg. 175 @ 9:39am and reaching pg. 200 @ 9:49am.
- Before leaving for shopping, I did do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side
rail and spend minutes finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the
saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my
day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NO
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into Tina's car and she tootles me off to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown for shopping. I mentally facepalm when Tina asks me are we going to Sunnybank Plaza? XD
- Less than fifteen minutes left, so just super-briefly:
- Bought groceries from Coles, brought groceries from Woolies and bumped into Caitlin!
- Had lunch @ Ho Lin Wah: no set meals today so I chose the cheapest on the regular menu: braised chicken and Chinese mushroom with rice. I needed my once weekly HK-style cold milk tea and found out braised means very lightly fried and then steamed!
- Got home, turned alarm off and showered - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, I was all done after only 9%, but happily leaned fully against the side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before flipping the nice hot water off and calling Tina back.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted arvo tea was one mouthful of yummy passionfruit and one mug of Chinese tea.
- Returned online after using loo for another tinkle.
- Watched the 6pm news bulletin, used the loo again and had dinner. Yay that April has been satisfied immediately! :D
- Hopefully bbl after one more loo trip @ 9pm else wishing everyone a smashing end to their week toms!
