good evening! em's new plodding total for monday now stands @ 5657. lol, pedro's balanced back out, coz after walking to and fro to the bathroom and being gleefully FORCED :( to plod on the bloody treadmill for twenty minutes, he's only given me 602 steps! XD anyways, i'll brb with my final, final plodding total for monday, the rest of today's events and what's happening toms, okay?
