Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 3640 steps today (which D2 very proudly reports as also equaling fifty-four kcal or 990m XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic for last night's 'Betrayal' and thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Dictator, Doormat Or Diplomat (1)?' but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY MINUTES online after I get back home after a haircut!! But just noting down that I had a great time @ Toastmasters and a great sleep last night, saw Vincent the bloody physio for a torture session this morning and Aunty Kitty (Adam's mum) came and minded me for three hours. Soon I'm off to Aunty Anna's for a haircut; Carol's due @ 4pm to supervise my shower and tonight's ice cream night! Toms I've got writers group before Roxana comes to supervise my shower and then I think I've got book club @ night! Wait, in the arvo, i'm @ UQ for two hours as an SP! I get to play mute! XD Anyways, fingers crossed I can bbl, else hope everyone's having a smashing week!
