good evening, all! em plodded 5511 steps today. anyways, it's getting late, so i'd better jump straight into the spotty :P points!
-PIG mum dug em up, got her kitted, then made (PLEASE GO to the top of thursday's post t read what i REALLY WANT to type, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum><) me walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-breakfast this morning was a cup of hot ovaltine, and a peice of bread with only some marg, coz there was no jam left! :(
-time to go, PIG mum made (PLEASE GO to the top of thursday's post t read what i REALLY WANT to type, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum><) me walk out to the car. off she tootled us off to the PA, listening to anthony's old CD.

-PT with dom dom began at 9am. walking with a rollator today! not as comfy as the one at UQ, with padded armrests, but still .... :P
-a new lady came with morning tea! i asked her her name, but have already forgotten it, trust me ... >< :P so, white and 2 for me, with a scotch finger and a nice biscuit.

-off she tootled us off to sunnybank medical centre, still listening to anthony.
-we parked, then PIG mum made (PLEASE GO to the top of thursday's post to read what i REALLY WANT to type, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum><) me catch the lift up and walk inside; i sat down witha gossip mag.
-my turn, PIG mum made(PLEASE GO to the top of thursday's post to read what i REALLY WANT to type, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum><) me walk in, and i waited in trepidation for my flu needle. :P
-maxine gave me the jab. sorry, but her needles hurt more than louise's :p but i got a trauma teddy afterwards! one of those ones made by the red cross volunteers :P so now i've got a pair, lousise and maxine :P
-we said our thanks and byes; PIG mum made(PLEASE GO to the top of thursday's post to read what i REALLY WANT to type, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum><) me walk out to maccas.
-i read a bit of today's courier mail as PIG mum went to buy lunch. she returned with a delicious chicken caesar wrap and a choc shake for me, and a medium mc chicken meal for herself.
-yum yum! before we left, i asked PIG mum if she could please go out and look for me if there were any parking spots outside to save me another long walk; she gleefully came back to tell me there wasn't.
-so PIG mum made (PLEASE GO to the top of thursday's post to read what i REALLY WANT to type, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum><) me walk back down to the car, listening still to anthony callea. the third song is my favourite! followed by the tenth one, i think.
-back home, PIG mum made (PLEASE GO to the top of thursday's post to read what i REALLY WANT to type, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum><) me walk back in to take a seat.
-i read for awhile, until ding dong! win came to visit!
-she taught PIG mum how to give me a massage; it includes pulling your fingers off and slapping your face until it's a livid red. :P
-amanda came when win was still here.
-before win left, she took a few photos and we traded emails. i also recorded a video message for hilary jie jie on her camera; they go to the same church, see.
-amanda put my walkbelt on me, then Forced me to walk to the bathroom.
-a nice hot shower - no hairwash today.
-i got dried, redressed, then amanda Forced me to walk back out to my chair.
-arvo tea - a toasted cheese - score, 2 slices! thanks amanda! - and ham sandwhich, cut into 4 squares. and a cup of tea, sweetened with a single spoonful of honey.
-i read my raymond e feist novel for awhile, b4 amanda gave me a left hand/arm massage and forced me to do approx half an hour of left hand exercises.
-at 5:30, amanda Forced me to walk over to practise piano. so my right hand supported my left hand playing twinkle twinkle 4 or 5 times, and my right hand played all the scales plus some christmas carols.
-at 6pm, amanda Forced me to walk back over to my TV chair, and we watched 7's news, read out by rod young and kay mcgrath, but i forgot who did sports and weather, sorry :P but telstra shares are up, yay! amanda made us both a milo, with one teaspoon of sugar, to drink.
-i watched about half of today tonight. there's a new star trek movie out! must remember to send uncle slam an email and ask if he'll watch it with me!
-at 6:45, amanda Forced me to walk to the toilet. i asked her for a glass of water please, then did a stinky unspeakable - wiped myself too.
-PIG mum came to get me out; she made (PLEASE GO to the top of thursday's post to read what i REALLY WANT to type, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum><) me walk over to wash and dry my right hand, then she made (PLEASE GO to the top of thursday's post to read what i REALLY WANT to type, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum><) me walk upstairs and back down.
-then, PIG mum forced me to do approx. 10 - 20 mins of left hand exercises.
-dinner tonight: rice, lotsa lettuce, and some pork. washed down with a glass of apple and blackcurrant juice.

-phew, i finished! PIG mum's booting me off to bed now, anyway. i think aunty wendy's coming toms, then a session with vincent the physio in the arvo. >< but he shouldn't come on easter saturday, and house and icecream tonight, yay! goodnite all!
