wednesday post

hello again! well, my final plodding total for wednesday now stands at 1680. let's just pick up from where i left off:
-when the doorbell rang, it wasn't evelyn - it was ursula! surprise! so she kindly stuck my walkbelt back on me, and Forced me to walk to the laundry.
-a nice hot shower - hairwash today.
-i got dried, redressed, then ursula handed me back my cane and Forced me to walk out to the dining hall.
-much thanks to PIG mum who had made me arvo tea - a toasted cheese - just one slice obviously; it was ENTIRELY too thin >< but expected - and ham sandwhich, cut into 4 squares or triangles and a cup of water-tea (normally, i'd just say 'coloured water', but PIG mum has threatened to give me just that if i keep saying it, so now i say 'water-tea'. satisfied yet, PIG mum? :P)
-time to go, PIG mum made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the beginning of thursday's post to see what i REALLY want to write, but have sadly been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk out to ursula's car, and off ursula tootled us off to unique physiotherapy, listening to 97.3FM.
-it was raining when we arrived, so ursula got out her umbrella and Forced me to walk in.
-i sat down and read a new weekly gossip mag for awhile, until vincent the physio came out and Forced me to walk in.
-we did: left arm exercises, mostly. and a few standing ones, etc. thankfully, as saturday is ANZAC day, and therefore a public holiday, i don't think he will be appearing. :)
-vincent the physio Forced me to walk out; he handed me to ursula and gave her a receipt.
-ursula Forced me to walk to luigi's; i took a look at the icecream, settled on my favourite cookies and cream over mint choc chip. i took a seat outside as ursula went to buy the icecream. or was it gelato? can't remember, sorry. ><
-ursula returned with a little tub of cookies and cream for me, and a little tub of plain chocolate for herself. it cost a whopping $3 though!
-we traded bites, each deciding that our own was better. :P ursula finished way before me, but didn't tell me to hurry up or anything, so i just savoured mine. :)
-all finished, ursula Forced me to walk back to her car, and she tootled us back to my ugly home. :p still listening to 97.3FM.
-PIG mum met us at the door, and made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the beginning of thursday's post to see what i REALLY want to write, but have sadly been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk over to watch 7's evening news, read out by rod young and kay mcgrath, sports by shane webcke, and weather by john schluter.
-we watched today tonight till 6:45, then ursula Forced me to walk to the toilet, Forced me to walk over and wash my right hand - though she kindly helped me dry it - and Forced me to walk back to the computer table.
-so i haven't actually had dinner tonight. maybe i'll ask for some once i'm seated and watching house. just please please PLEASE don't let chase be dead! coz he's my favourite character! ><
-i think i've got UQ physio toms? but obviously no hydro. ok, i think i have a minute or two to read a few news articles before i go to watch house. i'll try to remember my favourite quote for tomorrow's post!
