good evening! righteo, em plodded 5542 steps today. let's hop right into the spotty :P points for today!
-PIG mum dug em up, got her kitted, gave her a mug of ovaltine for breakfast, then made (PLEASE GO NOW! to the top of thursday's post to see what i REALLY want to type, but have sadly been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum ><) me walk out to the car.
-off she tootled us to the PA, listening to anthony callea's old CD. my favourite song is track no. 3, with the words:"do you know whatcha doing when you walk like that; do you mean whatcha saying when yopu talk like that, did you steal my hear coz you knew you could, how could some things feel so good when it hurts so bad." if i ever remember to, i think i'll put it as my MSN name.

-PT started promptly at 9am. lotsa standing, walking, some right arm reachy exercise. dom dom told me that baby claire is learning how to walk now! she does take a tumble everynow and again, but she's going good. :)
-karen the teabag came with morning tea! not sure why though, she gave me a warm milo instead. oh well, lucky i like milo too!
-dom dom handed me back to PIG mum at 10am, we said our thanks and byes. -thankfully, she kindly gave me my devotions book to read. i finished all of january before i called PIG mum to let me use the pot, then i cuddled my darling bear bear and we drowsed for awhile b4 amanda came at 2:30pm.
-PIG mum had bought amanda this lovely pair of ear rings, and i wrote her a bday card, so we gave that to her. actually, it's not her bday till the 16th, but i won't see her again b4 that.
-amanda got me up and kitted, then she Forced me to walk to the laundry.
- nice hot shower today, plus hairwash. i had a tinkle b4 she flipped off the water, then i got dried and rekitted.
-amanda dried the floor, then Forced me to walk to the gobbling :P table.
-arvo tea; a toasted ham and cheese - yay, 2 slices! thanks amanda! - and a cup of tea sweetened with a single spoonful of honey.
-i read my book, amanda kindly gave my left arm a massage, then she went to do a find-a-word.
-at 5;30, amanda Forced me to walk over to my TV armchair, and flicked on ten's news.
-she fed me half a glass of milk and one of my mint slices from mrs. dent, then flicked the channel over for 7's news. it was read out by rod young and kay mcgrath, sport by shane webcke (i think) and i didn't get to the weather, coz amanda Forced me to walk to the toilet.
-PIG mum got me out. she made (PLEASE GO NOW! to the top of thursday's post to see what i REALLY want to type, but have sadly been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum ><) me walk over to wash and dry my right hand, then made (PLEASE GO NOW! to the top of thursday's post to see what i REALLY want to type, but have sadly been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum ><) me walk back to the gobbling table, where she promptly forced me on like at least 40mins of left hand exercises, culminating in a walk up to my bedroom and back down.
-ding don! aunty a arrived for dinner~ so rice tonight, lotsa kailan, a bit of pork, and a bit of yummy egg, washed down with a cup of orange mango juice, i think. :P it could just as easily have been apple and mango! :P

-well, that's all from me today. toms, ping is coming! so i get to sleep till at least 9am, if not later ^^ physio in the afternoon >< then evelyn is coming in the arvo ... she tends to force me to do everything ... oh well.
wow, PIG mum still hasn't kicked me off to bed! guess i'll go read some news. goodnite, all!
