heylo! welcome to the HUNDRETH post! i wonder how long i can keep this blog going for?
anyways, including hydro, today em plodded 3718 steps. anyways, let's just jump straight into the spotty points :P for today, coz i wanna read the newest chapter from a really good harry potter fic!
-ok, i admit, my bad - i finished it. ^^" meanig that i prolly have all of seven mins b4 PIG mum boots me off to bed, but i'll just see how far i can get, ok?
-em managed to take herself to the loo once last night/this morning without killing herself! yay! :P
-PIG mum dragged me up, got me kitted, then made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see wha i REALLY want to type, but have sadly been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><)me walk out to the gobbling table. :P
-i spat out my mouth splint, poured myself a glass of water and drank it, when ordered to do so by PIG mum.
-breakfast was 2 yummy weet-bix with half a smear of honey. not as much as i'd've liked, but oh well.
-much thanks to PIG mum who popped me my tablets - a fish oil and a bilberry. i honestly have no clue why she's ALWAYS missing one, if she can't find the bilberry,the next day, she can't find the cranberry :P
-PIG mum made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see wha i REALLY want to type, but have sadly been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk out to the car, and off she tootled us off to hydro, listening to the dreadful, out-of-tune, nasally singer, andy hui. :P

-judith stuck my silly left ankle in some knne/ankle/foot wrap, and plopped me into the nice warm water.
-hydro today: walking just forwards, squatting, some left hand and leg work, and two head dunks at the end! :P
-i walked out of the pool, and PIG mum kindly hosed me down.
-i went for a tinkle after, then got redressed.
-PIG mum made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see wha i REALLY want to type, but have sadly been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk back out to the car, the long way. >< i did ask if we could leave through the fire exit, but she refused, saying she would only let me if one of the hydrotherapists told her we could. so i must remember to ask one next hydro session i attend.
-PIG mum tootled us off to sunnybank oriental. we saw aunty catherine/ping yee :P!
-PIG mum made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see wha i REALLY want to type, but have sadly been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk inside the restaurant. i gave a great big hug to suzanne, and we took our seats.
-PIG mum got an A meal with a cold lemon tea, suzanne got a B meal with a sprite, and i got my favourite fish in corn sauce with rice - hey! it even comes with egg! - with a cold milk tea.
-food arrived, and we started gobbling. suzanne and i traded a bit of meat with each other, while PIG mum helped herself to my meal, snatching away a huge chunk of my yummy fish. she only gave me a tiny sliver of her own fish meal when i gathered up the courage to ask.
-suzanne will be leaving next month! but she'll come back here for follow-ups, etc. and she suggested that she could maybe come visit us at our house next time. :) i think she said her brother-in-law, whom she's going to move in with, is an electrician?
-i couldn't resist, and gulped all the ice in my cold milk tea. of course, my mouth then froze up, and PIG mum yelled at me. *sigh* am used to it. i'm pretty sure, that once a day, she either slaps me, or kicks me. that's ok, i'm used to it. and remember, she's a fully qualified RN, she wouldn't be careless enough to leave any marks.

-PIG mum tootled us home, where amanda was already waiting for us. she Forced me to walk into the laundry, then gave me a nice hot shower, hairwash today. i amused us by telling her the 'puddles' and 'someting wong' jokes :P
-i got dried, redressed, then amanda handed me my stick and Forced me to walk out.
-arvo tea: a cup of tea sweetened with a single spoonful of honey, and a toasted cheese - yay, 2 slices! thanks amanda! - and turkey slice sandwhich, cut into 4 squares.
-i read my raymond e. feist novel for awhile, amanda gave my left arm/hand a massage, then forced me to do roughly half an hour of left hand exercises.
-hehe, i got a foot rub today! never had one from a carer before ... :P quite comfy!
-at 5:30, amanda handed me my stick, and Forced me to walk over to the piano. my right hand played every major, minor, melodic minor and chromatic scale, plus 2-4 christmas carols, then my right hand supported my left hand at thunking twinkle twinkle 5-6 times.
-a 6pm, amanda Forced me to walk back to my TV chair, and flipped on 7's news, read out by kay mcgrath, sport by shane webcke, and weather by john schluter.
-thanks to amanda who also fed me 2 half-crackers and a yummy warm milo.
-after the news, we watvhed today tonight till 6:45, when amanda Forced me to walk to the toilet. Forced me to walk over to wash my right hand - but kindly helped me to dry it - i think the only 2 people who refuse to help me dry it are evelyn and PIG mum - and Forced me to walk back to my chjair.
-we said our byes and thanks to amanda, who'll be back on monday.
-after she left, PIG mum immediately forced me on approx. 40mins of exercises (but she claims that it was only 20, so how about we compromise and call it a solid half hour? :P) culminating in a walk back up to my room and back down.
-dinner tonight: rice, lotsa choy sum, and some barramundi. i only got to wash it down with a mug of water, rather than juice, coz PIG mum has just made a new rule: apparently, if i ask my carer to make me a mug of warm milo or ovaltine at 6pm, i can only drink water with my evening meal. not realkly sure why, but oh well. no biggie.

-PIG mum tootled us home, where amanda was already waiting for us. she Forced me to walk into the laundry, then gave me a nice hot shower, hairwash today. i amused us by telling her the 'puddles' and 'someting wong' jokes :P
-i got dried, redressed, then amanda handed me my stick and Forced me to walk out.
-arvo tea: a cup of tea sweetened with a single spoonful of honey, and a toasted cheese - yay, 2 slices! thanks amanda! - and turkey slice sandwhich, cut into 4 squares.
-i read my raymond e. feist novel for awhile, amanda gave my left arm/hand a massage, then forced me to do roughly half an hour of left hand exercises.
-hehe, i got a foot rub today! never had one from a carer before ... :P quite comfy!
-at 5:30, amanda handed me my stick, and Forced me to walk over to the piano. my right hand played every major, minor, melodic minor and chromatic scale, plus 2-4 christmas carols, then my right hand supported my left hand at thunking twinkle twinkle 5-6 times.
-a 6pm, amanda Forced me to walk back to my TV chair, and flipped on 7's news, read out by kay mcgrath, sport by shane webcke, and weather by john schluter.
-thanks to amanda who also fed me 2 half-crackers and a yummy warm milo.
-after the news, we watvhed today tonight till 6:45, when amanda Forced me to walk to the toilet. Forced me to walk over to wash my right hand - but kindly helped me to dry it - i think the only 2 people who refuse to help me dry it are evelyn and PIG mum - and Forced me to walk back to my chjair.
-we said our byes and thanks to amanda, who'll be back on monday.
-after she left, PIG mum immediately forced me on approx. 40mins of exercises (but she claims that it was only 20, so how about we compromise and call it a solid half hour? :P) culminating in a walk back up to my room and back down.
-dinner tonight: rice, lotsa choy sum, and some barramundi. i only got to wash it down with a mug of water, rather than juice, coz PIG mum has just made a new rule: apparently, if i ask my carer to make me a mug of warm milo or ovaltine at 6pm, i can only drink water with my evening meal. not realkly sure why, but oh well. no biggie.
-PIG mum made (PLEASE! GO NOW! to the top of yesterday's post to see wha i REALLY want to type, but have sadly been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk back to the computer.
-righteo, silly me has emptied the spam box and promptly forgotten about the number :P oh well. anyways, i hope everyone has a great weekend! just physio for me toms. >< and susan's coming toms, i think. righteo, goodnie!
