saturday post8

good afternoon! i came online @ 2:15pm, meaning that after my carer/life coach/support worker leaves, i'm still owed FIFTEEN MINUTES online! add that to the time i'm already owed, and that makes the total NINE HOURS and TWO MINUTES online!! and as always, i can only PROMISE to get back EVERY SINGLE MINUTE THAT I'M OWED!!
-anyways, so far today, i've been hard @ work plodding 2215 steps.
-and i wanna go check my e-mail first, so i'll bbl @ 3;45 @ the latest to post about last night and today!

-actually, after a loo trip, my final plodding total for saturday now stands @ 2250 steps. righteo, last night's events first!
-lyn came, gave me a nice hot shower.
-arvo tea was just a pear and a banana plus a cuppa, white and two. lyn takes hers white without sugar, BTW.,
lol, remind me not to tell chrissy this! lyn only gave ela a massage for ten minutes!
-@ 6pm, lyn flicked on seven's news for me and microwaved my dinner: rice, lotsa lettuce and broccoli and one slice of chicken.
-lyn took me once to the loo before leaving. i was mega-grumpy coz dad refused to put sparkless into her boot! ><
-lyn took me once to the loo upon arrival, then i said my thanks and byes to her.
-lol, uni fellowship was meant to start @ 7pm, but i'm pretty sure we didn't start till 7:40! :P
-i sang the boy-girl split part to 'you are worthy' for worship.
-everyone did show and tell! we all had to explain who we were. i said, "hello, i'm emily, this is bear bear, and that's joe." i was dressing as joey, see, and she'd lent me her basketball. :p
-we broke up into groups - not our usual one, but to the group the person we were dressed as was in! so my group ended up being me, dr. lee, vinnie, dr. banana and uncle chong.
-we made up a skit of our favourite moments @ uni fellowship. i said the green tea julz always made us. :)
-thanks to dr. banana who helped me to the loo once.
-we came back and all performed our skits!
-second activity: we all flopped onto the carpet, got a piece of paper. we wrote our names onto the paper, then passed it clockwise around the room. aim of the activity: to write sth nice about the person. i got two'plus oil's written on mine. :)
-we all came together for a group photo - hopefully, i'll see them when i check my e-mail (if there's time after i finish this post)after i publish this post.
-cake was served! thanks to vinnie who handed me a slice. i was perfectly happy to sit inside the hall and eat cake, but no, dad instead made me walk outside to eat it. also thanks to someone else who passed me one bikkie and a plastic cup of cordial.
-dad tootled us home. he made me walk all the way inside to pour my milk and then to brush my teeth. finally, i used the loo once before hitting bed.
-saturday: i snored happily with bear bear until tess arrived.
-she got me kitted, Forced me to walk out to brush my teeth then Forced me to walk back to the gobbling :P table for breakfast.
-yummy raisin toast spread with cream cheese sandwhich, cut into four squares. i also drank a cuppa, white and two, 'incorrectly'.
-dad had ordered me to complete one sudoku so that's what i did after breakfast. tess gave ela one extremely brief massage.
-thanks to tess who helped me cut my toenails.
-tess gave me two more cups of water - drunk 'incorrectly' - and took me to the loo for a stinky unspeakable.
-lunch was rice, lotsa lettuce and one small but yummy chunk of chicken. lunch was washed down with one mug of fruit and vegie juice.
-crap. vincent the physio came. ><
-after feeding me one easter egg and half a mug of milk, my torture session was again walking around looking for five snoopys. luckily, no falls today. :)
-actually, i think vincent the physio said he'd bring me a bacon, steak and cheese pie from yatala next saturday! i certainly hope so!
-when he buggeredoff :P i used the loo once then tootled online.
-actually, linda's here now. dad's telling her i only get half a teaspoonful of sugar for my arvo tea. >< argh, think i'll try for a milo instead!
-think we're going to someone's ... uncle slam's? ching's? house for dinner tonight.
-but most exciting thing - PIG mum's coming home tonight!! she'll have been gone ONE MONTH!
-well, just church toms. i dunno if this's the last bible study, or if we're already on hols. mostly, fingers crossed that dad will park back downstairs @ foodcourt when we hit plaza for lunch, and that i finally can sink my teeth into some KFC! it's been ONE MONTH! hopefully, karen/someone else will still come toms arvo to help with my shower ... anyways, hope to see everyone @ church toms!
