Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 1514. Righteo, final, final events for Thursday?

• Following the advice of that lawyer who rang me earlier today, I looked up the ombudsman and started filling out their complaint form, before @ 9pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  
• Toms: Kim's coming to help me up @ 9am.
• Fingers crossed I can watch Seven's morning news!
•  Seeing Ray for some acupuncture and massage @ like 2pm.
• Kim's coming back to mind me from 4pm till 6pm, since she doesn't come Saturdays anymore.
• Righteo, hope everyone has a smashing end to their week toms!
