Wednesday Post 286b

Heylo again and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get the chance to post before midday. XD Firstly, my final, final plodding total from Tuesday's actually 3076 (ha, I'm just over three grand XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'Taking Back Happiness'; thirdly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic from last night's 'eat And Repeat' and fourthly, TWFT topic's 'Heartfelt Prayer'. Anyways, let's start off with yesterday's events first!

•  Thanksto PIG mum who let Shelby inside when she announced her arrival, thus saving me from a potentially dangerous trip to the front door. Turns out she's not been here for the last month coz she had a bout of gastro, the poor thing!
• So a nice hot shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Shelby who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• After getting dried, creamed and rekitted, I headed out to the gobbling :P table for arvo tea, one yummy banana and one small mug of peppermint tea.
• Phew, Doug said he'd come pick me up for our small group social around 6pm! I used the loo once more for two tinkles @ 5:45pm, then sat in the garage with Shelby waiting for his arrival.
• Once he arrived, I said thanks, cya next fortnight to Shelby and climbed into the front seat of Doug's car, giving him directions to Market Square.
• Amazing, we literally found a parking spot right outside Malaya Corner! I took a seat inside first while Doug went about acquiring a larger table for us; one found, I moved right into the back, where two tables had been pushed together to make an eight-seater.
• At 11:54am, I've finished one game of Bejeweled lasting 6:04. Now, lemme finish one more lasting between five and six minutes, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
