Tuesday Post 302b

Heylo again and probably one final greeting for tonight!

• Shelby minded me from 4pm till 6pm
• Shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Shelby who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• I had one tinkle before Shelby flipped the nice warm water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Shelby rekitted me, I had one more tinkle when she was doing Elf's AFO straps and one last when I was drying inside the ears.
• Arvo tea was the yummy chicken sushi I'd got from lunch - thanks to Shelby for more soya sauce! - and one mug of peppermint tea.
• Off to church for small group tonight; fingers crossed we can have supper @ Maccas together afterwards!
• Toms: not seeing psychiatrist again; may haveta get myself up. *sigh*
• Oh, but it'll be my first morning trying that pill! Can't remember it was mood ... enhancing? Will ask to see the packet and remember the name. XD
• Fingers crossed I can watch Seven's morning news!
• Nat's minding me from 12:30pm till 4:15pm ... seeing that NAB physio has finished, hopefully PIG mum'll let her take me to the library before we go grocery shopping and aisle walking, else I don't see how I'm gonna pass 1000 steps. Actually, with the current crazy Wally I'm using, will try remember to switch him off @ 2500. XD
• Kim's taking me to choir @ 4:30; bet she just wants to be gone before 8pm. XD
