Wednesday Post 350b

Heylo again, good afternoon again and potentially one final greeting for Wednesday! Em's potential final, final plodding total for today now stands @ 2202. Righteo, potential final, final events for Wednesday?

• Nature calls again one hour later when PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Uh, why's she getting up so early? *checks clock again* Oh, it's actually 7am now; I've slept straight through two hours without realising it! Small wonder I'm busting!! XD
• While I was still over the pot :P PIG mum let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with not only the bra but the tee since dearest dad's still @ home before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum comes back to help with nothing bar Elf's AFO and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth (poor Ela). Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for two tinkles, also leaning fully against the side rail and continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table,  rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 

• After getting myself a spoon, breakfast is one bowl of bird food (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD), all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, minutes finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

• Breakfast finished, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, before washing and drying Era then sitting back in my bed to await Hannah's arrival.

• When she arrives, I climb into her tank and she tootles me off to the NAB for my first session this year. At 8:55am, I try ringing the NAB to tell them I'm gonna be late but just got the answering machine.

• Arrival time was 9:11am; after hiking upstairs, using the loo and entering the NAB, I'm guessing I was fifteen minutes late?

• My new student's Teresa from Guangzhou and she doesn't turn twenty-one until later this year! Physio today:two 10m walk tests, twenty-five sit-to-stands sans AFO, several rounds of blaze pods and about fifteen single leg push-ups using the tower of power.

• After one more loo trip, Hannah tootled me home, I turned off the alarm and took a nice warm shower - hairwash today.  Also thanks to Hannah who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

• I had one tinkle before Hannah flipped the nice warm water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Hannah rekitted me, I had one more tinkle when she was helping with Erf's sock and one last when she was giving Wally back to Ela.

• Back out @ the gobbling :P table, lunch was another cheese, corn kernel andcheerios/frankfurts) cut into two triangles plus one mug of Chinese tea. Hannah cleaned the bathroom and then very gently massaged Ela for about twenty minutes while playing that Project Maker game. I signed her off with my thanks and byes @ 1pm; she's back Saturday 10am till 2pm.

• Lunch finished, I took my plate over to the sink and walked myself slowly and safely online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 

• Time to leave for Ray's, I climbed into the 4WD and buckled my seatbelt. We listened to 97.3FM all day; Era also helped Ela stretch for twenty minutes before Ela opened and closed her palm 100 times, holding each for a count of five.

• At Ray's, I used the loo for one tinkle and then lay down to get some massage and acupuncture from Ray. PIG mum was in her element, yapping unceasingly @ Ray; my grateful thanks to him who always replied and kept a conversation flowing. 

• After one more loo trip PIG mum tootled us home and I walked myself slowly and safely back online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 

• After finishing my most important two hours of the day, I'm gonna eat the pear PIG mum has kindly cut up for me and read awhile.

• Then, from 5:30-6:30pm I'm joining choir rehearsal online!

• Tina's helping me up @ 8am (if she can arrive punctually XD) and taking me shopping!

• Thinking of starting from Coles, going downstairs to Woolies and finishing with reading @ the library since lunch will be @ Ho Lin Wah @ 11:30am coz my NAB physio appointment's @ 1:30pm!

• Tina will see me home and showered before leaving @ 3:30pm.

• Ooh maybe I'll get to watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 38TH time this year!

• Best of all, it's ice cream night toms night; like I say every week, a very little's better than none @ all!

• Righteo, hopefully bbl, else hope everyone's having a smashing week!
