Wednesday Post 184c

Good evening! Em's new plodding total for today now stands @ 4441, which D2 very proudly reports as also equaling sth over 101kcal or sth slightly over 1.87km. XD Anyways, continuing today's events?
-Last night I had the best sleep that I had all year! Nature didn't call until 7:50am, and after one pot :P trip, I spent the ten minutes till 8am having mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-Dad left for work not long after that, and PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen more minutes" not long after that.
-When she came back, I swung myself over to the pot :P for one more tinkle, just swinging myself back into bed when I realised I felt like doing a stinky unspeakable. PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth (poor Ela), before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-Breakfast was three yummy Weetbix with the smallest amount of honey ever, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water, which I held 'incorrectly' and drained holding 'incorrectly' whilst PIG mum was upstairs changing.
-Before leaving for UQ, I went and did my stinky unspeakable. Of course, PIG mum gleefully forced me to dak myself, but I also leaned fully against the side rail and continued my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me get through today okay.
-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to wash and dry both hands, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the 4WD, where she tootled me off to UQ for physio. Of course, she gleefully forced poor Em to buckle her own seatbelt all day; we also listened to Damien Leith's 'Chapter Seven' album all day, too. As for me, I closed both eyes and finished my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Opening both eyes somewhere along Coronation Drive, Era helped Ela stretch for five minutes, before Ela opened and closed her palm fifty times, holding each for a count of five.
-There wasn't any parking available @ the services building; instead, PIG mum walked me into the building then left to repark the car. I asked Shyla please to ring down Kaity for me.
-Physio today: lotsa mat work, standing practice, stepping @ the parallel bars and work for Ela. I also met this Chinese student who lives in the very northern parts of China, near WRussia!
-Afterwards, PIG mum took me once to the loo then tootled me home. While she drove, Era helped Ela stretch for fifteen minutes, before Ela opened and closed her palm 100 times, holding each for a count of five.
-Back home, I opened the computer and did my writers group homework. Aunty Deana came, and PIG mum left to meet Lynette (Peter's carer) for lunch @ Sunnybank Plaza.
-For my own lunch, I enjoyed one toasted tuna in tomato and onion toastie, cut into four triangles. Thanks to Aunty Deana who added some cheese for me, although I'll haveta ask PIG mum please to buy some more sliced cheese when she can, coz we're all out.I also drank one yummy mug of chocolate Nesquik, my second for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-After lunch, I went to the loo, and after asking Aunty Deana please for one mug of water, my third to hold 'incorrectly', I did a stinky unspeakable, again fully leaning against the side rail and asking Percy the saint/angel please to help me get through the rest of the day okay.
-When that was done, I went over to wash and dry Era, before Aunty Deana and I held hands and walked back to the computer.
-Before massaging Ela for about forty-five minutes, I let Aunty Deana force Ela on two exercises that PIG mum had taught her to do.
-When PIG mum came home, I went once more to the loo then plopped online.
-When Carol arrived fifteen minutes late, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over and let her in.
-So a nice warm shower for me - I washed and rinsed my own hair today.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice warm water off, mostly dried myself (Carol helped only with my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (again, Carol helped only with my back and Era) then mostly rekitted myself (Carol helped only with Elf's AFO). Then I went over to the loo for two tinkles, also leaning against the side rail and very slowly, very softly but most hatefully singing about 25% of my shorter second favourite song out aloud, opening/closing both eyes for all the important numbers.
-When I'd finished, Carol came back and helped me with my shoes and laces. I went over to wash and dry Era, then let Carol Force me to walk out to prepare arvo tea.
-Thanks to PIG mum who'd gotten me one tuna sushi roll; unfortunately, 'twas way too bland coz she hadn't left any soya sauce out for me. The mug of yummy peppermint tea was the last for today I could hold 'incorrectly'.
