Wednesday Post 194c

Good evening again and one final greeting for Wednesday! Em's final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 4272, remembering that like 721 of those steps were plodded @ Toastmasters last night; D2's final, final report for Wednesday: 4272 steps also equals ninety-three kcal or 1.87km. XD Anyways, final, final events for tonight?
-At Epic, Le-Ann showed me into a room and introduced me to the support worker, who's name was sth like Snezana. She's from somewhere like Serbia. I met an Asian lady who looks around PIG mum's age; she's with Epic and looking for work coz she's got carpal tunnel, and this young man who doesn't look like he's been out from high school long.
-I sat out the front; whenever someone new came, I'd greet them, ask their name and give them their name tag then ask them for their business card to enter the lucky door prize. The young man and the carer brought me out some food; 'twas pretty disgusting coz I don't think I enjoy food from Serbia! XD
-When one of the attendees gave a talk about employing people with mental illness, the carer walked me closer to the room and got a chair for me just outside the entrance. I learnt that mental illness's actually quite prevalent in Australia!
-The lucky dor prizes were drawn; someone got wine, someone else got chocolate. I got chocolate too; three after dinner mints!
-When people started leaving, I was seated in the perfect position to thank them all for coming. Suddenly, dad arrived to take me home! Huge thanks to Le-Ann who grabbed my bag for me.
-Dad parked a fair way from Epic; never mind, he walked all the way behind me back to the Camry and tootled us back home.
-First thing I did back home was a stinky unspeakable.
-Dinner afterwards: the yummy rice, lotsa wombok/cabbage, maybe some carrot? Also, one wee chunk of beef and some coral trout.
-Dinner was spooned down with one fairly disgusting bowl of soup before I walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-At 9pm, I took myself once more slowly and safely to the loo, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-Toms: it's my fortnightly Garbo trip with Roxana, yay! i'm meeting Anna for lunch (they'd better have mint choc krushers available this time!) and fingers crossed PIG mum'll lemme buy two small bread from Bread Top!
-Also fingers crossed dad'll take us out somewhere yummy for dinner toms night! Righteo, hope everyone's having a smashing week!
Cheers,
Em. ^^
