Sunday Post 342d

Good evening! Firstly, I'm actually logging in Sunday's plodding total @ 1630 and not 750 (clean forgot I had to let PIG mum gleefully FORCE me to plod ten hallway laps because I thought that was part of the five week challenge, not my HEP!) and secondly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Redemption's Hope". Anyways, continuing events for Sunday?

• Once I'd used up my most important two hours of the day, I began writing a new blog post for my LJ blog.
• Suddenly PIG mum tumbles downstairs from pigland, immediately orders me offline and gleefully forces me to do my HEP sixty sit-to-stands for her. *sigh*
• I'd hoped after that she'd feed me arvo tea and lemme shower but no, next I had to let her gleefully FORCE :( me to plod the ten HEP laps. Have just e-mailed Monique and asked may I please plod the treadmill instead because it's safer.
• Laps finished I asked could PIG mum please feed me some arvo tea? Sure, I had to let her gleefully force poor Ela to feed me a pear but I didn't really mind coz I was seated and could fully concentrate.
• Finally, a nice hot shower for me - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hateful sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, I was all done after 12% but happily leaned fully against the right side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before calling for PIG mum.
• After she'd dried my back for me, I did everything else. She didn't feature again until Elf's AFO straps needed doing and both laces needed tying.
• After drying the toilet seat I sat for one tinkle, dried inside both ears, washed and dried Era and walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Righteo, hopefully bbl after dinner else hope everyone has a smashing week ahead!
