Wednesday Post 372b

Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 3378; secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Be A Blessing' and thirdly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Dancing Before The Lord' but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed THIRTY-SEVEN MINUTES online after I visit the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, just briefly, last night's events first?

• For small group last night, we pigged out on Korean fried chicken, sang songs in A1 and had supper @ Maccas; Charlie shouted me a Happy Meal with an orange juice because PIG mum only left me fifty cents for supper! XD
• Today: woo hoo, 19TH consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:50am~
• Saw Vincent the bloody physio for my weekly torture session. Physio today: stood entire session, bent ten times to ground for Ela to reach object, timed reaching for both hands, weightshifting, left hip and shoulder movements and the full five attempts before successfully leaving.
